I had Accent replace a glass on a 10year old sliding glass door. The first attempt was the wrong glass, the second attempt they had the right glass but DID NOT REPLACE THE WEATHER STRIPPING, which is obviously 10 years old and breaking down. The door was also put back in with a huge gap at bottom and it would not lock. They were suppose to come back to replace weather stripping and tweak the door so it would sit correctly but that was months ago. I was told they had to “order it”. They never returned or followed up. CRICKETS! I’m extremely disappointed; This one glass cost us $1244; I would expect it to be done correctly at that cost. The (not so) funny thing is, after MONTHS of having a non locking gapped door, my daughter happened to closed it one day and it made a loud pop. Door gap is gone and it’s been locking ever since. Fixed itself, so it merely THEIR INSTALLATION THAT WAS THE PROBLEM!

Loved the windows, but they just installed them. Seemed that they blamed me for the cracked I noticed when they were unloading. Communication and courtesy would help.
