Adequate prices, selection and (sometimes) service, but very short hours - who would think a college town liquor store would close at 9pm on weekends?

Has a very wide variety of drinks including foreign and local. You can buy pretty much every type of alcohol here, I opted for asian drinks as they seem different from anything Ive ever had, and they had both soju and sake. They also sell chasers for drinks as well as mixers. Small store packed with anything youd need. A quiet placd and great staff.

What an exquisite liquor store! They have the finest selection of wines and expert sommelier-like staff on hand to assist in any questions you may have. The shelf talkers are very helpful at selecting quality new spirits to try as well. Staff picks such as Sully’s Sophisticated Selection or Zay’s Zippy Water are both guaranteed to put a smile on even the most persnickety customer’s face.

Competitive prices on top shelf whiskey and bourbon. Helpful and friendly staff were knowledgeable!

They are charging a 4% service fee for using your credit card without any notification prior to the purchase. If I had know that I would have used cash, they need to be upfront with their customers.

I like the Corkscrew. Great location, good selection and fair prices. My impression is that the current help isnt as experienced at recommending wine as theyve had in the past but theyre friendly.

Great place to fill your liquor needs! Pete is also so helpful and friendly. He has really helped me expand my wine knowledge and found some pretty amazing wines! Everyone has been helpful when I come in wanting to make some type of drink and advise me on the best liquor to get what I need done. The prices are some of the best I have seen in the area and the staff are friendly, funny, and so helpful. Would highly recommend them!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went to purchase a nice bottle of bourbon for a friend of mine that purchased a new home. I am ignorant when it comes to bourbon so they were very helpful in helping me choose a good bottle. Definitely my new liquor store of choice.

These folks are so helpful and pleasant. It is nice to have someone to consult when purchasing alchohol. I have no expertise, but have found the staff at Corkscrew to be very helpful. Lets keep our specialty, local shops in business. The new regulations will make it tougher for them. I will do what I can to shop local.

I assume the owner was who helped us but he was very friendly and he was out walking around to help. Sadly it took away from interactions with the employees at the cash register but they were super nice regarcless

Came in here on my way to turner falls with my girlfriend to stop and grab something strong to drink and was finishing a snack small bag of chips while we were just looking around the first aisle and one of the employees had hollared across the store to stop eating in a very nasty tone. We were in there no longer than 5 minutes. Thats an easy way to lose money, we walked straight out the door and spent our money elsewhere.

Friendly and very knowledgeable employees. Prices are pretty good as well too. Would recommend going in the morning or early afternoon because business really picks up in the evening.

The staff was informative and helpful, the selection was wide and varied. If you want something and they dont have it they will order it for you. All the prices are average with all others. I love this place for the customer service, you wont get this friendly at other places.

Easily the best wine selection in Norman. Their friendly staff have fantastic paring suggestions for dinners, gifts, parties or just a lazy Saturday night with Netflix. New wines are brought in monthly, but you can also order just about anything as long as the distributor has it. Also, OU faulty and staff get a discount and beer is 10% off on Wednesdays. Its a drive for some, but its worth it!

My favorite liquor store in town. They always have something on sale and a cool new beer almost every week I come in. Plus they are just super nice people!

After a friendly greeting, and showing me to the Stags Leap......the gentleman offered several different wines...in the taste I crave. Bought (3) new bottles: Farella-Park 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon West Face, Farella 2007 Alta Cabernet Sauvignon and Cannon Cockers 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon.I highly recommend The Corkscrew for all your Vino needs and wants!
