I used Wiseguys for the April hail storm and again for the October hail storm. They did a great job on the Honda and the Scion FRS. The tint looks better than ever! Quick, friendly, customer service. I enjoyed Joshs help, he was so professional and calm.

Absolutely do not recommend this place for tint.I took my vehicle to Star Tint in Oklahoma City and they redid everything to Perfection.

I had my windshield and tint stripped on my car and for the tint strip I originally called 3-4 weeks beforehand and when I talked to them over the phone they quoted me at $70 for a strip but they said they had a deal for a strip and retint for $50 so I went with that, they said we’re booked all week when I called on a Tuesday and weren’t able to do an appointment through Monday.I made an appointment and showed up Monday only to be told they don’t have an appointment for me and it would definitely not be at the price quoted. When I asked when the nearest appointment they could do they told me next Monday!I was ready to give up at that point but I talked to the manager and we thought we had everything squared away with price and scope of work. I got here on Monday and everything went well with checking in but when I got there to pay they quoted me for $50 over the original agreed upon price! As if that wasn’t bad enough my gearshift and back of the car was covered with the remains of the tint job and my car was left in accessory mode, it’s a miracle the battery wasn’t dead.Just to clarify as well this was only to strip the tint at this point, Very unprofessional and I will not be coming back. That being said credit where credit is due, when I got my windshield repaired from here 0-1 week earlier everything was cordial and it worked great. Unfortunately though this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because this place was one of the few car repair places nearby. Still I’d rather drive 1-2 hours more if I had to than to be treated like that again. Never again.

Went to this store on Wednesday to repair my rear class tent, and they replaced my 20% tint with a 5% tint, making the rear windows almost impossible to see through even on daylights (as I showed in pictures) the staff said they are not responsible and I’ve been waited for the owner in the store for two hours, but owner never showed up. I have to go to a different place to redo the rear windows, and you can see in the last picture, at least I’m glad my car is good now. A horrible experience in my life!!!

Ok so about 6 months ago I took my 85 corvette to have windows stripped of old tint and replace with new. So they broke my plastic molding under my rear hatch window, scratched my actual glass with razor blade,cut one of my wires to rear defroster. So they told me about molding but just made excuses then only offered to pay for some of cost to replace. $145 later and never said anything about the other stuff. Never will I go back and have told everyone I know not to use them. Ridiculous take care of customers properly no matter how it happened. And they never even followed up to see about the parts I had to buy. Your mistake at least follow up with customer-4stars so it cost me$395 to have my windows tinted. There were pieces of tint all over inside of car. Found a razor blade stuck in passenger side door where you rest your arm facing up. Luckily my wife didnt slice her arm open. Just ridiculous care of your car. Such unprofessional treatment of customer and car

The worker here damaged my amp!After the worker replaced my old windows tint, I realized some speakers are not making sound. I went to an audio store to reconnect the wire, costs 30 bucks (wise guys refunded 15). But after that, one of the speaker still sounding incorrectly. I brought a new wire kit, plus installation costs 100+, and the problem still exists. Only thing I could do now is return this amp and buy a new one.Besides, the worker is careless. He installed the tint without proper protection, making the rear side interior/speakers soaking wet. He should put some towels to protect it, but he did not.

Good price and accurate quote, but a messy job. After having my front windshield replaced, there are bits of dirt and grit all over the dash and front seat areas. My hands came away dirty just from the steering wheel! My car was not pristine when I brought it in, but this is definitely brand new schmutz.

I quoted several different places around the metro and Wise Guys came in one of the lowest. $130 lower than Safelite to be exact. I live in Norman, so it was good to keep it local. They replaced the windshield same day on my truck and it looks great! They even warrant their windshield replacements from seal problems and even rock chips. I experienced a minor problem where they fully didn’t reconnect my washer fluid tubing completely. I emailed them, they replied promptly, apologized, told me to bring it up, and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Sometimes these things happen so I am not upset and they handled it professionally. It was good to see them stand behind their work 100%. More than pleased with my experience here and this should be the first place you call if you need glass in Norman. Thanks guys!

I brought my vehicle up there at 9:00a and didn’t hear from them all day long, I called multiple times and never got an answer. Finally I get a call at 5:00 saying they’re working on my vehicle now. Like what?! I was the second person on the lot and didn’t get any info on the price and how long it’d be. They call at 5:46 saying they’re done and they close at 5:30 and we’re hesitant about me getting my car. But the windshields fixed that’s one good thing.

Very happy with windshield replacement

I cannot recommend this place. Wanted to have cosmetic work done on the car, which is just to replace the front windshield moulding. I spoke with them and was told to just bring it in and they can get to it. So I brought it in, first thing in the morning. There was only one board on the rack when I brought mine in. I was told that it should only be a couple of hours, unless they had a problem, which could make it longer, but I was told I would receive a call when it was done. So I went and ran some errands and then puttered around in some local stores. I came back four hours later and nothing had been done at all. I was told they were really busy. If they had so many people with scheduled appointments, why wasnt I told that to begin with. I said I just wanted to take my car since nothing was done and they couldnt find my keys. Turns out they were left in the ignition. After having a vehicle for four hours and not doing anything to it, at least a courtesy call would have been nice so I could have come picked up the vehicle. If an appointment needed to be made, I shouldnt have been told just bring it in and well get to it. The face to face interaction was polite, thats the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

We had a crack in our front windshield (Honda Odyssey) and randomly had our back windshield busted out (Camry), so I started calling around to get them both repaired/replaced at the same time. Wise Guys was by far the most inexpensive and in fact the only place that actually answered the phone at 6pm when I was calling. Bobby (the owner) did everything he said he would do and actually charged me LESS than what he quoted me on the phone.After a few days we noticed that there was a buzzing coming from our new front windshield and so I called ahead and dropped it off for them to look at it. They road tested it, resealed the entire windshield, and now it is perfectly quiet.Also, I noticed that some of the ceiling fabric was hanging in the back of the Camry (not their fault). I called in and asked if they had the glue to fix it and they repaired it on the spot. They did not charge me for either repair.The price for BOTH windshields was approximately the same as what I was quoted by Safelite for ONE windshield. In addition, they fixed both windshields the morning after I called in initially. The wait for Safelite was over 2 weeks if I took it in myself and over a month for them to come to my home.All in all, very impressed with the work and customer service at Wise Guys. I took them donuts a few days after they did the work to say thank you. God Bless.

It was a good thing I make a phone call to the price of Chip remover on windshields and so I took my car there and the windshield is restored and fixed. Excellent work guys!

The worst place to ever bring a truck I have a 2020 Chevy and they cut all the rubber seals around the window with their razor blade I highly recommend not going to this company

Avoid this place! I had a passenger side window replaced in an 09 Mustang, the window didnt fit properly or roll up without assistance. Manager was suppose to call me, never did. They stated the motor was probably bad and to bring it back in. Bring it back in? Fix it correctly the first time. This place never checked the fitment or cared that the window wasnt rolling up properly, they just took the money and let it go out the door. I took it to a different place, the window rolls up and down just fine. Thanks for the call back enjoy your $$$

5% tint. I have never seen scratches like this on any of my cars or trucks tint after being tinted except for my 2006 Mustang and that was only because it was scratching down in my door panel every time I would roll down my window.Only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because my tint actually looked good upon first inspection. You usually will see lines and bubbles the first few days so I didnt think anything more about it- so then when a week goes by and notice LONG streaks and cuts (3 on drivers side window), I knew that wasnt right. They had cut the damn tint with their razor blade unknowingly apparently. So I have 3, probably 8 long in length, razor blade scratches on my tint just on my drivers side. In the right light, it looks absolutely awful to me from the inside. The passenger side, I have also noticed cuts on the window tint. Not as exaggerated, but still noticeable and there- nonetheless.Im not a professional tinter, but with technology they have now and the machines and pre cut film, no way in hell yo should be scratching it. And even if you did, NOT 3 times on the same film. OR on two separate windows on the same truck. This shows either lack of concentration, lack of care for customer vehicles and/or not professional behavior. $50,000 truck and I pay them a cool $200 or $250 (cant remember now) to tint 4 windows and my front 2 windows come out hacked up with scratches visible from the interior.

Asked for one tint, they gave me another. And it bubbled up. Hard to deal with and would recommend getting your windows tinted somewhere else.

My girlfriends back glass was broken so we called a few places and Wise Guys gave us the lowest quote and were straight up with us. They did not try to up-sale us anything and did everything they could to help make getting her rear window fixed. I definitely recommend these guys!

Didnt follow through the way he said he was going to. Made my life incredibly inconvenient. Forgot to order glass for my windshield then didnt call to confirm appointment because he didnt have the glass. Totally ridiculous.

I brought my car to them thinking that my son and the dealership had attempted and failed to remove a line of glue or crud from the center of the windshield. Wise guys cleaned it off for free in about 30 seconds.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Wise Guys at all costs. I had my truck rear window replaced here in 2013 and it was nothing but trouble. First, when I picked up my truck, the new window was tinted even though I had ordered a clear window. There was some excuse about the clear window being out of stock with a long wait time so they went with the tinted one. They still should have at least asked me first! [Strike 1] They also did a poor job of cleaning up the broken glass from the cab interior. The window was broken, but still in place when I dropped it off. I would have thought they would have done more to minimize the mess and clean up after themselves better. Plus they left trash in the bed of the truck [Strike 2].Then the real problems began. A few days later it rained and I noticed water getting in via the seal at the top of the new rear window [Strike 3]. I took it back to Wise Guys and they agreed to fix it. A few days later I notice it again leaking rainwater in the same place [Stike 4], causing water stains on the cab fabric. When they point out where they fixed it, they pointed at a completely different area of the window. They again agree to fix it and I get my truck back. At this point, my truck was placed in storage for a lengthy period of time, but upon getting it out of (indoor) storage, I notice it again leaking rainwater into the cab in the same place along the rear window [Strike 5]. It had been in storage long enough that I doubt the work was still under any kind of warrantee, but it would not have mattered because warranty or not, I refuse to let these incompetent clowns anywhere near my vehicle ever again.
