Cookies by Design in Normal is a great shop that does an amazing job with the cookie bouquets I’ve ordered! I have ordered 4 bouquets this year for each of my nieces and they send me a text when the delivery is made which is great! I will continue to order the girls have LOVED them!

I got two cookies as part of an appreciation gift from a local insurance agent. They were delicious and well made!

I was disappointed with the cookie basket I received. Although the cookies looked pretty, and were nicely packaged, except for the oatmeal raisin cookie, they were not moist and didnt taste freshly made. I felt bad that my daughter wasted her hard earned money.

I ordered a basket of cookies with 2 of them on a stick, I picked up and few minutes later one felted off the stick and broke in half, called them to explained and lady at the phone had a bit of an attitude.I asked to make another one, she said to bring the broken one back, like I was lying.I cant eat their cookies anyway because they are not gluten free.This basket I paid $50 for 24 cookies and is a gift, I didnt want to have a broken decorated cookie I believe I am not doing business with them, not very customer friendly.I will like to up date this review.Owner made new cookie.

Ate a cookie today that had frosting on it asking me to review us on google. I wouldnt have said anything, but because you asked, here it is. The cookie wasnt even average - and I was a hungry college student who hadnt eaten lunch. Granted it was just one cookie, but you wouldnt get my recommendation for it.

My kids and I went here to get a couple cookies for a special treat. They can definitely be a bit pricey but for a special occasion I think it is fine. The millionaire cookie was great and my kids loved the frosted sugar cookies. All the displayed cookies were very cute and well-designed.

Awful Service and OrderI ordered some goodies that were brought to me SMASHED and overpriced. They were gifts that I ordered WEEKS in advance and the lady at the counter was rude that I asked for my PRE-ORDERED goods the day they were needed to be gifted. Absolutely do not go here if you want quality treats, treats on time, or good service. Waist of money!
