Nice people. Fast service. Great prices. I had to have some postcards printed and they had it ready within minutes. I’m very pleased.

Excellent customer service, probably the best Ive seen at a FedEx office...

I walked in there carrying a big heavy box and there was only another person being helped. I asked where I should leave the package and the worker flat out ignored me and didn’t even look in my direction. The workers here are always rude, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location.

In a big rush this afternoon, trying to get errands accomplished. I called to see if they could help me before making the drive... they misunderstood, told me they could help, then made me feel like an idiot for asking tor something they don’t offer. That is, in fact, why I called in the first place!?! Wasted my time. Ask clarifying questions if you aren’t sure what’s being asked, Kinkos employees!

In and out very quick and actually took care of my package, the lady was polite and cortegeus.

Walked in to get something printed about 35 minutes before closing— no one else is in here except the one staff worker who was sitting in a chair doing nothing. Told me it was “too late to print anything because she had to close.” Really— couldn’t print 20 pieces of paper because you have to close in 30 minutes?! Ridiculous! I’ll take my business back to Postal Plus in Suwanee. They are willing to do it in a pinch.

The store employee told me that the package would be delivered the next day. Asked the employee several times whether she was sure it would be delivered the next day, and she assured me several times that it would be. Well, the package was not delivered the next day. Needless to say, documents were extremely time sensitive. Called the store to see what was happening. After hearing my issue, Mia, with whom I spoke, told be she had some boxes to ship and I had to wait for her to do it before my issue could be addressed. She told me that there was no manager and no one else to help me. She was extremely condescending to me throughout the whole conversation. Horrible experience. FedEx screwed me over big time, and its employee did not even want to try to help me.

We have used this location a handful of times and plan on continuing to do so. The staff has always been warm and welcoming. The work gets done quickly and correctly every time.

Service was friendly and professional. Sheila assisted me with getting a proper size shipping box for my package and took very good care of me. I will definitely use this location again when Im in the Norcross, GA area. Thanks for all your help Sheila. :)

You probably know that not all fedex office stores are alike. This is the best manic store in the country that I know of. Extremely helpful extremely kind and extremely clean and orderly. I drive across town to do business with the gentleman who runs this place.

Very poor customer service. We will only take our company business to an official FEDEX ship center where they care about FEDEX reputation and customers.

I ship a package here 3-4 times a week, sometimes more. The employees are usually very kind. I only had one instance where an employee was too busy on a PERSONAL call to help me with my package. Now that I print paid labels from the office, I usually just go in and drop off the package without interaction. Always gets delivered.

Went to this location today. Very clean and good service.

For 6 years received a call when a package was held at this location. New manager, employees and now I do get a call...5 hrs before they return to sender as it sat for a week. Please use another location or carrier like UPS.

You need to check with your driver! He is stealing packages in the Lilburn area! This is the third time that he steals my packages! Beware!
