Every morning when I come in, there is never anyone working in the Deli department. I always have to find someone to come work the station and slice either cheese or deli meat for me. Current time 8:41 am.

This Kroger is straight awful. Always have lines and they only ever have one set of self check outs open. Not to mention the security guard checking receipts at the door. Literally the only reason I come here is because its the closest to my house. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

I was really excited about this newly remodeled store. However, I feel like I need to share this story. My husband went in to do our shopping on a Tuesday around 10-11AM. He had a full buggy & there was not one checkout lane open & he was told to do self check out. Well, theres not enough room for all our groceries in the self check out bagging area so he put his bags back in the buggy to make room. Alarms went off & he was accused of stealing!!! They checked all his bags & questioned him. When he questioned why there wasnt a lane open he was told they are saving money so they dont have to lay anyone off. This is so wrong to me. I have to check myself out & bag & I get in trouble for it?

Went there to buy something to eat for dinner and their close before their closing time and it says 12am is closing time not 11:15 was not even let in the door to even try and buy me something for dinner so just know if you dont shop before the sun goes down dont go here

Always expired products. If you buy sandwich meat or yogurt (or anything really at this store) make sure you check the expiration date.

This grocery store is a little bit chaotic. The labeling on the aisles are not 100% accurate (the have bread where is labeled as canned fruit and beans where is labeled bread & rolls). The fresh products seem to be fresh, but the some of the pre-packed meat is questionable. Some or their refrigerators had frozen the ground meat.They have some of the floors dirty.As you can see in one of the pictures, they have a lot of shopping carts in front of the ice machine, making the task of getting a bag a little bot difficult. Not a place to go if you have other choices.

They had everything i was looking for. Lady behind the customer service counter almost got rocked flying off at the mouth one night but besides that...a pleasant shopping experience

Raggedy machines don’t work… workers just stand there not doing anything until you get ready to leave out… chase you down for a receipt like you stole something. Grocery store sucks.

I hadnt shopped at Kroger in FOREVER because I have a several supermarkets around the corner from my Apartment. But BAY BAY..let me tell you I have MISSED out not going to Kroger. Their bakery items and prepared foods are out of this world and top quality. They always have great fresh produce, meats, poultry and seafood. Plus, I ❤️ theyre Private Selection brand. My only complaint would be the helpfulness of the employees. I dont know if its a training/COVID issue but the employees arent particularly friendly nor, in the case of using the Kroger app, helpful.

Very disappointed with your location on Singleton Rd in Norcross GA. Expired products on the shelves...I shop at this location several times a week. About a week ago I let an employee at checkout know that I saw some expired Chardonnay in your wine section, 3 boxes of them. The next day I went back and saw the boxes still there. I let an employee know and he went and took them off the floor. A few days later I returned and so did the expired wine! So I figured let me tell a manager this time.. I found 2 managers walking around the produce section. I let them know about the wine as well as some ricotta cheese in the dairy section that was also EXPIRED. I returned today to see all of the expired products still on the shelves! Product rotation is a simple concept for a grocery store. 2 associates and 2 managers informed about expired products and no one seems to care. The management team at this location should be embarrassed!

I have been here multiple times and guest services/money service has never opened on time.

Most incompetent pharmacy and staff I have ever been too. If you can go somewhere else, save yourself time and frustration.

Phu is a great enthusiastic guy, he sold me on buying icecream as he was stocking the freezers. He needs to be promoted and showed the ropes to be manager or greater! If he keeps it up he can and will be a greater people person and a sucessful man!

Went in to get a cake, there wasn’t anyone in the bakery, I was told to wait in customer service so they could call someone, so I decided to just buy icing and do it myself. Walked by the bakery again and the were people there so I asked them if they could write something, apparently they didn’t know how! Anyways they had 2 registers open and the self checkout lines were into the isles. So disorganized.

Online time needs to be changed, they say open til 12 am but start announcing that they close at 11pm. Please fix your times or stick with them

Every time I come in here which is at least 3 times a week, there is always a lone line at the customer service desk. It should definitely be two people at that station instead of one. This is an inconvenience to the customers, especially if you’re pressed for time.

If you want to be disappointed and price gouged then this your store!! This store needs to be closed down and remodeled. They are always understaffed and only a few self-checkout machines work. If you have an hour or 3 to kill, go stand in the Customer Service line. I have never seen people move so damn slow in my life!!! The people they hire aren’t the brightest and they are never fully stocked. If you have a car, please go somewhere else!!! Do not waste your money here!

It says online store closes at 12AM, I went 11:05PM and was almost not allowed in, they said they close at 11!!

This is my regular kroger. Its pretty decent, especially for it not being too big. I just really wanted to share this. The bakery can make really pretty things. Today they were selling frosted angelfood cake. And look how pretty this is. They make the most with the least! I do like this particular kroger quite a bit.

I go couponing often and have never had a problem. I bought some dryer sheets for $1.05 after tax with the digital coupons. I go to my car to go load up my stuff and I get met with a cashier and a security guard at my car accusing me of stealing right off the bat! I of course opened up the back of my car and showed them my product as well as my receipts but was mortified because people were staring. They didn’t even apologize for the scene they caused and left but I will never shop there again. Honestly, I was made to feel like a criminal. I have never been more embarrassed in my life, what a shame and honestly I feel like they owed me an apology for accusing me of theft and being proven wrong.

Doesnt offer curbside pick up. Is always clean. Requires masks inside

The staff at this location including those of the pharmacy are amazing. I would love it if you all can provide pick up service during this difficult time to protect the employees and customers. I had to appoint another location for pick up because this location isnt available.

I have just moved near by and now that I have read these reviews, I myself will look and shop slower. Or hell I might just go elsewhere. If things are out of date, thats quite scary and I can attest myself there is very few staff..so I guess will we see how shopping here goes.

I stopped here for two reasons: It was on the way home, and Id heard there might be Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored coffee creamer and lemon Kit Kats.Well, Im sorry to report, but as of 1-11-2020, neither of those treasures are here.I walked around a little bit. The store is pretty basic. They have what you need, but its nothing special. I appreciate the well staffed checkout.I was treated with respect by the employees. Thats rare these days.Saturday afternoon is probably not the best time to shop. It was very crowded.

The products and produce are good. Their customer service is so slow. You stand in line for at least 20 minutes. Even when it’s 2 people working the desk.

Purchased some chicken thighs and legs in a bag from this location and was sorely disappointed when I opened the bag and there was a faint smell that didnt seem normal... Unfortunately I didnt keep the bag the chicken was in or the receipt so I couldnt take it back. So I just chalked it as a loss. So later I was cutting up the peppers I purchased from the same location and guess what? They were rotten on the inside..... Smh will not shop at this location anymore. Will be shopping at publix, who may be more expensive but at least Im not wasting money on rotten food!!!

This by far is the worst Kroger customer service I have ever been to. There is always a line at the door and only one person at the counter. Other Kroger workers see the line and constantly pass through the area without helping service the customers. I have been here in the mornings and the afternoons several times and it is always the same. The workers move very slowly and seem very attitudish. I don’t mind shopping here but the customer service is so horrible I don’t want to shop by the time I’m finish.

This place is cleaned and organized but the line where customer service is long though. Their cashiers are polite and you will feel welcomed. Kroger at this location would consider of getting a 🍣 bar in the future.

I was just at the Kroger at 6050 Singleton Rd Norcross, Ga. I completed my purchases through the self check out and was proceeding through the main exit. At that time, The portly security monitor asked to see me receipt, at which I declined since it is not a law nor is it a Posted Store Policy that is displayed to all people entering the premises. He then, with great force, pulled my cart to the side and said I wasnt leaving. So now we have false imprisonment. I said very calmly to him to call the police. He acted like he didnt hear me and was not looking at me. Just held on to the cart with all his might. I said to him Sir, call the police. Again no response. So I said you need to look at me. When he did at that moment, I again calmly said call the police. He then told me that the cart was Kroger property. So I collected my items from the cart and proceeded to leave as he was telling someone to get more people. Heres your problem; You have a young inept person that is not fit for their position, visible assault from your employee, no posting of these store policies that could jeopardize the safety of the public and your employees, and a complete lack of customer service. I will not shop at Kroger again. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of training and professionalism from Kroger.

Its a Sunday half open boxes pretty much in every isle, dangerous anyone could trip and really hurt themselves. This is my first time coming to this Kroger first impression was not a good one.New to the neighborhood7/5Returned to Kroger looks great, isles are clear I felt comfortable shopping here today.I saw the store manager encouraging his employees, it was great to see.☺️

This isnt my favorite Kroger. However, Bakul in customer service is a gem and whenever I come in contact with him I leave the store with a smile. What a great employee!

I come here every so often to shop but there is never enough cashiers always have 1 main line maybe 2 open an 2 express. Thats the most thing I dont like . Then sometimes the cook chicken an ribs dont be to fresh. I have been to other Krogers and found that each one is different in how they stick, keep food fresh an clean. But use your own judgement in different stores.

Great bargains ...a tremendous amount of marked down items after over stocking for Thanksgiving. Go now and save tons of money! Im happy I went to the Krogers today.

Where can I put a complain ? Because one of the cashier ladies was being completely rude and I did not like it. She was on number 6 and it was between 6pm and 6:40pm can someone let me know. She had the nerve to can what you cant read and her attitude was nasty.

This is a great place to shop awesome deals some prices you cant be anywhere. However this is a terrible place to work. The management team lacks the professionalism of how to address situations and speak to their employees. Their Safety team and policy sucks. Management solution to every injuries is put some ice on it (SMH) OSHA needs to get involved. They lacked the common sense of how to post a legit schedule. Every employee need to sit by the phone if they want hours and wait to get called in. I strongly recommend every current employee to read up on the their rights when It come to working at this particular store .Because Kroger is committing a lot of violations and breaking a couple laws when it come to there employees. And they think individuals are too dumb to know whats wrong whats right whats illegal and whats legal. This store is literally handing out lawsuits on a platter. I had to remove one of my relatives from this store because of these issues.

This store really needs better customer service. The associates are mad rude, I went this morning to buy some bananas and the cashier (I didnt get her name but she was on register 5) who scanned my stuff just completely ignored me and made another customer jump line over me and was just complaining to her coworker send some people I aint got time for this, and in the end didnt even give me a receipt

If you need money services around the first of the month, i.e., money orders, western union, etc., dont go here! They usually only have one person working it and the line is literally hanging out the door! Not even exaggerating. Other than that, its a decent store. Oh! And the wait for the deli is kinda long too on certain days.

My neighborhood Kroger, cashier employees not to friendly always hear them complain about their job and most of time treat customers poorly! So thats why I rather drive further to where customer service is great.

This is my 24-hour go to store for anything that my family or I might need at any hour! They also except WIC and have great weekly sales. I always love their gas points system which gives you .10 cents off every gallon when you spend $100. You can also earn 50 gas points but simply completing an online survey on their receipt. I love KROGER!!!

I like this kroger good staff . my only complaint is with the deli . before they had a young man i don`t remember his name he had red hair and was light skin . but when he was working in the deli there was more of a selection of cooked food . like meat loaf, country fried steak pork chops and more . now that he isn`t there it`s just chicken and ribs

I shop here regularly and find the people helpful, the pharmacy does a great job and they open new registers when there are lines. Also the points help save on gas money. My wife pulis up on one side a pump me on the other side to get maximum gallons at the discount price.

Fruit quality always questionable... always a bunch of rotten ones at the bottom.

Terrible customer service,something as simple saying good morning was not said and when I commented the look I got as a customer was unacceptable so I will not be shopping at your store.

The store needs Gwinnett police security, the other day a group of teens jumped this other teenager in the store parking lot. Thank God no one had a gun otherwise people could of gotten hurt. The manager needs to do something about this. People wont feel safe going to your store.

The Spanish guy Tony (I believe thats his name) said he is a supervisor but didnt know how to cut lunch meat so he closed the deli 30 minutes before it was time to close. I waited for this so called supervisor for 20 minutes to come to the deli because the old woman that was there didnt know how to cut meat so I asked her to call the manager, she paged this man 5 times before he finally came, when he came he gave me attitude like I killed his best friend . All I wanted was some pepperoni for work the next day. Ill rather spend my money where members of management are professionals and show care for the customer... Next time Ill shop at publix. Aside from the negative review, the cashier that checked me out was awesome she made my experience better perhaps she should have been the supervisor. I dont remember her name but if #Kroger decided to contact me I can verify her face.

Would give it ZERO stars!! There are literally 50 Krogers within a 20mi radius of this Kroger and its the ONLY one that closes at 11pm. THE ONLY ODDBALL ONE. What kind of grocery store closes at 11pm when EVERY SINGLE OTHER Kroger is open late. BOOOO!!

I actually kind of love this Kroger. It’s clean, they have a good selection and I only had one irritating encounter with a cashier that didn’t say a word when I got to the register. But that could have been anything.

I love their Rewards points and use them for my gas purchases

This has got to be the worst store I have ever been in. The carts for the handicap were all out of order and the manager, I believe he was Korean, was the rudest man I have ever met. They never restock their stores, and he tells me other markets come in and by their inventory. I hate this store. Beth was the best cashier, but every time I go there they are out of stock for days.

2nd time I have to bag my own groceries, and its a full cart!

I normally go to Kroger in Atlanta on Glenwood and sometimes Caroline Street. This one was noticably older and did not have an upscale deli, sushi bar, Starbucks, wine bar or dining area. It did have groceries.

Regina is so nice and welcoming. She makes my Mom feel like a billion dollars!

March 2019 this Kroger was fantastic! It had butter in a spray bottle. It had a large variety of seafood.

Waited in line for 5mins to check out. When it was my turn the person managing the self service couldnt see where I was in the line and stopped me from checking out. Left all my groceries and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I had an issue with a gift card, Shontel and Jeni went the extra mile and called the vender to work it out. Best customer service hands down! Thank you both.

Went to buy flowers, I guess I took awhile because my ONE year old was getting impatient. She doesnt quite talk yet, so she let out a scream, Beth, a worker there,happened to be close to us and turned to her and very rudely/loudly said Hey, hey thats my ear!! I told her shes only a year old she doesnt quite understand yet, she mumbled something under her breath as she walked back behind the flower counter. She is an older lady, and I respect my elders but I was so mad I was ready to go off on her, so I quickly made my selection and left. Very disappointed with this employee!

A rundown Kroger. They need a renovation here. I went to get flowers and there was no help available. The nicer Orchid had a broken pot.

I went in for one particular item and found it immediately. The staff member that spoke to me was friendly, helpful and respectful.

The workers are friendly, the store is clean, the produce and meat selection is good. I would like to see them expand their natural foods department even more.

Worse than it was 10 months ago when I rated 2 star. If there were a Zero they would get it. Long lines, unkept. Cashier although nice, did not ask for Kroger card. I paid full amount. I guess she was just trying to ge me out. I will avoid this location for good. No more chances.

I went on 12/30/2017 and got the best service from their staff. I had trouble with the Online Kroger coupons and their security member that night helped me with my issue. Thank you Kroger staff!!

The Kroger on Singleton Rd is a smaller and older location, but decent. It has bargain shelves on aisle 10 and some interesting things show up there.

Ive never had serious issues with this location. They stay open late and self check-out is always my way to go.

A Hispanic woman helped a Hispanic man when I had already asked for help. She looked at me then looked away. Then came to his register and assisted him. A man was on the phone trying to get help with the rest of the self serve registers that were locked because the previous worker left and didnt log out. A whole crappy time while I was rushing to get to work. Wont see me there any time soon. This old white lady will be shopping elsewhere.

Pretty embarrassing that this is even associated with the Kroger brand. Waited 25 minutes in the 15 item or less line when I was the only person in line behind the current person checking out. Once I was up the cashier yanked the key tag from the lanyard around my neck and told me to scan my water and pointed to the cashier portable scanner. Then she said sticker it and pointed to the stickers on her side of the counter. When I asked for a manager she said it was busy and said sorry but did not even attempt to make my current visit. Wouldnt recommend this Kroger. Aldi across the street gives way better customer service .
