DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! The folks here will lie to get a sale. If there’s any damage or dirt they will lie to your face and tell you it will come out with a cleaning, when in reality it’s a different substance like grease. This place WILL be reported to the Better Business Bureau, and deserves to be shut down. They take advantage of people and nobody deserves that. It’s a scam, please take your business elsewhere. It’s completely worth the extra few hundred to get it from the regular RTG and not be scammed.
Because of the uptick in COVID cases rooms to go does NOT deliver furniture anymore. They will provide you with a list of companies that will deliver. HOWEVER, Rooms to go will recommend of the companies to you. You are on your own. Good luck and beware.

Sometimes, you’ll find exactly what you need in here. Be aware that if you leave to think about it and then come back the next day, it’ll probably be sold. The sales associates don’t harass you. They speak, offer help, let you walk around, and then help again if you ask.
I purchased a queen size bed, dresser/mirror & mattress set. I received the mattress set in April. The dresser in June with a completely shattered mirror but it was replaced no problem. The bed was delivered yesterday 7/7/21 before 9am and 3 huge boxes were left on my front porch. They didnt knock, call or text like they did with my previous deliveries. They were suppose to set up the bed which has drawers attached like they did with previous deliveries. Not leave it on the front porch! I called and spoke with 4 people including my salesman yesterday and all they could do is send an email to the delivery manager. Well this morning Thursday July 8th those huge boxes are still on my porch because they didnt come back to assemble the bed as promised. I paid over $1,400 for these items and I plan to return them for a full cash refund if its not assembled today July 8th 2021. I did not request drop off door service so please rectify this issue today. Im sure Ill be getting a notice from my HOA about these unsightly boxes on my porch. The worst customer service ever!Update...Spoke with supervisor Vickie at about 8:30am on 7/8/21. She called back after 4pm & said someone will come by at 9am on 7/9/21 to assemble bed. There was a rain storm on 7/8 and through the night and now the boxes are probably wet...smh

You definitely can tell they work on commission. I wish they give more space, I let them know im just browsing for accents and im very familiar with the location.
I bought a bed frame from them brand new. The quality is horrible and gives no support to the mattress. The wood slats barely fit a cross and the supporting bracket and brace are stripped so it cant be tightened. I payed for them to do the delivery and set up.... apparently they knew it was defective and just put it together and went about their merry way.

TAKE PICTURES PRIOR TO PURCHASE......So I went and was able to see the couch I wanted with in 10 min, that part was awesome......However the couch was delivered with The pillows in a bag and lots of stains where alll over MY PILLOWS.😳How stains got on pillows that was in plastic is beyond me.Thankfully I had taken previous to purchase pictures. of the couch while it was in the store and was able to prove the stains where not on there when I purchased the Couch! They will trade for a new same value couch or offer you your money back but thats the offers I received.
Two different salesman quoted 2 different prices. Got a manager involved and he defended the salesman that gave the higher quote before he analyzed the furniture that I was talking about. They work on commission and the salesman willInflate the price. A lot of the furniture does not have prices which allows the salesman to inflate the price.

Yes I do love Rooms To Go in Outlet I discovered it when I went to Cracker Barrel next door and I discovered that have a lot of stuff there that is reasonable on sale and very nice to be organized place and and they sales representatives are very much of a help never pushing that you have the freedom to choose I really do appreciate that
If you need assistance with purchasing furniture, Damein Williams is your go to person. His witty personality was radiant when we walked through the door. He went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely work with him again for future purchases! Rated 4 stars because it would be great if the company offered a protection plan like at the stores.
10/13/20. Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful. Walked in past two salesmen and we weren’t even acknowledged. Heard them griping about having 5 ppl on the floor after a sale and all they did was just sit and gripe. Heard a good story about how one of them was supposed to help someone move be he ‘ain’t be won’t to lift no furniture’. We went in ready to buy and actually found a two piece set we were interested in. We made eye contact with multiple salesmen and gestured that we needed assistance but they just kept walking. apparently, no one wanted to make a sale, so we left. Horrible selection. Even worse customer service. Definitely do not recommend.

So, after reading some of the reviews here, I was pretty hesitant to go to this outlet. I can say, after visiting, it is not gross or dirty like some reviewers have stated.It was clean and fairly well organized and, while most pieces have some kind of problem - a scratch, scuff or tear that makes them no longer saleable at full price - there are a lot of decent pieces here for pretty impressive prices if you dont mind some small blemishes. Now, truly, some are in much worse shape - like some seriously dinged-up beds at the back, but its an outlet store for a reason.A salesman greeted us when we came in and checked in on us periodically, offering to put our name on an item to hold it while we made a decision at one point.In the end, we didnt find what we were looking for, but if I was just starting out and trying to furnish an apartment or dorm room, Id definitely start here!

I wish my wife and I had come here before visiting the regular Rooms to Go stores. We have bought alot of furniture from Rooms to Go and if we had come here to the outlet store we could have saved TONS of money. Sales people as usual have the quick pressure tactics as you come in but they leave you alone if you tell them youre just looking.We always walk in and talk to a salesperson and get their name then do our wandering and come back to the sales person.This particular outlet has almost all of the furniture we have bought is here, at a much lower price. Of course this is basically a scratch and dent store, nothing I saw looked bad.Our salesrep was Matt. Very helpful and courteous guy. We bought a replacement mattress here today, we saved over a thousand dollars. Thanks again, Matt!

Rooms to go need to change their delivery/pickup policy. I had to waiting several minutes for an item that I couldve taken through the front door weighing only 25 pounds. As a result, the transaction was cancelled. Help!!

In the parking we had a van follow us and tell us he will deliver our goods the same day. In the store, everything is damaged and still priced high. If you know how to buff out scratches and whatnot, this place may save you some money. Its also cramped and looks unmaintained. After the scammish van and the looks of the merchandise, we left disappointed and quickly.

He may not know it yet, but hes already made the sale!***UPDATE **** Just went back and made my purchase with Mahesh, he made my entire experience extremely quick and easy! I was in and out with my truck loaded in less than an hour. I had already done my homework with him a few weeks ago, which he was very thorough in explaining what would be needed to put my room together. Very happy with my experience!!
The service was great from the start, I ended up being helped by the associate Brian, he listened to what I needed and did not try to over sell me. He also was able to bring the price down on one the items i really wanted. It was overpriced, Brian was able to talk to his manager and bring the price down to something reasonable. The furniture overall is in great condition, you just have to pay attention to minor details. I appreciate the help I received!

Really enjoyed working with Samuel. On a busy Memorial Day, he was helpful without hovering and was right there for me when I was ready to buy. He didnt try to talk me into buying stuff I dont need and really made sure I was happy with my purchase.My guest room looks beautiful, the canopy bed frame I got for $200 looks very similar to one that Pottery Barn sells for several thousand dollars. It was exceptionally packed: no scuffs, marks, chips or dings.
People that work in the area pick up there are okay but people are outside to pick up everything from customer did not friendly they look for trouble
I went in looking for a rug. Found one but I couldn’t locate a sales rep! I mean, at all. So I walked around - looked at a few more things and still nobody. So we left. It wasn’t that their merchandise wasn’t good- it’s that I couldn’t find anybody to help me purchase it!
Helpful staff, but the whole store is confusing. We have been there a couple times looking for specific items, to no avail. I guess the bottom line (for us) is not to shop in an outlet store.
Brian F. was by far the most amazing sales person Ive ever worked with. He was very attentive throughout my entire shopping & purchasing experience. He helped me with visualizing what I wanted to do with my home and backyard and help that come to life. I asked him many questions and never once did I feel like I bothering him or did he feel annoyed. Im very glad I was approached with out asking for help by the most knowledgeable and pleasant sales person. Please ask for him when you get there! :)

I am rating this based on the customer service I received from the salesperson Patrick dont know his last name. Despite his demand to attend other customers, Patrick took his time to explain and answer every single question my 85 year old neighbor had. I was her companion for her purchase and Ive known her family for over 20 years. What impressed me is that this young fellow was ensuring that his customer was not being scammed. He follow proper procedures and questioned her directly to ensure her safety in opening a credit card to make her purchase.

My wife and I came in to the show room looking for one specific piece of furniture. We dont like salesy type employees, so although one of the employees greeted us upon our entry, we thanked them but continued our search on our own. As we walked through the show room, we found the coffee buffet we originally came in for within a few minutes. We walked back to the front where a group of employees stood. The one who greeted us first was no longer there. We shared with the guys standing around that someone greeted us, but no one has helped us yet and we had questions. Vaun was available, helpful and super personable. We came, we found, and we conquered! We were able to negotiate the piece we really wanted without the pressure of the type of sales people we try to avoid. Well be back and well ask for Vaun!

$5000 MISTAKE WE WONT BE MAKING AGAIN. WE ADVISE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE THAN THIS RTG.While our sales associate, JC, was extremely friendly and helpful the management here is sorely lacking. She was rude and condescending to my girlfriend almost leaving her in tears. They obviously could not care more about customer service. The manager has no right to be in her position. We had such an aweful experience that we would almost rather not even have furniture.We easily spent five hours picking out and designing our bedroom and our living room racking up about five thousand dollars.(BIG MISTAKE) In person we were told we would have a few days to return the new items that werent second hand off the floor. But apparently that few days means directly after you pay and not when they choose to deliver it several weeks later. When we finally got our sofa the color looked completely different. In-store the appearance was a Light Beige but when we received it it was more of a light silver lavender. Even our bed set looked completely different. When we went back to see if we could get this straightened out the same day it got delivered they told us all sales at that point where final and nothing could be done, even after admitting that their lighting was the cause of the furniture having a different color look on the stores floor. You would think 7 lights on one bed set would be a bit much. When we asked to turn the lights away (to see the true color) it was too much trouble for them. The management was rude and unaccommodating, offering no help whatsoever. Having bought the items new from the floor I would have expected much differently from roomstogo. At the very least an offer an exchange for different color or something that wasnt so blatantly different.So word of warning to anyone looking to purchase from here pay attention to their lighting because they will often put seven or eight lights on one item completely changing the look of it and store and then offered no help and rectifying the situation when youre rightfully dissatisfied.
This place is a bust sometimes because of how low the prices are. People usually buy everything too quick for me to have a chance to see it but that isnt a concern because its not their fault people are buying everything. My main concern is how horrible the service is here. The workers here act as if you owe them something. These employees are absolutely disrespectful and have no regard for your well being. Dont refrain yourself from not coming here the deals are good. Just get in here get what you need and leave dont even try to be friendly.

Good price nice selection. Could up their costumer service game. I only had one person greeted me and no one asked it I needed help. So I did not buy anything on my last trip.
Purchased 4 pillows because the sales person had us to try some pillows. They felt excellent in the store but when we got them home, they all were stink. The smell lasted for several months. The pillows were hard and caused us to have headaches. I called the office and was told to air them out. It has been several months and the pillows are still hard and hurts your neck and head. No more pillows from Room to Go outlet. Quality is not good and you do not get what you picked out.

Came to the Rooms To Go Outlet to help my daughter buy a sleeper sofa that needed to be available for delivery immediately. Her apartment building was destroyed in a fire.Arlene was assisting us after we could not find any sleeper sofas. She told us to wait just a minute. When she came back, she had brought out a beautiful blue sleeper sofa that reminded my daughter of the Rooms To Go sleeper sofa she had just had delivered on June 5 to her now burned apartment. My daughter bought the sofa and it is being delivered this Tuesday, July 21.Arlene was professional and compassionate. She actively listened to what my daughter needed and went above and beyond to assist my daughter.Arlene, thank you for helping my daughter fill a small hole in her life with this sofa.Rooms To Go should recognize your customer service, because Arlene, you are a keeper.

When needed, he stepped in to offer accessory pieces, coupons, checked unmarked prices and explained the delivery process in full - all without complaint. Stay away. Rude No customer service people. Found many items with no price. I asked a Indian American salesman if he could give me prices for the items and he very rudely shouted No!. Then WTH are you doing working if you refuse to help customers? Paid to do nothing! The furniture is junk. Sure theyll give you a very slight discount for a piece of junk furniture in a almost unuseable condition. So if you want a sofa with holes in it, tears, broken frame, broken arms, broken features, missing legs, stained, used and rejected then youll love being treated like dirt and being robbed by this dump.
Loved the furniture. Hate the customer service. I had a delivery scheduled for 8-12 They arrived at 7:40am. I was sleeping at this time. Phone on do not disturb until 7:50They did not Knock. They left a voicemail and left.3 minutes after the voicemail! I called back. No answer, called and called until I reached someone. They were 5 minutes away but said they will not turn around.5 minutes!I now have to wait 48 hours before I can even reschedule a delivery. A delivery I already waited 2 weeks for!

No one to greet at the entrance. No one came over to ask what we are looking for ! I see some associates just standing there and staring at us. Felt wierd. We came to look for kids BunkBeds. When we went to the back to see them, none of the very few there, were even assembled, to get an idea of how they look. With difficulty found a sales associate to talk to us. He just said- thats all they have and told us to come back may be at a later time for new beds. I am not going back. Waste of my time. The only fun part of this review is, I am actually writing it sitting in the store itself. That was the urge to talk about the hopeless customer service here.. Date Dec 6,2020.
Initially the experience was poor, we were greeted by a very dry Rick who reminded us that they were closing in 15 minutes, so he couldn’t help with much. I’m thankful we didn’t allow him to ruin our experience. After browsing we were introduced to Brian who turned our sour experience sweet. If you decide to shop this location, definitely ask for Brian.
Place is really wide open, with a really good selection. The furniture is in various conditions from obviously worn to some just like new. Prices are slightly better than in the store but the good thing is that you can pick it up and take it home or where ever you need it that same day. We worked with a new sales associate and were in and out in less than about 35 minutes to buy a recliner. It was a really easy and successful trip.

This place has a wide variety of things, and at a lower price. My sales rep was Doni, and at first she started out to be an absolute Gem!! The manager here can use a double course in customer service and public relations because he lacks in both! I found the perfect furniture, and due to miscommunication from my sales rep, lack of empathy and customer satisfaction and just plain a show of poor customer relations, I am out hunting for furniture again, and the sales rep made it known to me that she sold the item to another customer, no skin off her back! I just wish I at least had the feeling that my money and business was welcomed...i left with my need not met, and feeling that they could take or leave my business, it didnt matter at all to them.
