Overall a friendly staff that is willing to help. The curbside pickup is nice. My only complaint was I had to wait 25 min to get my order brought out. That was only one time however. They generally have what I need in stock, and if not I can have it deliver to my home in a few days or get store pickup, but it is usually faster with home delivery. If your ever unsure where anything is find it one and select your store to see what isle it is located in.

The salesman was very helpful and explained the delivery and installation process and it would be delivered and installed the same day.

I needed a gallon of paint to match what I had used last year. The young lady at the paint counter was by herself and pretty busy. She was able to take care of everyone quickly, efficiently & with a great attitude. Hard to find associates let alone associates that do their job well and with a pleasant attitude. Im not generally a fan of Home Depot compared to the other 2 giant home stores but I will go there for my paint because of the quality of the product and the service!

Over the past 5 plus years of shopping at the Home Depot I noticed a HUGE different between this store and the other big box stores. The same friendly faces are always there to help me find what I need to complete our projects. I personally feel that says A LOT about a company. We do a good amount of work with the flooring department and Kirstin is my go to girl.

This used to be my favorite store until recently. I dont know what has happened at this location but hardly any of the employees know whats going on. I wish all the old employees still worked here. This place has become worse then Menards and I hate Menards. I guess Lowes will be getting my business from now on.

Only thing I had to buy more of was the hidden fasteners! This is the place to go for decking!! 🥰😃❤

Went in the garden center to look for a particular product and was walking around looking for it. Two associates were sitting in the shade by the front entrance of the garden center and never bothered to come ask me if I needed assistance. I found what I needed and left. Later I placed the order for pickup for the next day. The product was a type of bagged rock so I told them on the phone to please stack them on a pallet and shrink wrap them so they would be ready when I picked them up. I called them the next day and they told me I would have to wait for an hour before I could pick my order up. When arriving at the store I went to the service desk and they told me to go to the pro desk. I stood there for about 10 minutes with several associates just walking past me. Finally an employee asked me if I needed assistance. I said no one was at the pro desk and she suggested I go to the service desk. I told her the service desk sent me down here. They finally figured out my order and after another 10 minutes two employees came out with the product on two carts. I told them I specifically asked to have them loaded on a pallet so they could be loaded with a forklift and then I could unload them at my work with our forklift. Why would I want to stack 60 bags in back of a truck and then hand unload them. So then it took another 10 minutes to stack the bags on a pallet and shrink wrap them. I thought Menards material yard was the worst for getting service but now Home Depot is at the top of the list now.

Sales associate assited me security cameras he was friendly and he answered all my questions. Will definitely come again.

I bought flooring here because I had a great experience at a home Depot in a different city, big mistake. I spent at least a total of 15 hours on different trips because they kept adding charges for things they forgot! They stopped the installer because I had not paid for charges for work that had already been done that they didnt tell me cost more. The manager Jennifer Haat said she would split the charge so the work could be finished and would see about getting the rest back, never happened and splitting to me means 50 50 but it turned out to be 2/3 me. My next step is to file a complaint with the states attorney office.

Just came from the Home Depot in Normal, IL. I picked up my mixed paint and then decided to also paint some doors. I selected a color and returned to the counter, but the paint guy was gone. I waited probably under 5 minutes. I turned around and there were 5 (FIVE) employees behind the service counter just standing there...not helping anyone or on the computer and/or phone. Not one of them offered to call for someone to help me. They obviously saw me because I was basically standing right in front of them. I am very disgusted and disappointed with this store for this reason and a few other reasons that happened just prior to this. Sad to think that the country will be left in hands of these young, lazy and unmotivated people. I should mention that the paint guy did not return while I was there and I didnt see him down the paint aisles. I left with no second paint and will be buying it at another store.

One of the worst service providers. I ordered Refrigerator, washing machine and Microwave Oven. On the date of delivery they said they have only oven. When I called Home Depot the service agent is not even aware. After sometime called and said they are back ordered. I will only get it after two months. Its basically i am paying money to Home Depot for free for not delivering things. They are putting the blame on Samsung.If they dont have something in stock why are they selling it. Poor service

Came to this store to look for flooring. Home Depot is normally the last hardware store I would come to, I think the prices are very high compared to others. However, this trip a very knowledgeable employee approached us about the products and took the time to explain several flooring items to us.

Of the big box stores, Ive found that Home Depot is more likely to have all of the parts, supplies and tools I need than its competitors. With the app, its easy to find what youre looking for in the store.

Home Depot mobile app is the way to go while shopping in the store it tells you what aisle and what bay in the aisle your product is in. All the employees are friendly every-time I go and are always willing to help. My only complaint as of last night is that they don’t carry aluminum sheet metal screws for when I work on aluminum boats or projects. Steel plated with zinc works but I’m still not a fan of dissimilar metals. Even though zinc and aluminum have a extremely low reaction rate.

Why does it always have to be so hot in this store?

We bought a RYOBI Lawn Mower from here. It was terrible. dont buy it. Bloomington Normal IL has no service. The closest service is in Champagne IL in the middle of nowhere. Home depot was never interested. We had to trash it and buy another brand.

This Home Depot is the best. I have come to know most everyone. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a lot of home projects done through them or myself. See yall soon

I have only been to this store one time because I do not live in B-N, but Curtis helped my 70-year-old mother select and purchase new appliances recently, and he was the most helpful person we could have asked for. My mom preferred a specific brand, and Curtis walked her through the options that were within her budget and also offered comparisons of a second, popular brand within the same price point. He showed her the distinctive features that were different between models, explained the impact of the size differences, and made sure to note the available delivery days so that all of the appliances could be scheduled together. Curtis made the whole shopping experience both smooth and easy for my mom and I think he deserves a raise!

The moment I walked in, I was transplanted to an alien planet with no breathable atmosphere. Then the flying lobster/Cybirgs attacked. Couldnt fight em very well cause I couldnt breathe. Thanks the gods that the witches and wizzards intervened and made me able to breathe. Just in the nick of time because the vampire warlocks showed up on their dragons and killed the witches and wizzards.Man, I yell ya. Then all of a sudden Im in the pain aisle with the sexiest hardware chick ever, giving me painting advice.

It seems that there own people do not know where there products are located in there store. Maybe under trained to help patrons.

Home depots layout had never made sense to me, why cant they put related items relatively close to each other? Its practically a guessing game when trying to find parts! Products dont seem to be on the shelf consistently which can be very inconvenience.

I typically love my experiences at Home Depot. I have never had a customer service complaint. However my experience over the past few days have changed my view.We ordered flooring several days ago with the assurance of delivery by Aug 24.We called, went to the store to check in and finally today out of desperation-went and sat in the flooring department for over an hour while they attempted to locate our flooring.Eventually due to total exasperation. I asked if there was any flooring available that I could purchase and install. The price difference was over $500 to do so. However, I chose to go that route because our timeliness was already behind and we are kinda at their mercy of if they will ever call us back.... where is the floor we ordered?This aside we spoke with the manager and agreed to come back later and pay the difference and pick up the flooring that was in stock.So, after work we go to pick up the flooring, check out, and pay the ADDITIONAL money for the new flooring..... this process took almost 2 hours.I have never experienced a situation so bad and discombobulated and terrible. It was total dysfunction junction.If I could have gotten a total refund and went elsewhere, I would have.We were similar to hostages being held for ransom. The original flooring price of over $2,000 dollars and time constraints.A most terrible experience 😪.

Their policy for the 75 minute rental truck is crazy, but employees came correct due to Home Depot policy

Orders are ready quick for pickup, the staff is friendly and ready to help, and products are received as ordered. Picked up an item I had sent to the store. I was notified by email and a call that it was in. Easy order, easy pickup. Sometimes it seems safer having things delivered to the store than to your home. Its may not as convenient as having it delivered to your home, but at least you dont have to worry about someone stealing it off your porch.

They have been handling the COVID-19 situation well, by limiting how many people can be in the store at the same time, as well as requiring masks. They also have contact-less pick up when you order online and pick up at the store, just drive up to the marked parking spots and call them, and they bring it to your car

Located towards the end of Veterans Parkway right opposite to Sams Club and Menards they carry all the stuff you need to build your house ! All electrical, electronics, light bulbs, metals, camping stuff, etc. You name it anything under the sun and you get it here. Good customer service and courteous staff. Huge parking lot where any big truck can be parked easily and carry out your heavy purchases.

The Home Depot is by far one of the best stores Ive ever been to. Absolutely friendly they take the time to help you find what your looking for, help you remember everything you need for a project so your not having to run back and forth. Their financing options helped us get our project complete as well as additional things we needed like new toilets vanities paint patio set everything to give our house the makeover it needed
