Definitely making this place my go to.. loved the staff and they are not just there for the paycheck.. they actually hear what you are saying and they did not have the king cake i get back home in Louisiana..BUT...they made suggestions from the products they had that were similar... they have a very very nice selection of juices and the prices were...😱😁🥰... yall Definitely made a permanent customer here...😄

The Intake had exactly what I needed (Suicide Bunny - Mother’s Milk) available which had been a challenge to find locally of late. The manager on duty was kind enough to briefly hold-back some product so I could make it across town and procure. Clean place, friendly staff, and very reasonably priced - will be a returning customer! Try them out if in need of quality and available product.

This place is federally regulated and can not sell you products if you say specific words. They would rather spend money on payroll. I won’t be back. They don’t feel comfortable making a sale. Company policy

I want to make a shout out to Mary(I’m pretty sure) who is freaking awesome at what she does and is Extraordinarily knowledgeable in a variety of areas. I had so multiple problems and she fixed every one all while the line behind me got longer and longer.!She’s a keeper and whoever owns this store needs to give her a RAISE!

Maybe 2.5 they have a selection but I’m pretty sure I was told not to vape when I got in there but then the same guy that told me that vaped him self, he just put his vape under his mask and blew it out under his mask. Just a weird vibe there for sure

I love this place, Ive only been going to this place for about a year now, everyone is sooo nice. Im extremely picky about my vape juice, I had one person walk me through their book of flavors and described each one so I knew roughly what I would get. Everyone is very laid back and acts like you are a friend that they see all the time and not afraid to make you laugh before you leave, never been to a shop like this. Not gonna lie, I do love the other random soap, room scents, and other little things to buy.

Every single time I walk into this establishment every employee no matter who’s working has the most polite way about them. Each one is very knowledgeable of every item/product that they carry and they do not try to sell me something that I don’t need. The store manager is a delight. He always goes out of his way to acknowledge every customer that walks in even if he’s busy helping someone at the time. Today I busted my Vape tank and they could’ve totally sold me a high price tank without ever telling me about their more affordable, but still great tanks and I would’ve been stuck paying for it because I had no choice, but that’s not what they did they showed me everything they had and they told me the pros and cons of each individual tank. I felt like I was becoming one of those annoying customers because I’m in retail myself but they kept assuring me that I wasn’t and that they wanted to make sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted and the entire experience was just great. Sidenote I literally called every other Vape store in Norman to get prices on tanks and The Intake had the best prices for the whole city of Norman I kid you not I go nowhere else.

New owner took away the return policy. Also a lot of the employees that were there prior to the owner change are gone and they were the best part about shopping here. I have a feeling management probably drove them away or wanted to hire their own people.

If I could give a negative review I would. I bought a smok N19 three days ago, and found that its battery life was only an hour. I took it back wanting an exchange for the exact same device and was told that I would have to come back with it fully charged and stay in the building until it died. Until then I could not return it. I found this extremely unnecessary as I had my receipts and I wanted the exact same product. Honestly I wouldnt go here for anything what so ever. Their refusal to help me with a faulty product they sold me is shocking. Im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I would never ever recommend this place to a soul. Please stay away if youre looking for a mod. They will refuse to take responsibility for their actions and leave you out $40

This is a great place. They made great suggestions for vaping, what atomizer to suggest, and the selection is great. I know some people complain about issues, but people are people. The quality of products is actually really great.

Went today to buy a salt Nic device to get off cigarettes. The salesman showed me “the best” “most dependable” device. I paid then waited as he showed me how 2 of said devices didn’t work. Needless to say I got my money back and ran from this hole.

Fake store staff are very rude

The woman(possibly the manager) that I’ve had in there the last few times is pretty short and dismissive with customers and even rude. She seems to look for reasons to kick people out outside of what the law actually requires. You really gotta watch your p and qs in there when you’re speaking and your whole squad better have ID. I’ve worked at smoke shops and she’s just on some weird power trip.

They are knowledgeable and great, if you can actually get them to acknowledge you exist. The fella with the brown beard, longish hair and baseball cap really needs to learn to multitask.Today was the first time Ive ever dealt with him, and when I walked in he didnt say hello or ask what I needed or even look at me really, for ten minutes. Instead he preferred to stand in silence answering the occasional question from three guys who were looking through the flavor book.Had he asked what I wanted, I could have told him I needed a coil and a specific bottle of juice and been out in two minutes.Im sure hes a fine fella, but he needs to learn how to Solo a register.

Went here looking to buy my first hookah. I have always enjoyed smoking but looking to finally own my own! I was nervous going in because I had no idea what I needed to know but I walked out with all my questions answered and felt incredibly well taken care of! Hands down my favorite!

The Intake has a great selection of ejuice to choose from from premium suppliers. I dont believe they make their own ejuice flavors on site. Those they do sell are of many different suppliers and flavors. Their customer service is excellent and they are also a member of the 5Star Rewards program which gives discounts for points on purchases. They also have a good selection of vaporizers to choose from. Stop by and see what they have to offer.

Terrible place. I went to buy just a battery for my mother. She has cancer and treats it with thc. So just bc it was for a nectar collector they declined my service. Really a battery? Come on people. If there was option for zero stars i would definitely give them that.

Sent a patient in to get product and he was refused for mentioning marijuana in a medical state while being a cardholder. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all cost, as clearly they arent 420 friendly, nor do they care that were legal, and theyre coming off as some back alley shop. Refuse to make a sale because marijuana was mentioned. What an absolute joke of a shop, and we wont ever refer another patient as they clearly dont want their business. If you value our Medical Marijuana industry, and patients avoid this place at all costs.

You gotta be crazy not to love this store! The owner Ashley I do believe her name was is excellent at taking care of the customer. I had purchased a new vape, and experienced some issues with the tank and coil. She helped walk me through the process of being new to vaping and even replaced my tank for free. She is great and her store is great! Will gladly come back again and again!!!!

Everyone has been extremely nice each time Ive gone in. My only regret is that their Happy Hour is at a bit of an inconvenient time. I work with elderly people & both are on that side of town. Unfortunately, my 2nd patient starts at 1:30pm...& Im not done until around 5(give or take,lol). So I never get a chance to take advantage of Happy Hour😿

Good little shop - good selection of hardware and juice. They even stock hookah accessories and other standard brodude fare - but expect to pay more for your juice here.Im not sure what theyre paying wholesale for their stock, but expect to pay an average of 40% more on top of retail prices. I cant speak for their juices on sale, etc. - just the stuff Ive bought off of the shelf.I really like this shop - and the folks running it are super friendly and informative.. I just wish they would make it worthwhile to shop there. I can justify paying a little more for a brick and mortar just down the street, but 40% on top is a little ridiculous.But if youve got the $$ hit them up! They have a great selection and again, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ive been in there multiple times and up until recently the service was always so good. But the last few months Ive been sent out with the wrong coils and or parts 3 times for my vape even after showing pictures and letting them know what kind of mods or tank it is. :/

I dont need a patronizing response as you have done to others. I dont want to read it.And NO, you dont get a second chance. Not happy with my purchase. I paid $100 for CBD oil that has 1000mg and it has nothing but vapor juice. Either the company didnt put it in there or its false advertising.Update they said they would let me know if there was something they can do and that I wasnt the only one that has had this problem. And nothing has happened. I will try calling again. Still not satisfied at all $100 does not grow on trees for us. We work hard for it.Reply to owner. I did call 3 times and two of your store managers one female and one Male gave me the run around and promised to talk to you and have you call me back and the gentleman said that there was lots of people complaining about this product and he promised you would contact me and I finally threw the bottle away last week because nobody would help me and $100 dollars doesnt grow on trees for me and my family. So I guess there is nothing you can do to help and they had my number 4 times. Even when I was on my way there they said not to come because they couldnt do anything to help. I even asked them to try it themselves and still no they wouldnt.

Best vape shop Ive ever been to. So many flavors to choose from and the prices are so cheap for premium juices!! I can have two premium juices for the price of one from other vape shops! And I have not had a juice I havent loved. The workers are super helpful and nice as well! They sell hookahs as well. Havent found a shop in Any state to top this one yet!

Intake stands for taking your money. They charged me $22.50 plis tax for a 3 pack of prince t10 coils where as they should be $6 to $8. 3 times higher then anywhere else. Plus I drove 2 hours because the mod I bought for $99 ($59.95 everywhere else) quit working in 3 weeks and the employee was rude as could be and told me to contact manufacturer. They have one guy there named Austin I believe thats helpful, but there prices are still insane.

I recently bought a tank from this establishment, then I return to get another wick and they inform me they no longer sell the wick for that tank. Oh so let me guess I need to buy a brand new tank. This is a sad way to do business. Be weary what you buy here. They also sold me an aspire tank and mod and it failed within three months. They said three months is the expected longevity of a mod and tank in the modern world of vaping. Really guys this is supposed to be cheaper than smoking cigarettes. You can get all of your buddies to write good reviews on here but seriously this place is sad.

My first experience with this place was with some lazy employee that didnt care about customers. We spent over 200 bucks there and she couldnt even act like she wanted our business. We talked to the owner and she apologized. We did see a change in staff as well and for a time it was great, weve referred all our friends here.Then here recently, we brought in an old coupon with no expiration date and the employee decided to tell us he wouldnt accept the coupons after that day. Then when we tried to use our reward cash to get a coil, he judged our decision and said we were wasting our points by not saving to get juice.Weve since come here less since we live closer to a vape store that doesnt have employee issues.

Was my go to shop great selection of juices. Unfortunately I will now shop elsewhere. I had stopped in to purchase a Suorin air(bought one here previously) was told they were out. Called back two times over the course of a month to be told they were out but carried many other vapes. At no point was additional information given to me about whether or not they are no longer selling suorin products, if they are getting a shipment in, if they can reserve one for me/ order one for me ect. Disappointed by this customer service, otherwise great selection of juices and other vapes and previously good customer service.
