Hardly ever stocked, what they do have in stock is often sharply overpriced. Employees are rude and unhelpful, generally just a bad store all around.
I come to this location all the time, today I dealt with someone new. A light skin woman with black braids I was asked to step up and I explained to her my reason for being there I wanted to load my FanDuel like I do all the time. In my opinion she just didn’t want to do her job rushed me didn’t let me speak much didn’t try to ask upper management nothing. Told me to come back with a card, mind you they don’t deal with cards it’s virtual for a reason and that specific location is one of the few load spots in town.
The pharmacist, Hailey, and her assistant Brittany, are the absolute kindest, patient and most caring pharmacy workers I’ve encountered. Yesterday, I was having trouble and miscommunication with a nurse and desperately needed an important medication filled. Hailey andBrittany at this CVS pharmacy we’re very busy but prioritized my needs and helped me out tremendously and I’m so appreciative for it. I’m so impressed and thankful for these amazing employees. Keep up the great work and thanks for being so awesome! We need more pharmacists and PA’s like these two.
It was a great store, but I was really craving ice cream at night. We went there at 11:50pm and they were not open!! They closed 10 minutes before the actual scheduled time! I was very upset.
COLLEGE STUDENTS BE AWARE.On Friday, I went to the CVS pharmacy to pick up a prescription. As a student, I have used CVS as my pharmacy of choice for a prescription I am on. Last year, using Good RX coupons, I was able to pay $70-$80 dollars for my prescription, depending on the month. When I came to pick up my prescription on Friday, with using the GOODRX coupon, I was asked to pay $132.00. I asked what had changed, and the pharmacist working at the time told me he did not know, and that it was a matter of the coupon company. I was given the option to switch to tablet form of my medication to reduce the cost. I called around to other pharmacies in the area, specifically the Walmart Pharmacy for comparison shop. I explained to the lady on the phone about my situation. She told me that Walmart would charge the same prescription with GOOD RX for $69. 02, but CVS was showing that they would charge the same prescription I had for $51.00 with the Good RX coupon. I went into CVS to speak to the manager about this matter in order to try to resolve the issue, but she could not be bothered. It was not her responsibility to deal with the pharmacy. I explained to her then that I would not be coming back to CVS, the pharmacy was in the store she managed, and she was not willing do do anything about it nor direct me to anyone who could help. Her attitude did not show the in the slightest concern, and was rather condescending. I would not recommend this CVS, and would be very wary purchasing from them. It seems no issue of possible fraud or business malpractice are of concern.
Really nice selection on all the essentials. Incredibly convenient location for students living on campus.
Staff is fantastically friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the university and dormitories.
I come here for small medical things like medicine and band aids all the time. Decent prices.
Great customer service. The pharmacy worked really hard with my insurance to prove I was covered.
Everything you would normally find in a CVS, or walgreens. Conveniently located right on campus!
Cool
Although this location is one of few located in nearby walking distance of a university, they run out of nearly every product imaginable (esp. if on sale). Do yourself a favor, and call before actually heading here. Service is okay.
