Nobody was wearing their masks except for maybe a few people. I couldnt even shop in peace because the employees wouldnt leave me the hell alone, I could only stand to be in there for about 8 minutes and during that time I was followed around by one of the employees like I was a theif or something while the other employees kept asking if they could help me find something.I wasnt expecting to be crowded around the whole time like it was a barn.. but I guess they take their store name literally.The clothes selection was *kinda* cute which is the only reason I didnt give 1 star

I called wondering if they carried a specific brand of jeans for women. Unfortunately they did not but it was ok.

Great place to buy western clothes, work clothes, and boots. Even if youre not a cowboy.

Been to boot barns all over the country. This is the only one I’ve ever been to with bad customer service.

I purchased a pair of their name brand boots (Cody James) in June of 2018, the soles started coming apart after I was assured by the salesman that they were solid soles (they were not). I brought them back to the store 6 months later in December 2018 to show them how poorly the boots are made not expecting them to do anything about it. Well, they did do something about it, they apologized and told me to get any boot I wanted. I did. I got the boots I originally wanted, a pair of Ariats. The price difference was comped by the store manager.I had NO receipt, NO box and they exchanged them and took a $60 hit.I will ALWAYS buy from Boot Barn!

Walked around in the store for quite a while and was never so much as acknowledged. Employees made eye contact, but seemed to not even want to say hi or ask if I needed help with anything. Granted, I just came off a job and looked pretty filthy, but had a grand to spend on a new hat, two pair of steel toes and a few pairs of FRCs. The employees seemed eager to help everyone around me, just not me. lol. They have a nice looking store with a lot of options, just make sure you look like you have money to spend if you expect any kind of service.

Amber the Manager was fantastic. Very helpful. Knowledgeable about all products of her store. And very friendly.

It was a pretty solid store experience. The people behind the counter were lovely. The only down side was the clothing sizes. It was rather difficult to find a pair of pants in the smaller sizes.

Helpful staff. A little disappointed they dont carry heydudes like the one in bartlesville but still a nice store and staff was friendly.

They have alot of really cute clothing, loved the boot selection, and a nice selection of jewelry.

What nice people and a good looking store. They restored my boots after I attempted to clean them...don’t scrub your boots with a scotch pad. And better yet don’t get paint in them.

Bought a pair of twisted X boots before Christmas. Very comfortable and the sales lady was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately a little over a month later they started falling a part and the threads began to come undone, and i brought them back in to see if i could get some new ones. They told me to pick out something else and theyed just charge or refund me the difference. I bought some more expensive Justin boots and only charged me $10 more! Very satisfied with the customer service! Will shop again!

I bought a pair of the $179.00 Justin Commander boots. Had them 2 months and the liner started coming out making it almost impossible to get the boot off my foot. Took them back caked in mud from where I got stuck in knee deep mud and the manager took a look at them and said go get what you want. So I went back and found a pair like them for $209 and thought maybe they were made better. Nope. Same thing. I wasnt able to get back up there and exchange these but they would have if I had gone back. Wish I would have. I have a $200+ work boot that since March has came plumb apart on the inside and the steel toe is floating around in the right one, the awesome looking soles are broke down and coming apart and I have a 9 month old pair of boots that I cant wear because they kill my feet the way they are broken down. Plus it takes too long to get them off once you spent 10 min stuffing the liner back in them to put them on. Bottom line, But for Boot Barn, just stay away from the Commander X5 by Justin. Not at all worth the money.

If you are a military vet who wrote a blank check to the Gov payable for up to your life,and in the process of your service get hurt, say in Afganistan,are 90% disabled and are owed every military discount you are afforded-well....dont shop at the Norman,Ok store!!They only consider active duty and full term retired as a legitimate service.Seems to me the Vets who come back scarred physically or mentally for the rest of their lives would be more than qualified.Do not shop here, they do not understand that the reason they are free to be so rude and look down their nose is because of what these Vets have have given for them and all who enjoy freedom.

Worst experience in a western wear store! Horable customer service staff ignored my wife and I while we stumbled through the disorganized and very limited hat selection. This is after stopping at the store 2 weeks earlier to buy a pair of boots and had the same problem. Zero customer service and the boots in such disarray we got frustrated and left. I will never go back. Big difference between sheplers and boot barn. Man in front of us spent over $400 and didnt get a thanks or anything. Cashier asked if it was our first time at the store my wife told her it didnt matter w ed wouldnt be back and she didnt even ask why. What happened to service with a smile?!?!?

Dont go here. I wanted to return some steel toed boots after wearing them two different times. It had been less than 2 weeks since I bought them. The steel toe on one of them was curved downward into my foot. After just two times of wearing them I got a sore.I originally bought the boots from Sheplers; and since Bootbarn bought them out, I was able to still return them to the Norman store, if I so choose. THE CATCH!!! Boot barn would only exchange the boots for the exact same model. And since they didnt have any in stock, I was out of luck. I couldnt return them for my money back. And I couldnt use the 25% off coupon I originally made the purchase. I was sol.THANKS TO SHEPLERS!! ( YOU WILL BE MISSED) I am able to bring the boots back. I can get any other boot I want and just pay the difference. I can even use the 25% off coupon!Never go to bootbarn. They put out an amazing company that has been providing happy customer service for a long time. Only to have poor relations and unwillingness to make them happy. I hate you bootbarn.
