The staff at Bella Rose was the best. I went to two other places before coming here and this was the only place that I felt like really cared about my experience and helping me find THE dress, not selling me something I didnt want. The dress I ended up picking was one the stylist pulled out after listening to and observing what I liked about other dresses. It was something I wouldnt have picked for myself, but so perfect once I got it on. She was excellent, so helpful, and absolutely nailed it!! 1000% recommend!

Savannah was super kind and fun to shop with and made me feel super comfortable! While I ultimately said yes somewhere else, I would highly recommend Bella Rose and shopping with Savannah (esp if you don’t have a bridal party to shop with!) She was even excited for me when I told her I found my dress elsewhere! She’s an absolute 10/10 and if I find myself needing anything else, this will be my first stop!

When getting married I wanted to support a local business, but there weren’t very many options to rent wedding day attire for a Groom that are not major national chains. Bella Rose partner’s with Jim’s Formal Wear, and was a place my groomsmen and I could get fitted for a Tuxedo. Early on in the process I informed them that one of my groomspeople was female and was assured that this wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately when the day came, the chosen attire was in *no* way flattering or appropriate for a feminine physique, and I was informed that this was the result of my choice of attire. Unfortunately, there was no way for us to see what the attire was before we ordered, paid and it was shipped, and initially they informed us that because we had ordered and paid, there was nothing they could do about it being completely unusable. After some discussion and asking to speak with the owner, they agreed to refund us everything but the shipping as we could literally only use the tie and the vest and had to go elsewhere and buy the closest matching ensemble the day before the wedding. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of experience with Bella Rose Bridal, and I advise anyone wishing to have a female physique dressed in a Tuxedo to go elsewhere. However, as the groom, MY attire was absolutely immaculate, and those of my other groomsmen were good. The staff, other than initially refusing to offer a refund for attire that was not usable, was extremely pleasant in every interaction, and was happy to work with me and my indecision about what style I wanted. Their fashion advice and patience was exemplary, and were it not for the difficulties we had with my groomsperson, would have easily merited a 5 star review.

Loved my experience at Bella Rose! Amanda was amazing at making me feel comfortable and not rushed. She let me choose any dress I wanted to try on but was also great at steering me in the right direction. I loved how I didn’t feel pressured at all, just happy and excited. I left with the dress of my dreams!!

TLDR: Dont go anywhere else. Go here. Ask for Savannah or Amanda.Literally the best. It started before I even got there. When I called Bella, Amanda was so great, sweet and accommodating and was able to squeeze me in last minute. So! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Savannah (I hope I spelled your name right!!) and a sign with my name on it...such a cool touch. Savannah ended up consulting me, which was awesome because she and I vibed as soon as I met her!! I showed her what I was thinking about and after a few dresses, we found a dress that was definitely not the color I was thinking, but I liked the style. I tried it on and that was it. Then we found pockets in the dress and I cried and she flipped. Haha That made the dress perfect. Savannah was awesome at extracting the dress vision and making it a reality. They all made sure I was having an amazing experience. Getting your dress is supposed to be special and with your loved ones. But Im a Marine away from home, so I was solo. Savannah and I bonded so well that she was the family/bestie that I needed there. My experience here was perfect and really special. This was the first place I went to find a dress and I left having found the one. Thank you all so much!!! 💞

My entire experience was absolutely wonderful. I was welcomed with smiling faces. They inquired about my wedding day and if I had dresses in mind or pictures. The dress that I thought was going to be the one ended up coming in 2nd place. My consultant was on target with the plethora of options without being overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend Bella Rose for any bride to be.

They helped my friend wonderfully the whole time she was trying on dresses; they assisted her in the dressing room and they offered solutions or alternatives to any issue or concern. The staff was dressed in black attire, which was very professional looking. I highly recommend making an appointment at this establishment if you want to have a fantastic wedding dress experience!

We had a private appointment to look at dresses here and the staff are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We ended up getting the third dress she tried on because it was so beautiful and different than the typical wedding dress. It was a great experience.

I bought my wedding dress at Bella Rose Norman, and they were the absolute best! We had went to another bridal boutique earlier in the day, and they did not even come close to Bella Rose. Bella Rose had the sweetest employees. They made dress shopping stress free. They truly wanted you to be so happy in your dress. They would make accommodations to get you exactly what you wanted. I absolutely loved my experience. The owner/manager that was there while I was trying on dresses was completely wonderful in all aspects, as well as my consultant. However, the only thing keeping me from giving my experience 5 stars is that I would have like to have been helped into each dress that I tried on. It is very difficult to do it by yourself. In my past appointments at different places, I was helped into the dresses each time and it is amazing how it makes the experience go so much smoother instead of being handed the dress of the hangar and fending for yourself. But still, I had the most amazing experience and they were so accommodating. I am so happy I found the one at Bella Rose Norman!

I made an appointment (my first one) to begin shopping for my wedding gown. Read all of the great reviews and even got a ton of referrals from friends to make sure and go to Bella Rose, so I did just that!!! I went to Bella Rose Norman to shop for my perfect wedding gown.... I didn’t know what to expect and was just excited to find the ONE! Oh boy did I find it here. With the help of Jeannette I found it and had tons of fun! She was amazing and provided top-notch service. She was super friendly, easy to talk with and provided me with so much peace of mind as I had no idea what I’d find! She made some awesome suggestions and also made the process enjoyable and stress free, which was all thanks to her and her expertise and genuine concern for me as the bride. After going to Davids Bridal first to look for a dress and wasting my time I wish I would have just went to Bella Rose in Norman. The staff was so kind and helpful! The stores atmosphere is very nice and calming. After being an extremely picky person and having to try on almost anything,the lady who helped me was extremely nice and was not rushing me at all. I would recommend Bella Rose 100% to anyone!!!

LOVED THIS SHOP!!!!! They did an amazing job of finding me exactly what I was looking for! After a bridal store down the street canceled my appointment last minute, we walked into Bella Rose before they even opened not realizing they werent open yet. We were met by the owners who after hearing our experience with the other shop, and that we had driven two hours to shop for the dress, managed to get me in same day! They set me up with Jeanette who was a doll to work with! She made me feel very comfortable while switching from dress to dress, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! This store was so amazing! I think I worked with every girl in there at one point! They were all so incredible! I had went there a couple weeks ago to try on dresses. Went to David’s Bridal the next weekend, and David’s dresses couldn’t even compare. We ended up leaving David’s and driving right down to Bella Rose and ordering my dress. Truly the best place with the employees to match.

The ladies at Bella Rose are so sweet and accommodating. My friend made an appointment for me the day before and they got us right in! When my party of 3 got there, they had brought wine, glasses, beverages, and a cheese, fruit and veggie tray and the girls at Bella Rose literally moved display tables to help us set up a little beverage and snack area and brought us cold water bottles! They were super nice when everyone went wild in the store pulling dresses and moving them into the dressing room and just asking tons of questions and being all over the place.Rachel was so nice and helped me in and out of Probably 30 dresses. She walked through the whole store with me and let me look at every single dress. She pulled dresses she knew I would like, and put me in dresses she thought would work best with my body type. When my mom put dresses in the room that I hated, she was super nice and asked me if I wanted to try them or not. I very much felt like Rachel maintained her focus on me and listened to what I liked while everyone else was going crazy. We used the whole appointment time and then some and we were never rushed. Rachel even let me take a beverage break after the first round of trying on so I could relax a bit from climbing in and out of so many gowns!The area where you try on dresses is super gorgeous. It is well lit and there are mirrors surrounding you with little couches for your guests to sit on. Rachel pulled belts and helped create illusions to hide jewels we didn’t like and even put straps on a dress without one. We were really able to see every dress and how it would look customized the way we wanted. The other girls in the store were so sweet and helped pull dresses and put dresses away and they were so helpful letting me try on like 5 veils and headpieces.I ended up saying yes to the dress here and would definitely recommend anyone wedding dress shopping to go to Bella Rose!

You sold a dress for $1800 to Breanna and it could not be altered.The dress should never have been sold to her if alteration couldn’t be made. Your a dress shop and knew better. You should make it right with her. That is horrible of your business to do that to someone.

Got my sons prom tux from Bella Rose. I was not notified when it came in for pick up. Without time to fix it, the shirt was too tight, yet the vest was HUGE. I fail to understand how this happens, as both should either be large or tight. When dressing for the prom, we noticed the pocket square was missing. Upon return, my son asked for a refund of the pocket square. Instead they just handed him the pocket square! What was he supposed to do with that after prom? I was very disappointed and he was afraid to remove his jacket all prom because the tux didnt fit properly.

Let me first say that of all the bridal boutiques I visited, the ladies at Bella Rose in Norman were by far the nicest and most genuine people. They were very attentive, they never made me feel rushed and were extremely patient with me. They listened to what I was looking for and let me try on pretty much the whole store because I can be very indecisive when it comes to big purchases. Lol! The store is very cute and clean. The dressing rooms are very roomy and the dresses come in every price range so if youre on a budget like I was, youll be able to find something here thats affordable. I have major anxiety about shopping, let alone wedding dress shopping!! I had a horrible experience at another dress store. So I was VERY apprehensive about doing it all over again! I scheduled an appointment for my mom, soon to be MIL & SIL. When we walked in, we were immediately treated by Rachel. I completely felt comfortable & like they were excited that we were there. Yesterday my mom and I went to Bella Rose Norman to try on wedding dresses! We had no intentions on buying anything because the experience we had the previous day with another bridal shop was pretty disappointing and we very discouraged. We were intending on flying back home to Colorado to look for my dress, but that didn’t happen because I said yes to my dress here, at Bella Rose Norman❤️!!!! It was a great experience, my consultant Taylor was outstanding and really worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted while also staying right on budget! I actually looked like a bride and I felt so beautiful. The manager/owner (can’t remember if she owned the store or not) was SO SWEET and she was also a great help and we absolutely loved her. They both gave me their undivided attention and I really appreciate their time and effort they put into my appointment. Thank you Bella Rose Norman, you ladies are amazing!!!

My mom and I went in with no clue what we were looking for and the girls at Bella knew exactly what to do! Rachael and Makayla were super helpful in helping us figure out what looked good on me and what we wanted. They were super friendly, not at all pushy, and helped us keep close to our price range! We ended up liking different parts of 2 dresses and they helped us figure out a way to get it all on one dress! They provided catalogues, pricing estimates for the alterations we wanted and let my little sister practice being a flower girl! 😁 We are waiting to see if the desiners will work with our ideas and the call back from the girls at Bella Rose and we cant wait to hear from them! I went with a friend to find a dress for her wedding this summer. I cant say enough about how wonderful Bella Rose was. They had plenty of dresses to choose from, were very sweet, and the person who helped us, Mikayla, was amazing. She made the whole experience lovely, and my friend found a gorgeous dress. We had a terrible experience at a well-known corporate store in OKC, but Bella Rose more than made up for it.
