Love this store. They always have what I’m looking for and they are always so kind. The girls in there always help me find cute things for my daughters room whenever I am shopping.

Ordered online. App said I could do curbside pickup or in store pickup, but I didnt have the required info to do curbside. Staff inside the store was polite but not overly friendly or appreciative of my business.

Selection has decreased. Shelves are a bit empty, but they still have a lot of merchandise. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Nice store depending how much you want to spend, but it had the reusable filer for my cuisinart coffee maker 😀

We purchased some drapes and the site said on sale for $8.00 a panel...we purchased 4. They came in and we loved them but a month later we look at our credit card bill and the bill was for $123.00. We were like WTH?? Pulled them back up on the site and they showed $28.99 a panel. Both my husband and I saw the order with our own eyes and I even told my sister about them because I was excited to get them at such a good deal .....(unfortunately I failed to take a picture of the order and pricing to be able to prove it). I believe there may have been a data entry problem on their end with pricing and they corrected it .....not happy about it but cant prove it now. Im just saying to be cautious when you place your order and make sure you follow up on the pricing. We had so much stuff on order and coming in at one time that we failed to follow up. I loved the drapes and they look beautiful so we decided not to make a big deal of it .....but definitely wanted to warn others to watch your orders!!! It may show a clearance or a sale but your invoice will show otherwise!! NOT happy but lesson learned.

They are expensive on most things, but its usually quality stuff and unique

Store is neatly organized. Narrow spaced aisle ways but good enough.Went there to look at kitchen utensils of brands like calphlon . Looks like these are over priced than the price offered at Walmart .Lot of luxurious looking items if you want to pay the prices marked. But if you want to save money, I recommend comparing the same item on other places .

Not enough cashiers so lengthy wait when other customers are making returns or exchanges.

What a mess! Low stock, empty shelves! So disappointing compared to what it used to be. Saw a shower curtain that I was interested in but only the display was available. No staff around to help.

The shelves were a mess. Even the clearance section you couldnt browse through. I was straightening up the shelves myself. I was creating a shoppable aisle for THEIR customers. Curtains, pillow cases were out of the packaging. Prices were not up to date.I bought a 10piece King bedset. Originally priced at $129.99, sale sticker $103.99, then I get to the register and it says $77.99. If I knew that prior I would have grabbed more.They need more workers on the floor. I circled the store twice before going to customer service and asking for help.

The staff is always so helpful and very proactive in providing baskets when they see you juggling too many lotions. I live how they step in to offer before it even crosses my mind. I also appreciate that they share the sale prices.

What you would expect from a Bed Bath and Beyond. I guess my main issue is how tight all the stores are laid out. The staff is fine, the inventory can be hit or miss. I feel like with this location, the item I am wanting is always out of stock and I have to settle for the second best.

Only saw 2 staff members. We asked for help to find curtains and the manager was called to help. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came so we left. We will NEVER go there again. This store lost a $500 sale and the Peoria store gained it.

No one working to answer questions + only one cashier with seven people in line - left my two items in the cart, then walked out...I can order quicker from Amazon Prime.

Store has almost everything you need ... if you can find it! The aisles are too close & overcrowded. The staff are non-existent. The checkouts are slow as molasses & no one there seems concerned at all about customer service.

Found the mandolin I was looking for

Had to return an air fryer. Nothing wrong with it, though I didnt use it. It was much larger than what I thought they were. Took a little while to make the return but nothing major.

Great staff and friendly, they went out of their way!!! To make sure, I could get a Fan even in the winter !
