Very slow and poor customer service. Brought in an Amazon package that said it didn’t require a box, and that any UPS store could scan my code and ship my return item. I’ve done this dozens of times without issue. The man helping me refused to return my package unless I bought a box for the order. I showed him and the other man who worked there my code that said “package less” directly on the return! No help, no trying to make it right, just told to buy a box. On top of that, they’re just really slow. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency even with 8+ people in line. The ONLY thing that’s ever been positive about my experience here is the convenient location. Skip this location if you can.The next day I went to a different UPS store and had ZERO problem returning my package without a box.*in response to manager response* I am 100% sure this is the correct location.

This store is supposed to open at 8:30. When I arrived at the store, it was still closed. They have the sticker that says open at 8:30 a.m. but I waited outside and it is already 8:40. I understand that is not a lot of time but a business like UPS is big and should not be late considering some people have important things to do and strict schedules to meet rather than just waiting for the UPS door to open. Thanks for the delay.

Drove past a couple of different UPS Stores to use this location. FRIENDLY SERVICE! Aubre was very helpful! I hope the other franchises learn from this store.

This location definitely doesn’t open at 8:30 am, I wouldn’t attempt to come here until 9 am, 9:30 may even be better. They should change the hours they advertise, as it isn’t good business to be negligent to the customers who use your service. Also, an older white man has been outside of the building attempting to get in as if he works there. I believe he’s just a customer but he isn’t too pleased either and I don’t blame him.

What everyone says is 100% true! Theres something different about this UPS location. I just went to send an Amazon return and the girl at the counter was so kind and helpful. There was just something soothing and calm about the process (maybe it was her voice?? It was very kind). I expected to be there for more than 20 minutes--its happened before--but I was in and out in 45 seconds.

The people that work here are so nice and friendly. Megan is AWESOME! She definitely goes above and beyond and is always such a pleasure. I was waiting on a package to be delivered that was delayed. I had it routed to the store hoping to receive it faster. I called to see if it had arrived and it had not. Megan took my info and promised to call when it arrived. I got a text notification from UPS that it had arrived and Megan was calling at the same time! Totally didn’t expect that level of service and it was amazing to receive! Thanks for all that you do! We really appreciate you guys!!

I drove just 5 minutes to Spaulding where I was greeted with, Welcome in! From both associates, not sneered and jeered at like, why are you here? Another customer? I had a big return, the guy didnt demand that I put it on the scale, he scanned the barcodes and came around the counter and retrieved the packages like it was his only job all day. They also have some soul soothing music. With all that we have going on in our society that causes anxiety and stress, the last thing you want to do is have an altercation and confrontation attempting to take a package back through the very professional AMAZON return process. The older, Indian guy, on 6050 Peachtree Pkwy is aggressive, rude, and disrespectful. If you have time for that, go there, if not, I recommend a 5 minute drive to Spaulding where they really appreciate your business.

We booked an appointment online to have paperwork notarized at 9 am . We arrived at 9:00 am and they advised us the notary would not be in until 11 am, we came back later to a sign on the door that said no notary ? They should have mentioned that when we were in there the first time, very disappointed.

Twice I’ve had to send shipments to various companies and Nick and the others have been very helpful. Previously I would ship packages at USPS and they would charge for tape! But not here at the UPS store.Everyone was friendly and gave me what I needed to follow up with my tracking information.In and out very fast which I was very happy about.The service was 5/5 here!

I love this store. The manager is Sooo down to earth and very informative, professional and really care about his customers. His assistants are very knowledgeable as well. This location is set to open at 9 on Saturdays. The employee came a couple minutes late and took another few minutes to “start the computers” and organize his mess before helping the person in front of me and myself.

Best Experience !!!! I was having issues trying to do label less returns as well as printing out returns. My connection from my phone was not great.. There is a man at this UPS location his name is Nick. Each time I came in which was twice in 3 days. He kept smiling and insure confidence in me while I was feeling frustrated with my email and return labels. Each time I was there he was extremely patience and show me different ways to get my return labels . And how to use the one with the code. Thank you UPS for having Nick at this store. When I was finish he still smile with extreme kindness. I left the store feeling like I won a million dollars! Best experience in professionalism, kindness and patience ever. What an AMAZING, QUICK and VERY HELPFUL staff. The owner Nick and his staff took care of all of my needs and went above and beyond when shipping a very important family heirloom via FREIGHT! Charged twice than what it was suppose to be. Workers are incompetent did not know how to send my package so it could get there in a timely manner. Was a package going to Costa Rica but worker did not know all the ways he could send it.I was informed after i sent it about all my options that the worker did not even know about. Go to another UPS store if you can they are not trained properly.

These guys are excellent. Everyone is super polite, flexible with pickups, shipping out is surprisingly inexpensive. Very glad I went here for my PO Box versus standing in line at the post office.

I cannot say enough good things about the owners of this store (Bill & Sheryl) and their staff. In addition to all the usual copying, shredding and normal shipments we all have ... most recently I had 2 very heavy china barrels that I packed myself and needed to be shipped to Canada, but they had to be shipped after I left the US and was in Canada. Not only did they (Cory?) pull these 70+ lbs boxes from the backseat of my car - they held them for over a week until I was ready & called and said it was time to ship them. They are very knowledgeable about international shipping (esp to Canada) and their customer service is exceptional - many thanks to you all!!

All the people that posted must not be African-American because I most definitely did not have the same experience. I can only assume its because of my race because I was nothing but respectful the whole time. The owner was not very helpful at all. She had a problem looking up my information in the system and when I got on the phone with the receiver of my package they offered to help her find it. She flat out said NO. Eventually, after much back and forth and pushing the issue she caved and looked up the information a different way and found it. She could have cared less if I took my package and business elsewhere. Im surprised theyve been in business as long as they have. I can assure you I will make sure none of my friends, family, coworkers, or even my enemies visit this place. Oh, and she gave me the wrong receipt but since she didnt confirm my information with me she didnt have my correct phone number to call and give me my tracking number. To me, that screams laziness and that you couldnt care less about what happens to my package. Worst experience Ive had in this area by far

These guys are great; much better than the other UPS store that I used to use. Nick and the staff are always friendly and I dont have to worry about talk radio blaring when I go in. Also, when a recipient lost my package, Nick very quickly found the trackingpaperwork and sent it to me.

The attendant was extremely unprofessional. We went to pick up a package and after asking for several irrelevant questions, he finally decided to get the package. After we signed for the package,he with a very sarcastic attitude said thank youuuuuu. Trying not to escalate the issue we did not reply to his comment. When we were about to leave, he again, with a rude attitude said you are welcome b..... go f. Yourself. is that a way to treat customers?Extremely unprofessional, and rude. I do not understand how ups can hire people that are more than happy to curse at customers. I will definitely contact the head office so they can action.
