BEWARE! The owner Sushma Patel, is one of the lowest people I have ever encountered on planet earth. All the reviews on Yelp and Google will back that fact up.I have never seen my mother so upset and frustrated with a store owner before which is why I decided to write this review. My mother ordered a dress from Sushma for $800 which was paid for in full cash at the time the order was placed. The dress arrived nearly 2 months later which is not an acceptable timeframe however the dress was paid for so she proceeded to pickup. At the time of pickup the dress was not as described and did not resemble the dress on the display which was what she ordered. She then requested an exchange for another dress in the store and she was denied an exchange and the conversation turned into a heated argument. My mother was then asked to leave the store and she did just that leaving the dress behind. She returned to the store at a later time and asked for a refund. Once again, Sushma denied the request for the refund so she asked for the dress which she had purchased. Sushma explained she did not have the dress in her possession as she had already donated it to charity. My mother feels like she was deceived and robbed in the amount of $800. I told my mother not to worry, I will buy her a new dress and know that Karma always catches up to people like Sushma Patel.
