Order cookies at 9:24 pm and seen a guy pull in drive at 10 pm....no one got out or left cookies...called the store and the man said well it doesnt show hes been there yet. Said ok ill wait...same car came back at 10 30 and left the cookies at this point they are not warm at all....good cookies but that was bad service :(

My boyfriend and I took a day trip to Bloomington/Normal and stopped by Insomnia Cookies on the way out of town. I saw them talked about a lot on Facebook and I knew I had to take some home for my mother and ourselves to try. After a 55 minute car ride they were still warm and delicious! We couldnt believe it! There was even an extra in the box because one was broken! What a pleasant surprise! The only sad thing about them is how far away they are from home! We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Good cookies when they actually send them warm and fresh. Prices are reasonable all things considered and cookies are often warm and soft. Ive had only one time where I had something missing from my order and they took care of it right away when called. That was a bit of a chore trying to get to talk to someone but they were polite and it made the interaction better. This last order I made arrived quicker than I expected for weather conditions but the cookies were terrible. They looked extremely hard and when touched had no warmth to them. When I took a bite out of the cookie it was hard just like they had looked. You could even put your finger in the chocolate and it would crumble and not even leave any chocolate on your finger. Even the cookies I leave in the box on my counter dont get this hard after several days. We order from here due to how soft the cookies are, and I did not expect a cookie I could use to knock out someone robbing my house. Very disappointed and glad I redeemed my rewards discount for these cookies but it will be a very long time before I order from here again.

Thisnis the 3rs time we have ordered. The first time they were hot and fresh. Second time they were soft but not warm. THIS TIME THEY WERE ROCK HARD AND COLD! For $50 I would expect fresh cookies. Wont be ordering again..

Poor customer service. Waited about an hour even though the worker said 10-15 mins. He actually forgot one of my friends order. Couldnt get exactly what I wanted (which was the deluxe ice cream sandwich) because the employee said he was behind and was overwhelmed & it was going to take too long. There was another employee but he was on his laptop... This was my first and last time Ill never go there again. I couldnt believe the service. My and my friends traveled from another city for this place and it was a horrible experience. Another customer also had a bad experience while we were there.

Worst experience ever, dont go there.

Stayed in a nearby hotel and had dinner next door. Told my husband I’d like to get a cookie after dinner. There was a long line so we decided to go back to our hotel and order for delivery. In no time at all, we had our warm cookies delivered to us by a very nice delivery person. The cookies are amazing. Wish we had this business near our home in the Springfield, IL area!

Yesterday I ordered 18 cookies and a large cookie for my colleagues at work. Ordered ASAP and after 2.5 hours I cancelled the order because we were closing. They used the excuse they had to let the big cookie cool before it could be delivered so it was ruined. The cookies are suppose to be warm on delivery?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I would not recommend!

Sign in front of door said Buy 4 cookies, get 2 free. I ordered 6 cookies. Cash register clerk asked if I wanted a 6 pack. I said yes. Price seemed high. I questioned it. He assured me correct. I was with grandchildren and husband in car at door to pick us up. As paying with credit card realized he didnt give me the 2 free cookies. I questioned it. He responded I had to ask for the deal on the sign in front of the store to get it! Pretty much bait and switch. He refused to refund my $s. Cookies small and average at best. I wont be back

We came in this morning to get some cookies for this morning and the person there was setting up while we deciding what to get. She took our order and the computer was being slow and we were just chatting away and she said to us that it was here because the computer wasn’t loading. She really did have to do this for us. Won’t be ordering again! Ordered using Insomnia’s app last night. It was Sunday night at 9pm. Waited about 30 minutes and then checked it using the tracking code that was provided in my confirmation email. It said that my order was baking. I checked again after another 20 minutes and it still said baking. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes before someone answered. I asked about the status of my order and gave the representative the order # from my confirmation email. She placed me on a brief hold again and when she returned told me that she didn’t see my order in the queue at the location I selected and she was going to call them to check on it. I was then placed on hold again and when she returned she said that the driver was out for delivery then and should be calling me in a few minutes. I was frustrated that 1. It took an hour for me to get my order and the location is a mile from my address, 2. The tracking code was useless since it wasn’t updating what was going on my with my order and I was on hold for quite a while. (The representative on the phone was helpful though and polite.) 3. When I finally received the cookies, they were cold. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again! Also that I need to declare a tip before it is delivered is frustrating because I wouldn’t of given one had I known I would get unsatisfying service.

Their cookies are average at best but my girlfriend enjoys them so we tried to order delivery. Before ordering I looked at the delivery area on their website and my home is shown to be in the delivery area, yet when I called we were told they dont deliver to my address. Either get your map accurate or dont offer delivery. I live 10 minutes from the store... you now missed out on 24 cookies being purchased and any more I would have ordered in the future. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my night is ruined.

Ordered 4 hours ahead of time. Got here an hour late along with about 10 other peoples. Cookie was good but 2 for $20 and an hour delay wasnt the best. Im gonna remember not to order here again.

Nice addition to campus, especially given their late hours and delivery. Tried a variety of cookies and Chocolate chip stood out. The prices reflect the cost of the overhead for the extended hours/uptown rent/delivery so Id still use Grove street bakery for large orders.

I always love the cookies but the delivery times are just ludicrous. Ordered at 9:30pm on a Sunday, finally delivered 11:15Pm 1.5 hours later. I have had full restaurants turn around 4 person meals in 45 minutes.

Cant deny the yumminess of their cookies, but the customer service sucks in every way! The first time I got delivery, I really liked the feature on their website that told me the cookies were baking then being delivered. However it took the delivery girl a VERY long time to find the building I was in on campus. She called me for more instructions, but would get excited that she thought she understood and wont listen to my whole sentence. I was willing to write it off as not a big deal, but Im not willinv to do that with the second time. I ordered about an hour before I needed the cookies. I started watching the website feature about 15 minutes before they were to be delivered. Twenty-five minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive it still said baking, so I started looking for a number to call. There is only a cooperation number. When I called it I had to wait on hold, then I had the privilege of talking with a woman that had no personality. While she was trying to figure out where my cookies were, the doorbell rang. I told the lady on the phone I wasnt paying full price and she had nothing to say. The delivery guy apologized for being late only after I told him he was over half an hour late. There needed to be some form of apology from someone. I wont be getting their cookies again!

Ordered cookies and ice cream . Hour later cookies show up cold and hard like a frisbee and no ice cream .called and was told no refunds and could give me coupon . Never again . Kids were excited for a treat but went to bed during hour wait. Plan ahead if you want desert and a dentist appointment after biting into these hockey pucks. Everyone has off night but to be told that is poor customer service .

Its 3:30pm on a Monday. It shouldnt take over TWO hours to deliver 3 cookies to a location that is one block away. Also the tracker on the website has said Im up next for 1hr/half and its an awful tracking app. Pretty disappointed.

The other day was my daughters 16th Birthday. As at Noon I made an Order to have a Cookie Birthday Delivered at my house at Mid-Night.They sent me a message at 12 midnight saying they are going to be late do to weather.During that time there was an issue wit the delivery address and that there was 2 orders placed. So at 12:08 I gave them the right address and said to deliver the one order n cancel the other. They say ok.So I assume that they where coming at 12:30. They replied that they got corrected address as well as to deliver the one order and cancel the other.So 12:30 comes n goes. 12:40 then 12:45. I call I get some 800 number call center. Im on hold for 10 min trying to hide the call from my daughter so not to ruin the suprise. They say they did not come because do to the order confusion. I told her no. We covered all this 50 minutes ago. I said they got the correct address and to deliver one order and cancel the other. 2 exact same order to be delivered at the same time t the same address.I said I can send you the copies of the messges.I have ordered from Insomnia Cookies before from other locatons. This Location ruined my daughters 16th Birthday Suprise Party.If you want a cookie at 2am ok. For anything important I would not count on them.
