Horrible service.i ordered a trans oil pump, my card was charged more than what i was quoted and was sent the wrong one.when i tried to call them it took forever to get someone on the phone.when i finally spoke to someone i was told that the correct part would be sent out.what i wasnt told was that i would have to pay for the part AGAIN.the part came c.o.d. so i called kris(from counter sales)about the issue he was very unhelpful.what do you want me to do? Its not my fault and its only $147 were a few things he told me.(btw $147 is more than what i paid for the part the first time).i returned the new part AND the part that was originally sent for a refund...its been almost 3 weeks,i still havent been refunded my money.myself and my shop will never do business with them again.

I called Thursday and I chose counter sales. No one answered. Said leave a message. So I called back and chose one of the persons listed. Same deal, it said to leave a message. Do these people that take orders over the phone have to go back in the warehouse to fill the order also. I need to get prices to get a loan. I have questions about parts I should order. Need someone that knows their stuff. Do you have a recommendation on who to ask for?Thanks, Bob

I am a regular customer here, and have to visit this establishment on an almost daily basis (often multiple times a day). Some of the employees here are kind and helpful and when I receive the correct orders, the parts are good quality, however I am afraid thats about all the good I can say about this store honestly.This place has quite a few workers who do not seem to be well versed in customer service, from just being ridiculously slow and inaccurate, to sometimes going as far as being blatantly rude and refusing to provide service for obnoxious reasons.Specifically, I have had issues contacting my representative here, as he is constantly sick, away, or just not answering his phone. I have the wrong parts given to me about once every three orders, sometimes double checking at the stores location, sometimes I have to return back once I am preparing to apply the materials and realize they are incorrect. Very often I visit or have to have an employee visit and it has taken even over an hour of waiting just to receive my order that should have been a few minutes (this isnt an exaggeration). It isnt usually quite to that extent, but the wait time is generally reliably too lengthy.I understand blunders happen, people have poor days and dips in performance, but these examples are not just rare occasions. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but it is honestly just ridiculous at this point. I like some of the people, and the location is one of the best options currently in my area, however if something else becomes available, and this place does not adjust their general service issues, I will feel better suited taking my long-term, consistent business elsewhere.
I placed an order for a Transmission master kit, and a Torque Converter back in November. I called in today to ask how I would go about sending back the core, and I was contacted immediately, faxed the UPS shipping label, and guided through finding my invoice number in no time! This place is a mess after Brian left,i went to return a core and waited one hour before someone can help me, they are not that interested to do business, i wish they can find the right people to be more efficient

Went there to order a axel seal... sold me the wrong one... went back and purchased another... still didnt work...Then wanted to return and get a refund for both... they let me know...That they dont do cash refunds... there for I would have to wait about 10 business days to receive a check in the mail... so that it was really not worth requesting the refund....Hmmm... awfully convenient dont u think?Sell the wrong part various times to then want to keep the money...To me... its worth requesting the refund... I dont have money to be giving away...Specially since at the end I ended up having to purchase a 3rd seal (the right one) directly at the Honda Dealer...
