I had a leak in a tire that my local tire store (a national chain) was unable to find. I took my car to Peach State Ford and they went the extra mile to find the issue and get me back on the road. They have new, modern tire equipment as well as a good selection of new tires too. Great service.

We brought in a truck that had a very obvious problem and left it for an estimate. With no discussion or prior authorization they assessed $600 in diagnostic charges. The guy could barely look at me when he told me the price. We paid it, of course. This is the 2nd bad experience Ive had with them. I recommend staying away if possible.

They were supposed to call us to discuss any needed repairs, but they did not. We took it in for an oil change and it ended up being $550. They were doing some recall work, and we felt the work they did that we had not asked for was associated with the recall. They disagreed, but took $80 off the bill.

It is NOT a ford parts place it is a hotel. And the other address that shows up for peach state ford is in the middle of the street.

Never used Peach State, just heard a lot of great things about their services, so I was just looking around.

Need to replace parts salesman with people who want to sell parts. Awful over the phone service. Awful experience overall.

Absolute mad men, whoever was driving the truck with the license plate RIM7263 almost killed at least 5 people on I-75, January 7, 2019.This man is an insurance liability, a danger to all on the road and a danger to himself. Complete disregard for others, probably reflective of the company who hired him.

Took my RV here as local dealer could not repair. They are commercial truck dealer so RVs do not always get top priority (understandably). However, when we explained about our booked vacation with the grandkids at Disney, Peach State stepped up to the plate. Great guys!

We have had a great experience with the people who work there! They are super employees! The diesel technician is a real asset to your business, did a great job on our motor home. Serious problem solved quickly.

Talked with David Boaz in sales and he was very helpful when I was trying to decide what vehicle I needed to purchase next. He was very friendly and was not pushy and respected my decision making process. I would definitely go back and deal with David Boaz for future vehicle purchases.

Took all day and problem isnt fixed. When the mechanic came back out to recheck it. He gave me some bs excuse. Trying to say its normal.Now I have to go somewhere else to have it looked at again.Good thing its warranty work.

This company is the worst. I dropped off my 2012 F550 and did`nt receive a call for two months. After being told that the vevicle was ready, it stopped about five miles away from Peach State Ford. We returned the vehicle only to be told that it needed a battery, no problem. After replacing the battery I had the old one tested, and guess what It was perfectly fine. I was then told that the 02 sensor was bad, no problem fix it. I picked up the vehicle and 50 miles later It stopped again. The vehicle was towed to Peach State ford again and I was informed that it needs a new engine. After having my vehicle for two months to change what turned out to be a Turbo, they take no responsibility for doing a terrible job. When your customer tells you several times that the engine is not running properly, and returns the vehicle to you...belive them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The service is Terrible

Unethical, lazy, I dont have a single good thing to say. Stuck using this place to get my RV worked on. Charged 300 for an oil change, that costs less than 100 everywhere else including other dealers. Brought my RV to get a CEL fixed 3 times and they never fixed it. Asked simple questions of them about common pricing and they had no idea and couldnt find anyone that knew... Just absolutely useless..... They eventually admitted that they really dont want to even work on Fords and just want to freightliners... I now drive to Chatanooga to get work done huge waste of driving time to get up there but at least the work is done. Overall avoid these clowns at all cost.

I brought my ford truck for diagnosis which was purchased with a peach state ford sticker on it. I waited 2 weeks as they told me they were behind. I checked and called and each time was told they were about that day or the next morning to start diagnosis. In the third week of my truck sitting there I was told they could not diagnose the truck, or fix it and told to come pick it up still not running right after almost 3 weeks. I lost money with no work truck and was lied to several times that they were getting the wires to do the diagnosis or that they were about to diagnose it. A ford truck that a ford dealer can not diagnose with their sticker on it. Worst service, incompetent mechanics who can only look at a machine and replace parts that it tells them. Never before brought a truck to a mechanic and was told they couldnt fix it no less a ford to a ford mechanic. DONT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE OR BUY ANYTHING HERE. Dishonest incompetent !

I didnt have any issues with Peach State Ford. They got me in and out in a timely fashion. However, I do tend to work with the tech more than most people.

Terrible service. Did nothing and I paid $3500 for thr same problem to keep occuring. Please go somewhere else

They repaired engine/drive-train issues on my 22 Ford E-350 RV recently. They work on a lot of much larger trucks there but they were very responsive with the issues on my RV. Id go back for service again.

My wife’s Van has been there for 2 weeks for a rear break job. No straight answers and no sign of the Van on their property. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your vehicle to this place. If I can give this place a zero star rating or lower I would give it

Took a truck in for repair.. They forgot to put the screws back in my dash.. But they did not forget to charge us for the work.. Took a few days to repair a water hose leak.. I think i should have done it my self..

My F350 dually was the smallest truck there, but they took care of my service needs. I was traveling and needed unplanned service. I was in at 10 AM and out by 2 PM. Labor rates were higher than what Im accustomed to at my local Ford dealership.
