I came in desperate need of good shoes to wear for both my twelve hours on my feet shifts and my fitness goals of more walking and running. The manager, Conner, was more than exceptional service. He was like an old friend who wants the best for you. The prices were to be expected but the wonderful experience was unexpected. I will go back to this location to buy my Hokas next time too.

Update, ITS BEEN 17 DAYS AND STILL NO PRODUCT! COMPANY WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE MY PHONE CALLS THE OTHER DAY.Caveat Emptor! (Buyer Beware!)UPDATE: They sent me an inclusive tracking number for fedex which doesnt tell me anything about my package. They refused to return my money and I dont have what I paid for. Terrible terrible business practices. On a side note, the staff is doing what they can to help, but as a business, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!..Two weeks ago, I came for shoes. Didnt have my size so they offered to order them. I paid for them and asked if they would be in by that Thursday, as I was going out of town. I was told yes, theyll be in. I never got a call, so that Friday I called. No shoes. When I returned that Monday I called to check on my order and was told that they came in, but were the wrong color and were reordered and I was promised again that I would have them by end of the week. I called Friday, Saturday, Sunday.... No shoes. Was told FedEx was to blame, but you know what? If they had ordered and shipped the right ones, this wouldnt be going on. Today is Monday, July 26th, and I still have not received the shoes I paid for. The store has had my $155 dollars for two weeks now, and this customer has no shoes. I feel like a total idiot having to keep calling them for my order. Am I becoming a nuisance? Nice people, but as a business, they dont have very great practices. I hope I get my money back.... At this point, I dont even want the shoes, I just want my money and I will go elsewhere after this.

Excellent customer service! I left with exactly what I wanted! Not the best prices but I’d rather pay an extra 5$ and support a place that values my business. The selection is a little small but the still have something for everyone!

Good luck. I asked to try on a size 8 shoe and was brought a size 6. I said...you dont have an 8? The clerk said at this price you can squeeze into them. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. I will NOT be back.

You want a shoe... Go to Famous Footwear or Shoe Carnival. You want the RIGHT shoe, GO HERE!! Justice is one of the most knowledgeable people of his craft that I have met in a long time. From the moment my wife and I entered the store, Ethan greeted us, and Justice was also present. My wife recently had a custom medical insert, and needed a shoe it would fit in. These guys went out of their way to make sure we had every option they offered. We mentioned 1-2 brands, and they promptly and gladly brought out 5 different brands for her to try.After selecting the Brooks, my wife made a comment about being a little bummed about not being able to wear a sandal this summer due to the lack of support. Within a couple minutes, Justice brings out a couple pair of Vionic (new line, awesome comfort) sandals that my wife fell in love with. We purchased both, and it was just a fantastic experience.Thank you Justice & Ethan for your knowledge and time. Wanted to share my experience. Right before the mall closed i visited the Tradehome in norman to purchase some sandals. The Manager that helped me, Kevin was very nice and helpful and helped me find something that i was not even looking for. The mall in norman is losing a lot of business and traffic but tradehome should know that they now have a long term customer in Norman.

Excellent service! My boyfriend wanted to try on some shoes and the shoe salesman bent over and put the shoes on my boyfriend himself! Best shoe place Ive found!

They had 2 kids running the store while the manager was in the bathroom for awhile. Possibly gone as I seeked assistance from him directly I saw he treated his employees not very well at all. Prices are alright but shoes nobody would want unless they got foot problems.

Mr.Fredricks is always kind to my son. The prices arent always the best but the shoes you buy here will last and great customer service & quality care of your family is priceless. Each time Im shopping for shoes this is my 1st stop!
