Went in to buy my summer wardrobe and was rushed out of the dressing rooms and nagged about having more than 5 items in the dressing room even though I was putting several items at the register to purchase. The nagging made me think that they thought I was gonna steal from them. I was only in the dressing room for maybe 15-20 mins but as soon another customer came in I was rushed out and the girl gave me attitude about taking too long even though I dropped hundreds on their clothes and had been nothing but polite. The other girl did not even end up buying anything so I did not appreciate being rushed. They also threw in a tank top that I did not intend on purchasing at checkout. Check out Fabrik instead they have way better customer service. The cute clothes are not worth the condescending attitude. I also have worked retail myself and assuming customers are going to steal in such a high end store is very tacky.

I almost always make a purchase in Ensemble. I was there less than 5 minutes ago. I felt as if I were being watched the entire time I was browsing. If I picked up anything, I was immediately asked if I needed it placed in a fitting room. I’m not sure what boutique customer service convention all of these boutique employees attend but it’s so annoying being asked constantly if I need something placed in a fitting room. It’s over done to say the least. Nevertheless, I bought some items simply because I didn’t have the energy to keep looking for what I needed in other stores. That was likely my last visit to that store. Their attitudes changed once I made a purchase. Imagine keeping a close watch on a particular customer while other customers shop with out the same treatment, and they don’t spend a dime. The one customer who you monitored so diligently is the only one to make a purchase.

“New arrivals” at Forum are displayed very well and are so cute! There’s always a great sale going on, and the workers are always reminding you of them when you step through the doors. Jennifer is my favorite! She’s always there when I’m in and helps me find exactly what I’m looking for and more. This is the place to shop for all your clothing and accessory needs!

I applied for a job here. The clothes are cute but the environment was not enjoyable. I didn’t even receive an email following my interview after an hour drive both ways.

Cute items. A little more on pricey boutique side. The lady didn’t greet me when I came in, only spoke when I had items in my hand to put in the fitting room and at check out.

The service is a hit or miss here. Sometime you are greeted and sometimes not. They have really great sales (back of the store) and specials whenever I have gone in. The selections of clothing, shoes and jewelry is nice. I will be back!

Came in the store not one employee greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. The store wasnt even crowded. Employees just looked and never said hi or anything. Cute clothes, very bad customer service

Horrible place with sales people with bad snobby attitudes. Poor quality clothing and even worse exchange return policy. Will never shop there again
