I got my dress here and had a great experience with Lauren. She was super kind and sweet and made me feel totally comfortable. My dress is absolutely gorgeous and I loved the selection they had. Only reason for 4 stars is that the owner was a little rude in her emails. Be aware that there so a discount if you buy first time. I emailed them same day saying I wanted to purchase, wasn’t told about the discount, and she didn’t even apologize. That was really disappointing, however, the girls working here and the selection are great. They verified that my cost to alter wouldn’t be super high, so I will be back to update when I get that done.

First appointment review: I had a very fun experience here! I arrived on time, my group of 4 were the only ones there other than the staff. They were very helpful choosing options as well as picking ones I had photos of and they all had great attitudes. The had a beautiful selection of gowns. The trying on process was efficient and fun. Plenty of mirrors to see different angles of the gowns. You’re front and center in the room and there’s comfy seating for those you bring with you. Definitely give this place a try, you’ll get the feels when you’re in a gown in their awesome space!

This place is awesome! I am a plus size bride and they had so many options and they were absolutely amazing at making the dresses fit like they should. I bought my dress with them yesterday and couldn’t be happier! The ladies there were upbeat and SO helpful while I tried on and made a decision. 10/10 would recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I cannot recommend The Bridal Boutique enough! Sarah is so thoughtful, helpful, and made me feel like a million bucks in every dress I tried on. She looked at several photos I had brought in and immediately went to pick out 5-8 dresses she thought I would like. She and the other girls in the store honored every request and suggestion that I made too. I visited several other highly recommended bridal shops in OKC, and none of them showed the same care and made me feel as comfortable as they did here.They carry a full range of sizes, and most of their dresses are very affordable. I had the best experience at The Bridal Boutique in Norman, Ok! This was my third boutique to go to, and it was by far the best experience I had, and I found my dress! The employees were all so helpful and sweet, and made me feel very important! They also had a huge selection!

It was a small and beautiful bridal boutique. It wasn’t my first time ever looking and trying on wedding dresses and I found the one I wanted and order it! All the staff was very nice! I would definitely recommend any brides looking for a dress! Taylor was my consultant and she was very sweet and loved working with her.

The girls in the store are so sweet and amazing day help me take out a beautiful and her wedding dress I could ever imagine. I was so intimidated by the whole wedding dress shopping or deal and really had no idea where to start and they took my style and really expounded on it! they have a large selection of different wedding dresses bridesmaid mother of the bride dresses all so beautiful! From the moment I booked my appointment, The Bridal Boutique made my wedding dress search personalized and stress-free! My consultant worked with my crazy entourage and my body image issues. She listened to what I said, looked at my Pinterest board, and kept my budget in mind (even when my entourage picked things WAY out of my budget)! She was very helpful and helped me to select my dream dress! When I picked up my dress, the consultant helped me to get in the dress and even took pictures for me! This should be your first stop when shopping for a wedding gown (other gowns, too)!

At first, Bridal Boutique was helpful, and Erin was wonderful to work with. However, when they received a large amount of money for my dress, the service declined. I ordered a can can after my dress came in and when I went to my fitting, the seamstress said there was no way it would work, because it was HUGE! The manager at Bridal Boutique told me that it was a one size fits all can can, but there was a drawstring so it was very bunchy at the waist making me look bigger than I actually was. When I called to talk to her about returning it, she was very rude with a know-it-all attitude. She should know more than me about this since she is in the business. She should know not to order a one size fits all for a girl who is petite. She said there was nothing she could do for me except trade it out for the one in the store thats been tried on by hundreds of other brides. I tried that one on when I originally tried the dress on and they clip it for you so theres no way to see if it truly fits. I was blown away by how hateful the manager was. I have never written a bad review about anyone or any business before, but I feel like its important to let other brides know what the service is like after purchasing the dress.

As a plus size bride, do not go here. They will treat you as lesser because you’re not below a size 10. They made an appointment for me, and when I came in, they stated that they couldn’t possibly have booked an appointment for me at that time, as they were already full. I had an appointment card and everything. The “manager” made it seem as though it was my fault, and I left crying, feeling worthless.So, as I stated: if you’re a plus size bride, don’t waste your time here.

I am shocked at some of the older bad reviews here. They must have really stepped up their game because I have nothing but positive things to say about the Bridal Boutique. Erin was absolutely fantastic. She immediately knew my vision, helped me narrow down my choices without pressuring me, and pulled some great options. She also helped me pick out all of my accessories to go with my dress. I was torn between two dresses so my mom suggested I go home and sleep on it. Erin had no problem with that and I went back the next day to get the very first one I tried on. The shop is clean and beautiful. I cant recommend Erin and the Bridal Boutique enough.

For all the people who see the bad reviews on here.. my mother did... they have a new owner so I hope that helps you disregard the negativity. Give them a shot, they wont disappoint (: I did find my dress here and Im very thankful for such a pleasant experience. Hannah was whom my appointment was with but all the girls worked as a team in helping me find the perfect dress.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Please do not buy from this store. My fiance bought her dress her and wore it for bridal pictures. She then got it dry cleaned and the dry cleaner ended up ruining the dress. However, upon looking at the dress the dry cleaners showed us it was not the material the store had claimed, and should not have been dry cleaned as the tag on the dress claimed. The Bridal Boutique told us it was not their problem and would not offer to help us since it was the dry cleaners fault and refused to offer any kind of help at all. After they have your money, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If they are going to sell the dress, they should be sure of the material it is made out of. We are now trying to find a dress with less than 2 weeks before our wedding.

The girls there were amazing, helpful, and very accommodating. The only reason its not a 5 star rating is due to the lack of sample sizes for plus size brides. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Thank goodness for the wonderful ladies at The Bridal Boutique! If I had not had their help and support I would not have been able to get my dress in time for my wedding. As a salesperson myself I felt like they were extremely professional and soooo patient with my neuroses! I am so grateful to them for everything that they have done, and I dont think I would have been able to get my dream dress ON TIME if it werent for them! Thank you so so so much!

Definitely not impressed with this place or their dresses. Their attendant threw a few dresses in the room and essentially just walked away. They didnt seem actually interested in selling the dresses. Once I tried on a couple they just walked away and never said anything for the rest of the time. The dress quality wasnt fantastic either, they looked rather nightgown-ish and not particularly worth the money. My appointment was for an hour and I am pretty sure I was there less than 30 minutes.

When imagining my wedding planning, every future bride hopes for a stress free experience. Thats not always realistic, but I am thankful to say that picking my wedding dress was that stress free experience I always dreamed of. And that is because of the wonderful Bridal Boutique in Norman! I had tried on dresses at a few other places in the OKC area and The Bridal Boutique made me feel relaxed and excited. Im not the skinniest lady and trying on dresses made me feel self conscious, but The Bridal Boutique made me feel incredibly comfortable. They had a beautiful dress selection and the dress I ended up deciding on was the dress of my dreams. Each time I went back into The Bridal Boutique, the staff remembered me and made me feel so welcome. It was the nicest thing to walk into the store to pick up my dress and hear them say, We are so excited to see you in your dress again! I just love the staff, the boutique, the experience they provided for me. It was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend using The Bridal Boutique to select the wedding dress of your dreams. I cant thank them enough for making this experience the best I could have ever imagined!

Please consider where you want to spend your money, and which businesses you want to support. Alex and her staff measured me incorrectly, and I received a dress two sizes too large. I have medical records to prove my weight has not fluctuated for the past five years. I tried to get Alex to look at pictures and videos seeing as I live in California, and she was a broken record saying, Even if she were to look at pictures or video, she does not know what I want her to do for me because I agreed to this dress size on the purchase agreement. I am not denying that I agreed to the size when they gave me their professional opinion. As a doctor without any knowledge of wedding dress sizes, of course I would agree to what I thought were professionals measuring me for my wedding dress. Why wouldnt I trust them? It is their job. I even had two alterations people and a wedding dress store provide me with their measurements, and they suggested the same dress TWO sizes smaller than what the Bridal Boutique measured me. The alterations people even said they would not be comfortable altering it as it needed so many alterations. They were afraid they would be unable to make the dress look like it was originally intended. I cannot make this stuff up.Alex could have said any of the following, such as she is sorry things turned out this way, that she would at least look at the pictures and see if there was anything she could possibly find wrong in the order on the manufacturers side, or that she really wanted me to have a good experience and be happy so she would simply look into the matter further.Customer service is not defined as having a great selection of dresses, employees being nice and quiet in your presence, and letting you have kids in the store as listed in various reviews here on Yelp. Customer service is truly putting the customer first. Customer service is listening to the customer, and trying to figure out what went wrong so that maybe you can offer a solution whatever it may be. Customer service is actually caring about the consumer because you are a good person, and want them to be happy.As a consumer, we have the choice on which businesses we support, and I would not suggest Alex because she doesnt give a flip about you once she has your money. The best part is Alex doesnt even bother to hide that she does not care about you. It is almost comical! You can read about other similar experiences people had here on Yelp. Do yourself a favor and get measured professionally at a third party store, and you can go to Bridal Boutique to enjoy their awesome selection of dresses. But then take your professionally obtained measurements, and the dress information to ANOTHER STORE because you can have wedding dresses ordered at any store who carries the brand you want. Alex may have great taste, and a great selection, but ultimately she only cares about money.Oh and if you need a brand new Penelope dress by Watters with ivory lace and ivory underlay in size six, please let me know because I have one I need to sell. Just three months old, and only been tried on twice.

Measurements were way off on all bridesmaids dresses. All required alterations due to too tight in top to where couldnt be zipped up.

Not friendly and not helpful on the brightest event of my life. Made me sad.
