My experience was fantastic! After finding my pieces online, I called and was connected to Veronica, who was so amazing! I was recovering from illness so I was slow and still indecisive about the pieces I had chosen. Veronica was patient with me, encouraging me to take my time, and really convinced me that I will love the pieces I had chosen. Ms. Veronica went ahead and enquired if I needed a coffee table and end tables. Sweet Veronica went ahead and looked for some pieces and send photos and quotes for me. This young lady Ms Veronica has made my shopping experience with you a pleasure! Her mannerisms, professionalism, her level of customer service ethic was impressive! She made me feel really comfortable shopping online for furniture for the first time, without even going into the store! Looking forward to meeting Veronica one day!
Mistakes do happen, but the quality of the company is judged by their ability to fix their mistakes. We purchased over $9,000 in furniture. We had 11 deliveries plus 5 no notified cancellations. 9 pieces of damaged furniture delivered, pieces assembled wrong, missing parts, no user manual for adjustable bed, wrong furniture sent, damaged walls, rude customer service & delivery team (not all of them, Patrick our sales person was very pleasant). We were overcharged, given conflicting information, repeatedly, extremely poor follow through, Went in person 3 times to talk to someone with no resolutions. Literally hours on the phone with unreasonable amounts of time on hold; I was hung up on with only a few call backs.It took over 5 months to get all of our furniture delivered and the damages fixed. I have only recapped a general sweep of all the issues we have had with this company! We are still waiting for a credit that I was told would be processed back in June. I am a very disappointed customer!
Well enjoyed the buying experience, and love the dining room table as well. But buyer beware, your on your own if you pick the items up and get them home. We purchased a $1700 table and chairs and once got them home and opened the box’s we noticed all the hardware that attaches the table to base was missing. I immediately called the salesman ( said he would call me back the next day to follow up, but he didn’t) who directed me to the person who supposedly handles the issues. She said just go back to the warehouse and have them open up another box to get parts! My reply was would you please call them first before I drive and hour back. She got mad and said somebody would call me back. You guessed still nothing. So I modified my own bolts and rods 🤷🏼♂️. Just be aware they don’t stand behind the sale.
Awesome selection. Saw more dining pieces that matched what I was looking for than the previous 6 stores combined. Ross also provided phenomenal service and displayed excellent patience as my wife and I negotiated our contrasting styles. His mediation skills really expedited the shopping process and he provided additional valuable information about the pieces and price plans we otherwise wouldnt have known. The balloon-pop discount reveal was a cool bonus as well!
BUYERS BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! I NEVER leave reviews but I felt this was necessary! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never in my life experienced what I have experienced with trying to get furniture delivered. My bed should’ve delivered over a week ago but it hasn’t due to several empty promises. Not only have they come twice with the incorrect size bed and unequipped delivery team, now they’re blaming me for choosing the size bed that I did and said they’re not delivering the bed unless I change the size because THEY do not have an equipped delivery team (talk about the lack of professionalism). NEVER AGAIN
My husband and I went to Georgia Furniture Mart because we had read great reviews.Since we just moved in a few months ago from across the country we needed a couple of complete bedroom sets.We went on one of the busiest weekends of the year (Labor Day Weekend) because of GA Furniture Mart sales. Despite their being very busy, we were greeted right away by a very helpful sales person Jermaine. We went off on our own looking at the vast and varied bedroom sets. Jermaine regularly checked w us to see if we needed help & to answer questions. Jermaine got busy, so he handed us over to the care of Damian.You may need to wait some on such a busy weekend; however, that is to be expected. There are plenty of places to sit down if necessary. I was delighted to see a driving cart available for those that have walking challenges.After deciding on 2 complete queen bedroom sets, the checkout process went relatively quickly. The pricing was very reasonable. The same sets in the Seattle area in state of WA would’ve cost much more!On days when there are no sales, veterans still get a 5% discount.You’ll definitely want to check it out for ALL of your home furnishing needs.
Great furniture store. BEST ONE in/around metro Atlanta. I’ve personally checked out around 20 furniture stores in or around metro Atlanta. This store has terrific Collections, Amazing shipping price for the whole house. Their each and every piece is amazing, with amazingly affordable pricing. I wish I knew about the store earlier. I will give them 110/100 rating.

GUY IS THE BEST!!! I was so happy when I came a few weeks ago and saw he’s still here!! I honestly don’t like shopping with anyone else here but him because he is attentive but he lets you BREATHE! I enjoy the peace of entering a store, being greeted and left free to roam without feeling like I’m being followed. Sheila Anderson was our sales person. Her customer services was 100%++. Nothing was too much trouble. We purchased our last set of living furniture a few years back there and were very happy with it. We went just to browse but ended up not only buying furniture but tables and lamps as well. Over our budget absolutely YES! But Sheila wasnt pushy nor aggressive in her sales she truly cared about what the customer wanted. Never been in a store for that many hours! KUDOS to Sheila. They trick you by saying they will fix or exchange your product if you buy insurance.1. Customer service is a pain- They never have the replacements available2. They will take ages to respond to your request. in my case, they took 3 months tk fix a product issue that was identified when they came to install the product.3. Please refrain from buying. pay the extra buck for a peace of mind. Trust me, Its not worth it !!
I normally am not one to write a review, but my service with this location has been horrible. I purchased furniture here back in March for my new home and the deadline keeps getting pushed back even further for them to get my product. My fiancé tried to get the floor piece because of how bad the deadlines were pushed back and they only offered 10% off for a fairly damaged item. I understand supply chain issues have been a huge issue post covid and are only going to get worse because of the holidays, but this is absurd. Taking almost a year to receive one piece of furniture is ridiculous. My sales rep has not called, I have even called requesting to speak with him and have left him voicemails so I could request him call me if he receives any news. Absolutely nothing has been done about that. This is not a life or death thing being it’s only furniture, but when you spend almost a grand on a piece of furniture with a sales person I would expect some type of action taken to prioritize our order. This doesn’t even deserve one star. I have seen since post covid service from almost any industry has drastically declined as people keep showing they do not care.
Terrible customer service. We bought 25k worth of furniture. Had a horrible experience with delivery and damaged furniture. Communication is very poor and no follow up. I had to call several times. Our sales rep Khemara did a terrible job with getting anything done and just kept resorting to a manager will reach out which they still have not. I would not buy furniture from here better off going to Ashley Furniture which is cheaper and same stuff.
Georgia Furniture Market has a gorgeous showroom and wide selection of furniture. In addition the associates are friendly and professional. They won’t pressure you into getting the most expensive item but will find your taste of furniture and work within your price range. The only negative is delivery. I purchased a product in July but was told it wouldn’t be delivered until the end of August which I found reasonable especially for a couch I really liked. However, I called to get an updated estimated delivery and was told that I wouldn’t receive the couch until September. And again when I spoke to another associate the estimated delivery was in the first weeks of October. So I unfortunately had to cancel my purchase, which was a hassle free process. Gorgeous couch but not worth the extended period of time.
My first contact for my purchase of 2 dressers and queen bed was with Vanessa Bagshaw. I showed her a picture of the nightstands I already had in which I wanted to match with the new furniture. Vanessa immediately lead me to the furniture I eventually bought. There was no heavy pressure. Vanessa simply listened to what I asked for and took care of me. Ive been looking for 2 months. Finding the furniture, having it in stock and it delivered/installed in 4 days was incredible.
Wow! Who knew shopping for furniture could be a pleasant experience? Im taking the time to leave this review because it was such a great experience I want to recommend to others. Employees are ALL very helpful but dont follow you around or pressure you at all.Kori helped us and was very helpful, and even texted me answers to my questions after my first visit. Larry knew we were working with Kori, so while he called him over, and even though we werent his customer, I was shocked that he still answered our questions and helped us figure something out about a couch, even though he wasnt going to get the sale. I think all the staff are like this. Just there to help and never to pressure you. From start to finish we were so grateful to have Kori helping us. Amazing service; thank you again Kori!Simply put, this company has the best customer service staff you could ever hope for, and they genuinely care about making happy customers. (I didnt call them sales people because they act more like people who are just there to help you).Its also gorgeous inside and a great place to walk around. We shopped around at a lot of places and this was the only furniture store where it was actually a pleasure to be there.Also, GREAT PRICES!!! Well be back.
I would give them a zero if I could. The GM, Robert has very poor customer service and their systems and processes are dated. Save yourself time and go to Havertys or the dump.

So if you really need furniture - do not buy here.Good in store service, good pricing, excellent promises of nice furniture, but I havent seen my bedroom set since beginning of August. And it is almost end of September.Considering that I had to disassemble my bed couple days before promised delivery we have to sleep just on the mattress on the floor...P.S. Customer service have no idea what is going on and when it will be delivered.P.P.S. Set was marked as in stock at the time of purchase, I wonder, where it is in stock....
WOW! Amazing customer service is all I can say! From the first time I stepped into GFM on Dawson Blvd, my experience has been fantastic. My sales rep, Larry, was very accommodating. Unfortunately, my items were on back order, but boy, am I glad I waited! There was a slight problem with my order but Paige (one of the managers) and Ms. Gladys and Isaiah went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Jim Anderson was very helpful during our visit! He was very knowledgeable about items in stock as well as finance options! He was even able to get us a higher discount for the items we wanted to do split purchases on (because with the split purchase the discount was lower). He is also very personable. She sent me several options to consider and her follow up was almost instantaneous.Once I made a decision to purchase, I received the invoice via email minutes later as well as a link to pay from my phone. Best shopping experience ever - without even leaving the comfort of my chair!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I bought an electric recliner from this store in July of 2020. The electrics broke less than a year later in April of 2021. I filed a warranty claim and the chair still has not been fixed/replaced and it is now September! I moved after I filed the claim and this was apparently something that their customer service department cant contemplate. I have spoken with their customer service department 6 different times and every time they have had me old address on file. Government departments are run more efficiently than this! So, I was finally supposed to have a replacement recliner delivered and my delivery was skipped with no advanced notice or explanation. I set aside my Saturday afternoon to wait for a delivery that was never going to happen. At this point, I just want my money back. I didnt even like the chair that much. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere more reputable.

This place has gone completely south since it become GFM. Underpriced Furniture was great. We had 3 great, easy, affordable experiences there.We paid (more than it’s worth, honestly) for a couch last weekend with the promise that we could pick it up this Friday (yesterday). I was already not happy about a week without a couch I already paid for but I went with it. I called Friday, it wasn’t available yet but I was told “if not by the end of today then definitely some time this weekend”. I called just now and was told they have “no idea” when it’ll be available for pickup.Rico was sure ready to take my money last weekend but they have NO IDEA when they can provide me the product I paid for?! Ridiculous. Don’t bother with this place anymore. It’s not much cheaper than typical furniture stores and I’m super disappointed with the service I (haven’t) received.
If you want excellent personable customer service ask for Khemara! She is very sweet and has an amazing eye for interior design! My wife and I came in to purchase furniture for our home and she above and beyond to get us approved for finance! Very family oriented store, no pressure sales and friendly staff overall! Prices are very low and all good inventory and stock! Whoever runs this place did an excellent job of making ALL customers from all walks of life feel welcomed. I had a amazing experience at Georgia Furniture Mart. At first I was hesitant about making a purchase. Although I received a warm welcome when I first walked in no one asked me if I needed any help. Until Charlie came over he was so was nice to my daughter and I. He guided me to where the couch was and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the couch that I wanted. Went here on a busy Saturday looking for new living room furniture while we waited for moving trucks to arrive a few days later. Charlie and Niko tag teamed and took great care of us - found the set we wanted and they even arranged for a same day delivery with a third party (giving up their delivery charge) so we got it the same day!! If you want to return the damaged item, they will charge you for delivery again, plus restocking fee.4. The salesman will sell you insurance for protection of items but is of no use as they will never have replacement.So, the bottom line, if you can get furniture from somewhere else, avoid this place

I had the best customer service experience with Ray. He is funny and super helpful and financial realistic with what we could afford while shopping for furniture. Since Georgia Furniture Mart was bought out, their customer service, has DRASTICALLY declined. I have furnished my whole home with them and they consistently have failed me every single delivery since May 2021.Multiple deliveries have WRONG furniture, damaged furniture, or the delivery and set up is done half way and requires additional people to come out to fix it.My outdoor furniture I’ve been waiting two months for was delivered this morning. Guess what? Completely wrong items. Call customer service and my sales rep just to hear them make excuses and frustrate me even more.I would highly recommend using someone else, paying a higher price for better service
Just moved to Atlanta two days ago and found GA furniture mart on google. When I walked in, I was greeted by Khemara. She made me feel at home in a matter of minutes. She does interior design so this was so perfect!!! After discussing what I was looking for, she walked around with me and helped me find everything I needed. I had completed my lay-away and was ready for delivery. I did see some discrepancies in prices so I called the store and got a call back from Veronica. She was helpful in getting my invoice correct and also helped me get an exchange on the furniture because the original section8 was too large. Veronica was very helpful in getting this done making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. She was a tremendous help to me and that took away all my stress I felt my money was well spent Thanks to her excellent customer service Her excellent customer service !!
Sheila Anderson did an exceptional job throughout our whole time at Georgia Furniture Mart. She made us feel welcome. Was so attentive and helped us obtain what we were looking for. Very grateful.
If I had the ability to give 0 stars I would. This business is lack luster when it comes to customer service. They did me wrong time after time & shows zero regard. Delivered a damaged table. Didn’t return phone calls for a month. Charging me 25% to Restock the damaged table they delivered & offered absolutely no solution. I made an additional purchase which is now canceled because of the horrid experience I had with Jessica the manager. Filing a BBB complaint & definitely sharing my bad experience. This is not what customer service or business at all, looks like. Closed my account & canceled my order. Someone needs to revisit their rule book. ASAP!The reply is a dead end as well. I’ve done all that already & literally got nowhere. Giving my back $603 of my $977 for your damaged table. Now I have to invoke my bank & possibly my attorney over this. Total inconvenience that was in their control.
I love coming to this place. Always fast courteous people working in here. Today Michelle Lunsford helped me and she was wonderful. Very honest knew where everything was also very patient. Thank you to Michelle and we will be back again with the wonderful service.

My husband and i came in to the store last week. Our name Mr and Mrs Robert and Eula Maddox. We have been purchasing furniture with under price since 2017 have purchase over $20.000 in the past years.I meet Tim Sullivan as the store that day.He listen to us about the mattress issue we was having. He heard my cry and maded it happen. I was so glad i met him and he understood. My husband have cancer and i want to make him comfortable.Tim is awesome and caring for his customersHe had us to call and schedule appt with rep.Tim went out of his way to help.If i had to score him 1.10 i will give 10.I will always communicated with him if i need anything.Tim we 💘 you and appreciate you so appreciate in the time of our meed.
This was My first time coming here and I really enjoyed it, shelia who attended me was fast, patient and answered all my questions I had . She really did a great time helping me get my new sofas for my living room. Will definitely come back for my bedroom set and new kitchen table !
You all baited and switched me by selling me a table you did not have and which was discontinued. I picked up what I thought was the table I purchased from your warehouse and its a completely different table. I paid for this table in cash and then you make me wait 2 weeks to get my refund in the form of a check in the mail?! Seriously!!! Your practices are out of date, ridiculous and completely inconsiderate to the customer. Your management staff has no ability to do anything but make excuses. Clearly managers in title only with no real ability to do anything to solve problems. This has been the worst purchasing experience Ive ever had with a business. Its like dealing with a very bad mom and pop operation. This is the last time I will ever shop with you all and I will make sure everyone I come across knows how horrible of an experience Ive had with you all and how inconsiderate and usless your management staff was.
EDIT: This reply is the exact same copy paste response that you have given to every negative review. Improve your customer service.I have no idea why this place has such a high rating. When we ordered our couch, we were told we would receive a call 2 days before the couch would be delivered. Instead, we got a call at 7:30am telling us that the couch would be delivered the next day but we had to confirm by 8am. We attempted to confirm by phone, but it didn’t work. However, we were able to confirm by email instead and were given a delivery window of 4pm to 6:30pm for the next day. We would get a 30 minute warning call.Fast forward to 5:30pm the next day, we haven’t received a call. We decide to call the store and ask for an update and the person who answers the phone tells us that she’ll have the delivery driver call and give us an estimated arrival time. 6:30pm comes and we still haven’t received a call. We call the store back and they tell us that our delivery was cancelled because we didn’t confirm by 8am the previous day. When we explained that we did confirm via email before 8am they tell us that we had to confirm by email and phone call. This was not written anywhere and not included in the voicemail. They told us it was in a text, but we never received a text. When we explained that, they just said that we’ll have a new delivery time next week.This business is charging $150 in order to ship a $500 couch and this is the kind of service we’re getting? A 30 minute early morning window to confirm delivery with one day’s notice? Not being told until the end of the delivery window that the delivery was not confirmed, even though we received email confirmation and spoke on the phone regarding our delivery an hour previously?Two of my friends have also used this place to buy couches and have had negative delivery experiences. They both had to convince their delivery people to bring the couches into the house after they claimed they wouldn’t fit (they did). One friend also had her couch damaged by a delivery person and had to get it replaced.
Still speechless with the amazing customer service I receive from Veronica. I went to over 10 furniture stores before finding Georgia Furniture Mart. I decided to call because the website was stating everything was sold out and I wanted to make sure. I am so glad I did! After explaining to her what I wanted she sent me pictures and walked me through each sectional. I finally decided on the one I believed to be perfect for me and guess what!?? It comes on THURSDAY! Every other store was saying December and I was becoming devastated!!! I can’t thank Veronica enough for her patience and outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back and will give her my business from here in out!
This place is absolutely stunning! The displays are beautifully executed, the furniture appears very nice in quality, and the staff was extremely friendly! I was greeted by Bryant who pointed me in the right direction and gave me space to browse on my own. Although I did not end up purchasing anything for my current need I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone! I wish I would have known about this place sooner. Prices seem competitive and there is a huge selection. Thanks again Bryant!

Patrick was super knowledgeable in helping me decide on which adjustable base to get. I ended up getting the BedTech and it has been amazing. It has been especially great for relieving some nagging back pain I have been having recently. I will be back soon to furnish the rest of my house and will definitely ask for Patrick again!
Remarkable experience with this company throughout all of their services.Huge thanks to Cam Lewis and Mr. Baron for being so fast and super clean with their delivery for us. They made a hard job going up several flights of stairs to deliver our products in a SupremeWay. I will be back for hopes of this same turnout!

I bought a bed from you guys and the delivery company broke our stairs and you guys never helped us with that, never gave us an answer after a month very bad costumer service, never buying from you again.
My wife and I purchased a reclining sectional from here in April. 2 months later one of the recliner chairs broke (at no fault of ours). We reached out to the store to have a technician come out to repair the chair. It took them a month to come out and the technician only put a bandaid on our problem since he had to order a part. We’ve now been waiting almost 2 months for this part to arrive. They barely answer the phone when we call the store and if we visit the store, the manager gives us false hope just to get us out of the store. Don’t waste your money and time people. You will be highly disappointed.
I have had one bad experience after another with delivery of two counter height chairs. That all ended today when I got Kiara on the phone. For the past week and a half I have been trying to schedule a delivery and I have spoken with numerous people, left voicemail messages, and even left a voicemail message for a manager with no success. I was blessed to be able to get Kiara on the phone and she corrected all the issues in less than two minutes. Great attitude and great results. Now just hoping the delivery actually happens as promised
