Took my car monday morning. He didnt call me at all i called back wednesdayFirst guy said 360 for waterpump thermostat. And brakelight. When i picked it up the other guy said 460 i said why then he pretended he had made a mistake. Didnt even fixed my brake light and craked my lisence plate. Plastic cover if. Be aware of these guys. Great customer service, we chose this place because it was close to the dealership we were car shopping. Took a car to get it checked out before purchasing it. We were given about an hour wait, which they got us in as quickly as possible which I appreciated.When they were done, they gave us an in depth run down of the car and what we needed to be sure of before we purchased the vehicle. The waiting room was clean and not too cold or hot. The seats were comfortable and the folks in the office were polite.I do not live in this area of town, but if I did, I would definitely be back. Great auto shop.

Dropped my car off here for an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. Received a call with a quote and confirmed the quote. Got a call back a few hours later that the original quote was incorrect and would be an additional $150 because of an incorrect labor quote. John admitted he was at fault and offered to comp it. May be better for employees to slow down and confirm quotes before telling them to the customer. We agreed to still do the work. When asked about turn around time, I explained I needed my car to get home that day but wasnt pressed for any time before they closed since I worked nearby. Also offered to drop it back off a different day if they needed more time. He agreed theyd be able to finish it that day. Never heard back from them, tried to call before they closed but got no answer. Stopped by the shop about 6:15pm and they were closed up and gone for the night. Went by in the morning to inquire as to why I was never called to be told work wasnt finished or it was ready to be picked up. Response was they forgot... Paid for my rides back and forth and offered a free oil change but not sure I will be returning to this location. Seems like theres some lack of attention and communication between the staff.

Ive had the best experience at this shop. I took my car to this shop for the first time not knowing what to expect, but after speaking with Roger at the front desk who was very friendly and professional, I was confident that I came to the right place. He asked all the relevant questions and pointed out a couple of things that might possibly be the problem but told me not to worry, they will check it out and call me back with the diagnostic and quote in just an hour or two and sure enough they did. I gave them the go ahead and lo and behold my car was ready in a couple of hours. These guys know what theyre doing! They not only fix the problem at hand, they went out of their way to check the overall health of the car and suggested a couple of things that need attention (a 16yr old car still on the road deserves such respect lol). I met Justin when I picked the car up, and he was just as courteous and professional. A great group of guys whose love for a sound running car comes through very clearly and they will treat your car as their own. I found my mechanics and it is NAPA forever!!!

The ONLY NAPA Location I love!! Jousque was great but no longer there, but John is also upfront and very clear. Very hard to find a great shop that you can trust, therefore I recommend them to everyone!!

I have had 2 ford cars (expedition and focus) for service there. For expedition, I had to retake it to the shop for more than 6 times just to have spark-plug repair and replaced. IF you dont have a job and have the whole time in the world, take your car there. Regarding my focus, I have had my A/C service just a little bit( It was working ok) but after they service only hot air came out and now they tell me compressor is wrong or something. Take your car only for oil change and nothing else or you will regret big time. This will be the last time servicing my car there.......

Ok. This place has a nice manager, but it seem the employees rush through their job. Left my car over night, picked it up the next morning and my window was down and spark plug cover wasnt put back on, and emergency break wasnt working so i had to leave it again. Finally they fixed my vehicle but driving home i smelt a wierd smell, got the house and popped the hood and my air filter cover was off smh. Never again will we meet again.

I took my Tahoe in for an oil change and and basic 26 point inspection. John Lee was my NAPA rep and did a great job educating me on my vehicle for issues I currently have as well as potential problems with recommendations and timelines. Price was very fair and also provided an estimate of work that needs to completed in the future. Johns knowledge and customer service was excellent. I will be returning to this location for follow up work.

The reviews post here, must be from lying family and friends because the service here sucks!! I had issues with a NAPA starter last November and got it traded out at this location. Well last week my car didnt start, so I towed it to an Infiniti shop where the mechanic said my starter had gone bad. I take it to this location because the part was still under warranty. Instead of replacing it they toggled the wire around just enough to get it to start, get me off their lot so they wouldnt have to replace it under the warranty. When I asked what was wrong they said a loose battery connection. How is there a loose battery connection and I have power going through my car with no issues? How is it a loose battery connection and the other two mechanics missed it, and both said it was the starter?? I literally walked in on them discussing how they werent going to replace it. I took the car home, and of course the car didnt start the following morning. The lights came on, the windshield wipers work, but of course the car didnt start. From the owner, to the manager, and technicians lied and treated me like I was some dumb chick that didnt know what I was talking about.When asked to reimburse me for the BS their service and parts caused they refused. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU!!!!!

Customer service was mediocre at best. After having my car for a day and a half, they charged me nearly $100 for a diagnosis of a clogged cooling system and wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 to replace my radiator, hoses, thermostat, water pump, engine, and heater core to fix a rapid-overheating problem.I had my car towed to my office where I did a 10-minute flush of the radiator with a water hose and it fixed my problem...

**EDIT** Since the posting of this review, the manager has contacted me and has resolved all of the issues dealing with the A/C, and has fully repaired the vehicle to working condition under warranty. They have apologized for the inconvenience and I consider this a closed case. Kudos to the manager for willing to work things out amicably.-----------------------------------------------

The same thing happened to him and they wanted to charge me again to scan it. Do not leave me because it was a service that I had already paid for and in the end they could not fix it and what they had done and charged him had nothing to do, the worst .. they accepted it but they didnt return anything to me .. the only guarantee is that they charge you for doing things to the car that they dont need.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE ..
