The only redeeming to this place is Omar and his attempts to help. Order several valves for my chipper. I was told they would have it in 2 days time. The package was lost and it took us calling multiple times for them to reorder the parts. Its now been 2 weeks and still no parts. I was told they would arrive before lunch on the June 24th. It did not so after driving the hour down to the store, and standing around for an hour, I still dont have my parts. They track down the parts and said I cam drive 20 minutes over to UPS to pick up my parts. Which I was glad to do because my chipper has been down for 2 weeks. Well needless to say after getting to UPS my package isnt here as promised and I cant pick it up until tomorrow. Zero attempts have been made to make this right. All I get is a rude manager and Im sorry. This will be the last time Mason tractor gets my business

The sale person didn’t have a clue. I was looking for a compact tractor and he didn’t know anything about the Kubota products. I ended up buying a Kubota from another dealer near by.
Truck entrance is just before Masons southbound. Accessible through other entrance, but a tricky path to back down.
$85 for a fuel cap!? Yeah, to me, thats jussa little on the high side. For a plastic fuel cap??? I got a pretty shiny steel/ chrome one from NAPA for just under 10 bucks. And im a sucker for chrome!
