Really impressed. My teenage daughter was unsure about her outfit for an Asian wedding and the ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of trouble to help her choose. Its not easy to please a teenager. I had ordered a mens kurta from their online shop. They messaged me very next day to inform the size wasnt available. I went to the shop and within five minutes found something even better. Once again very helpful staff. I was impressed with the variety and felt the prices were quite reasonable. No need to get stuff from India. Strongly recommend.

Hi this was the first time I ordered an Indian outfit online. I was a bit sceptical as online you never know, but I know of the name and the online outfit looked good, so I ordered. The delivery was quick and sizing fitted well, however I had a slight problem with the trousers. I then emailed in with my problem I had a quick response from Dhaval who actually went out his way to make sure that I wasnt troubled in sending the trouser back he kept informed, sent my replacement efficiently. The customer service was really good and it went to show they cared about their customers. I definitely recommend shopping with ladlee. I will be going back for anything in the future. Thank you

I don’t very often write reviews but I had to write this one for Ladlee. I’ve been shopping for my wedding and have visited Belgrave Road in Leicester. Mahesh uncle and all the staff at Ladlee are really very friendly and helpful. Even though I visited multiple times prior to purchasing anything, each time I was warmly welcomed and they always went the extra mile to help me. I’ve done most of my wedding shopping from there. They have quality products and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful customer service - Mahesh uncle and all staff are brilliant and so helpful. I recommend to anyone who is looking for bridal outfits and all other Indian outfits. The selection of outfits are lovely too with decent prices.

On two occasions we used this shop. On one occasion I bought an outfit for My wife For my bothers wedding, spent over£400 for it, and had some shoes for my sons to wear. She wore this outfit, and realised all the colour coming off on her hands and neck. The shoes I bought the sole came off. Went back to the Shop to complain, and the male owner basically said, do what you want, your not getting a refund,or explanation on the quality so have decided to put on this review on here to warn people.On the same occasion we also had mens suits made, which were very nice, but the shawl they gave, the colour ran and white suits, now had green stains over the shoulder, again he was not interested. In total we spent close to £1000, but this guy once he has your money, you are Nothing. If you do go in the shop, he is the one who is thinning hair and with a tash.

Liaised with Dhaval at Ladlee over Whatsapp during lockdown to source 2 mens Sherwani suits for an upcoming wedding. Had to send back my suit for bigger size which arrived quickly and Dhaval kept me fully informed on delivery with pictures. I was sceptical at first but I received an outstanding service throughout. I had a video call with Ladlee to view wedding outfits, before the call i had completed a form to inform them what i was looking for, size colour etc and when I had the call they had a beautiful selection of outfits availabel to show me. I managed to find a lovely champagne colour lengha, exactly what i was looking for and a very reasonable price aswell. They even sent me photos after the call as a reminder of what i had liked. I would definitely recommended them and would buy again. When i received the lengha via post it was stunning even better in person then the video call. Excellent Customer service too.

We had bought menswear for festival. There were no instructions supplied designer buttons snapped while using very first time. I returned to shop to report issue but no repair or exchange was done despite of poor quality. Turned out to be festival spoiler shopping experience.

Ladlee is obviously one of my favourite Asian clothing stores in Leicester and would recommend anyone to go in and be mesmerised by the amazing collection they have and the service by the full team!!! :)

The one star reviews are accurate. Very rude and disgusting service today by the lady in the Maroon Nike top, black gym leggings and trainers. Shouting at customers and accusing them of having seen no photography signs is not an acceptable way of communicating with customers. Please send this staff member on a course on how to calmly communicate with customers.

I ordered a Kurta suit from Laadlee to wear for my daughters 10th birthday party. After searching high & low in green street & Ilford lane in East London (which is considered to be the Mecca of Asian clothes in the UK) & online, I couldn’t find anything that tickled my fancy. I wanted something fancy but not too OTT either. I even checked on Pakistani & Indian websites abroad but still had no luck. I finally came across Laadlee online & you know what...I was spoilt for choice! With just a week left untill the big day I browsed their website like a madman! I made the decision between 2 suits & I contacted Dhaval via wotsapp. He really cooperated with me & sent me pics of how the clothes looked in reality as I was worried about the ‘looks can be deceiving’ factor when shopping online! I’m really thorough when making any decision be it big or small & I felt like I was really testing Dhavals patience! But nothing was a big ask for him! He happily answered all my annoying questions. When I finally made my mind up, he dispatched the clothes the same day & I received them the following morning! I was SO impressed that I ordered another suit from him after a few days & it was actually this second one I ended up wearing on the day! Great clothes & great service! Unhelpful, rude, dishonest. This store does not do customer service - all they are trying to do is sell items which even their own tailor believes cannot be altered to suit some people. DISGUSTING SERVIDE/RUDE - be warned not to enter this shop, they are rude and shout and make the customer feel worthless. No refunds are given even tho outfits have come wrong, alteration not done and wrong colour and embellishment. The excuse, oh this is how you wanted it, even tho we had video and photographic evidence. Trading standards will be told as well as consumer help line.

Terrible customer serviceI was shocked in the way we were treated here. The sarees are lovely, but the customer service is terrible. The old lady serving us, was huffing and puffing as if it was too much work to show us the sarees. Without looking at the sarees theres no way we can decide what to buy. The gentleman serving beside her was equally rude to the customers. I think they expect us to pay our hard earned cash for sarees straight away and if we dont, they become angry.No such thing as customer service here. I will not return here again. Please avoid.

They NOT ONLY take your money but Disgusting, after sale service. They are very Rude and abusive. Even don’t respect women and shouts with verbal abuse and make you feel degraded in front of other customers.They will not reason and are not willing to listen to customer needs. I returned a saree within 14 days of deadline, and explained reasons why I needed just few extra days to select an alternative saree, they gave me NO choice but forcibly made me to purchase another saree or ails I lose payment. Even refused to give me a receipt for the new saree. Never again will I set foot in this shop nor my friends or family.
