We came in for a bad blower motor, not knowing what to expect (we had heard from several technician friends that the dash would have to come out). Ricky and Thelma were warm and courteous when we dropped off our Jeep. Within just a couple hours we got the calm that it needed a blower motor (but not that the dash had to come out). The price was much less than expected, and I ran a set of fender flayers over to be swapped out as well. Ricky also handled the check engine, airbag, and tire sensor lights for us while it was there! When it was finished (precisely on the timeline promised) it looked great and the repairs were done with care. We will be back in next month for some paint work and accessory installs- again, the price is fair and honest for this work as well.

They are the most honest shop Ive seen in awhile. Kind people and great work. Trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They are extremely professional, quick, and super nice! They’ve worked on my car a few times and my experience has been exceptional every single time! The owners even went above, beyond, & out of his way today and considering a very short notice, was able to get me in right away today! Out of all the other car shops I’ve been too, this one is by far the best one & affordable as well. I’ve never been over charged by them as I have with other places. I will definitely be coming back!

My business interactions with Acres started with a screw I picked up in my tire, weve used them a few times know for some pretty intense issues. Theyre always honest with their estimates and go the extra miles to get your vehicle working properly.

Went to this business to get the windshield of my car to replace they had quoted me one quote over the phone but after some time they had raised the price of the windshield also I had caught one of their employees at the convenience store joy riding in my vehicle, when I approached him in my vehicle he informed me that he was taking my vehicle to get the windshield replaced after they had told me that they were doing it there at the shop they are very untrustworthy I feel that their place is a scam I’d also had asked them to give me a quote on the hail damage of my vehicle but they were telling me that their system was conveniently down and that they would get back to me with a phone call as soon as they had my pictures analyzed of my vehicle. When I called back a week later to ask them if their system was up they informed me that their system is still down after a week but still conducting quotes for other customers, then I called a few days later asking them if they got their system up so I could get the quote for my damaged vehicle and they had informed me that they never received my photos and that none were taken this place is full of liars and scammers do not use this facility for your cars repair there are plenty So I would avoid this one.

Thelma and Ricky have been a Godsend to me and my family. We were blessed to have found this business when my husband needed his Xterra worked on. They have always been more than fair on their prices and have been wonderful to work with. They kept me updated on what they needed to do to fix the vehicle and it has been running amazing ever since. They are a business that puts the customer first and treats you like an old friend. Rick is a great person to talk to. He was able to fix the problem I had with my Honda overheating whenever I tried driving it. I have had my car worked on here twice and it’s my new go to place for my 10 year old car. I first went here because the paint started peeling on the hood of my car and I was going around to body shops and the high estimates were curling my hair. I noticed that the place on acres and flood said body shop too so I stopped in for an estimate. (This is the place that used to have the sign. our tires are keen). The new owner Ricky was great. He explained why the paint was peeling and gave me an estimate much lower than the others. He also showed me some showcase projects he was working on paint jobs. The paint job was great and he was transparent and fair and fit in the car when I was out of town so I would not miss it. I decided since he was so straightforward with the paint I would have my 100k work done including my timing chain. When he went to do that work, he found the chain to be in good shape and could be ok to 150k so he did not charge me. I appreciate he is honest. The shop is run by his family. This will now be my go to for regular maintenance.

Terrible experience. Quality of work is terrible, took weeks longer than estimated, and paid more than quoted. Do yourself a favor and find another shop because the people here are not professional.

I seem to be the odd one out, but the others must have gone to a completely different shop. When I went in with my vehicle, they were polite, open, honest, and dedicated. The owner, Rick, was blunt, but in a good way, telling me what I needed and how he can help what is wrong, as well as the pricing. Thankfully, unlike other shops who just slack around all day but still price you overtime for a job that could take less than an hour, he works by the book and you only pay that. He is even open about how he works and how hes starting from the ground up, working hard to support his family. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Im so glad I was referred to this family-owned auto repair shop.The vehicle I have needed extensive repairs and Rick thoroughly educated me about all the parts that needed replacing and their function! DO NOT leave your car unsupervised with these idiots. I had a minor brake issue with my 2018 Camaro hoping these guys could get it fixed. Long story short, I get home after their shop and I realized my engine sounded super weird as if I needed an oil change. My transmission fluid, oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature scales on my dash were going crazy. Shooting up and down. I also noticed that my AC was shooting out hot air. I went back the next morning and confronted him, he lied of course. It’s a brand new car.. How is this even possible? They made a minor $40 issue turn into a major expensive engine/AC issue. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL MESS WITH YOUR CAR SO YOU CAN COME BACK AND PUT MORE MONEY INTO THEIR POCKETS. (Also take note THE OWNER of this shop was the one working on my car.)

I first went 2 days before the 4th of July, just a walk in trying to figure out what was wrong with my car (overheated)! They communicated well with me, checked everything out and made sure I was good for no charge! Then let me know issues with my car that I already knew about and quoted me a price that was less then half of another place, to fix it! Parts were ordered and appointment was set for my car to be fixed! It took 3 days like they said....a little less time and money then they quoted and I’m a happy camper! Will be there for all my Fiat needs! Thanks guys!

I took my 2017 Nissan Altima For a oil change, oil change is complete 2 days later my engine is overheating, A/C is blowing HOT air only, my car shakes hard when I try to turn the car on. **DO NOT COME HERE I HAD TO PAY 465$ EXTRA TO FIX EVERYTHING**
