Absolutely the best liquor store in the area. Including OKC. Cellars has the best selection on wines ranging from Port Wines, Mead Wines, imported wines from Italy/Germany and they are sorted! If beer is your preference this is the best spot for locally made beers in one place. As for hard liquor they definitely have an impressive selection. The best part is they are set up like a one stop spot for all of your entertaining needs. Such as tonics, juices, mixers, glasses, bar and wine tools,even cigars! You can easily spend hours in this store looking at everything they offer. Highly impressed with Cellars..not to mention prices are very competitive. This is a marked favorite for me.

Unquestionably the best liquor store in Norman. I drive from 45 minutes away to stock my supply. They have an amazing selection, even Krystal Wiesen Bier from Germany. Their bourbon selection is amazing. I highly recommend them.

Great selection of all of the things. Curbside is awesome too. They even sanitize your card and wrap it in the receipt for you. The prices are higher at The Cellar than at many other places but the service and the vast selection offsets that for me.

If you are not Caucasian, DO NOT COME HERE! I came to this store a few times and Ive seen some employees follow me around the store thinking I was gonna steal..I felt so uncomfortable when they do that and Even called the manager from the store to let him know but he didnt do anything because he didnt see what happened and one time my brother went into the store and they made him leave to put on a mask which he did so he went back in the store and while he was shopping a Caucasian man went in the store with no mask and they did not force him out! Now you tell me how that looks, and a few times they have gave me attitude so please beaware because of the color of your skin you WILL be treated differently, if you would like to be treated like a human being go anywhere else but here.

Recommendation: Captain Morgan Private Stock - goes down smooth w/o the spice flavor and is $25 for a 750ml. Im used to paying $8-10+ more for that & they have it the cheapest there!I would also like to say one of the largest selections of Liquor in Norman w/a friendly staff thats very accommodating to find what youre looking for. As Im from Massachusetts originally its nice to see other craft brews like Harpoon appear here before I started seeing them pop up at other locations.

They have a great variety of drinks here. Prices are above average. I only stop for drinks that I cannot find anywhere else in Norman.

Farmhouse, Saison, Flanders Red, Belguim Trippel, IPA, NIPA, AIPA, Sour, Pilsner, Lager, Mead, any style you want, they have. They deliver.... THEY DELIVER!! Dont waste your time elsewhere.

They have the best selection of beers that I know of in the area, with a lot of local varieties. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help you select something good.

Chances are they have it. The selection is almost overwhelming. It is clean and well lit. There staff seems nice. I have found a couple of people that work there to be extra helpful and knowledgeable, but I wish more of the staff was trained to give expert suggestions.

Prices are really high and staff not very helpful at all was looking for 14 hands white hot to trot and they just snickered and said rudely no the don’t have anything like that didn’t even look well I walked next door to Sprouts and yes they had it and everything is way cheaper like 2 and 3 dollars cheaper.Maybe train your staff not to be so rude and snicker at request like high school children . Picture from bottle I bought at Sprouts to teach your staff hey here a novel idea type it into google and see if it’s real or surely you have an inventory list or an app like every other business. Its the biggest and best in Norman by far! Nice folks! A tad bit pricey compared to okc stores, but the selection and service are worth the extra buck or two. They are also open later then most other liquor stores in Norman.

They have such a large selection you can easily lose an hour in here. All the staff was so kind to me during my visit. I would happily come back again.

This is my second favorite liquor store in Norman. Its a big place with ample stock for most anyones needs. They got all your basics and a few nice surprise, especially on the seasonal rack at the front. Store is will laid out, clean, and attractive. Ive never needed to ask staff for help, but theyve always been nice and efficient at the check-out. ... And speaking of check-out, they always have plenty of people working, so despite this place always being busy, you never wait in line long.

The only place in Norman ive been to so far that has a good selection of wines and beers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even offered to order a bottle of wine they didnt currently have, without me even asking. A good selection brought me in, but the service will keep me coming back.

The Cellar is in the liquor business, both feet first. Theres no telling how many millions theyve committed to inventory, but even Byrons and Panchos customers would have to be impressed with the width and depth of the wine, beer, and spirits selection here. Before the liquor law changed last year, it was worth driving to the City for better prices than in Norman. Not so much, now.

Better options at BYRONS. Also they ask you to leave your purse at front. LOL..They cant afford to pay for my bag if they lose it or if it gets stolen. Need to invest in better security or more employees if they have theft issue. Wont be back

Cellar Wine & Spirits has a great selection of wines, beer, whiskeys and more. The store is always clean and they have a friendly and helpful staff.

Visiting from Seattle, came for some regional beer. Bottle selection was very good. Plenty of regional breweries Id never heard of. Prices were better than Im used to but I dont know how they compare locally. Employees seemed to know their stuff.

We love this store. Everybody there treats us with the utmost courtesy and respect, helps us select the best wines and spirits, and the owner as well as the staff go out of their way to find what we need if it is out of stock. They have never failed. We always leave smiling.To those out there who say you have had a bad experience at any establishment, perhaps you should look in the mirror. You get the same treatment you give to people, especially people who work hard to maintain an excellent business.

I dont know who the female manager is but she is the rudest most unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of coming into contact with she was very unpleasant when I called regarding an application and the only reason this bothered me so much was the fact that I am not only a customer there but have been purchasing products from them since I turned 21. The staff has always been helpful and friendly but for her to go ballistic over me calling to follow up on an application during her apparent rush was absolutely shocking to me so much so that I was truly hurt. To be so rude and ugly over the phone just shows you how little this girl knows about true customer service. A better way to handle this sort of incident is to calmly take down my number and say you will review my application as soon as possible, instead she asked me my name with a very rude tone in her voice which prompted me to ask why she wanted to know my name she then explained that she does not believe that I will be a good fit for her company and I asked how could she possibly know that from a simple friendly phone call to follow up on an application which is very standard when it comes to job searching. Very sad that I enjoyed the atmosphere of the Cellar just enough to put in an application and was very excited to talk to a hiring manager for her to berate me and pretty much shut me down because she cant control her anger and frustration.SHE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND SHE NEEDS TO LEARN MANNERS IN THIS AREA OF WORK.

Their selection is fine. I just had a problem with one particular staff member who was rude to me and my mother, who was not purchasing, for not having her ID. Telling us to go to another liquor store or pay the $5,000 fine to purchase the $8 bottle of wine was not only unnecessarily rude, but stupid. So, I went to another liquor store as he so kindly suggested. Not good customer service. They must have been fined recently for not IDing their underage patrons.Will not be returning. There are better liquor stores with better staff.

This place is not to be trusted when stating they will hold something for a customer. One called at 10am to request gluhwein be held and the owner sold it by 5pm (according to sales associates). The only reason not giving them a lower score is one of the sales associates finally called another place who did have it (after I suggested I would be more than happy to give a 1 star due to lack of honesty, integrity, and customer service).

Mammoth selection in a space the size of a small grocery store. You will find the common name brands as well as plenty of obscure stuff. This is particularly helpful when looking for cheaper alternatives. Dont wanna spend $40 on that big bottle of Kuhlua? Then grab the big bottle of Caffe Lolita at half the price instead. Prices range from cheap to outrageously expensive. It just depends on what youre getting. Whether its a $12 jug of low-end vodka or a $300 bottle of French champagne its all here. The beer selection is endless and includes a million different individual cans & bottles for sale. Staff is mostly made up of laid back college kids but there are also several grown-ups who are knowledgeable and ready to recommend whatever kind of booze, wine or beer youre looking for.

This place has the worst customer service. I live very close and wish I could shop here. My husband and I have both had several run ins and this final one takes the cake. I regularly buy bota box pinot noir. I know it isnt high end but I have had it several times and the last box I bought was acrid tasted so bad. Perhaps the brand has gone down hill. But they did not stand behind it at all. I took a mostly full box back and was treated with such snobbery, as if I was some classless peasant that didnt know good wine, that I am just done with this place. I have been a regular for years and have never tried to return anything, I took my wine back home tried to sip it again thinking, Maybe they are right, But no the wine is definitely not right. Learned my lesson and will be going back to spirit shop forevermore.

Good selection of scotch. Cellar and Spirit Shop are the only places I can find many bottles in Norman. Would love to see the collection grow!

First off you are right they do have a big selection, but I actually had an employee tell me that cellar ages their beer on site for a better taste. I think that kinda speaks for the way the company thinks about its customers. I also went to the Cellar in Edmond and had an Employee sigh and drag his feet to the register when I came up to check out. As far as Im concerned cellar is 0 for 2 with me. I wont be back. Also they ARE way over priced.

In ok, I find a very negative attitude towards people who drink in general, but one should not have to put up with it at the business that sell the product! Like many people the selection is massive compared to many others in Norman, however there customer service is extremely lacking. If your young and pretty you can find help without complaint, otherwise you are on your own. When my husband paid for the purchase the cashier actually made a comment about decaying tooth enamel in reference to the proof we where purchasing. Go for selection and nothing else.

Pretty great. The by the bottle beer selection is pretty extensive. I go here for hard to find beers, but admittedly the Spirit Shop is a bit cheaper for everything else and only 30 seconds away by car.

Cashiers regularly ridicule customers for their beer purchase. Fairly snobbish attitude from just about everyone who works there, actually, even if you are a frequent customer. The wine and beer selection is great, top notch in fact, but customer service and The Cellar do not go hand in hand unless you are making over 100K a year.And on top of that they never ordered any of Ommegangs first run of the Game of Thrones beers. Ommegang is now on a Black Watch Stout and is it at The Cellar? Nope.I will continue to shop there due to its close proximity to where I live, but I do shop there much less frequently and it all can be laid on their service.

My husband and I enjoy the occasional cocktail, which requires having on hand most of the major liquors used in cocktails. We also buy beer here because they typically have a good selection although their prices may be higher than elsewhere.I will never return to the Cellar. Today when I went in, I had two bottles in my left arm and attempted to lift a slick plastic four-pack of tall radlers. It slipped out of my hands and fell to the floor causing one of the radlers to open and spew.I could have put it back on the shelf and walked away. I could have put it back on the shelf, selected another, and paid for everything. Which is what I thought I was doing, until the young man I had notified that I had dropped it came up and said charge her twice for the radler.My husband and I spend between $150 to $200 a month in this store. If they cannot absorb the cost of an $8 product, I dont think I need to shop there anymore. if the owner had been there, or the manager, Im not sure which he is, I would not have had to pay because he knows me and he knows how much money I spend in his store.But a snot-nosed kid was the manager in charge on a Sunday afternoon, and he wouldnt even talk to me. I complained to the cashier, who said he understood why I was upset, but he couldnt go against the manager on dutys directive.I asked him to tell a real manager what had happened and if that was the way it should have been handled. I will follow up in person with the man I identify as the owner/general manager of the facility. I will give them a chance to make it right.If they are incapable of doing so, I will merely take my business elsewhere. This city has no lack of liquor stores.So if you shop there, know you may not be getting the cheapest price, and no consideration will be given to you according to the amount of money that you spend in their establishment.
