Everyone was amazing! I took daughter and her two friends to shop and I dont think there was even one employee who overlooked us. Everyone gave us their full attention. Two ladies gave us shopping bags, one lady asked if I needed help and another even complimented my earrings! We had a nice conversation. And another employee helped me with a product I was looking for. The cashier complimented my earrings as well and gave us helpful online shopping information! EVERYONE was kind and helpful and I never felt more at home at any store. I love this location and I love the products!

My mom and I visited the store to make a quick return in which became a nightmare. What should’ve been a 5 minute easy return turned into 40 minutes. My mom had purchased multiple items for full price, with a receipt, and sealed products simply wanting a return onto her card. The first staff member was unable to do the return so asked Logan, to complete the return herself. She told my mom that the receipt was not in the system therefore she could not return the products something she “had never seen before.” Bath and Body displays that they have a 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. Logan had to call customer service to understand how to refund the return with the receipt in hand and still could not complete the transaction. She explained to us she had to grab the handbook from the back to learn how to complete the return in which she looked up at the ceiling while turning the pages. Over the time of standing waiting for her to make the return we noticed her negative attitude towards us to get worse including rolling eyes and whispering to other staff members. After the long wait- no resolution was made and we left with our items in hand being told they just could not be returned with a receipt. We are very loyal customers to Bath and Body and usually are very pleased with the service but this store needs work on their customer service.

My wife got a couple candles and some stuff for her mom . Very nice and clean . Staff was ready to assist .

During the Christmas all 3 wick candles $9.50 sale, 2019, before 9 am: well staffed, very organized and all reps were very helpful.Manager was on the floor actively ensuring all employees had organized breaks and new employees coming on shift understood where everything was going and why. I even heard him discussing with an employee the safety limits they had on the heights for the displays, which REALLY made me happy was I watched parents navigate the store with strollers loaded with bored and sleepy kids.The store was open really early (5:30 am according to the website) but all employees had a smile on their face and were patient at the counter as I looked for a coupon.I was at this store last year in the afternoon for the same sale, and was impressed with the organization and positive attitudes then as well.

Its just like every other B&BW. Nothing special. 3 out of the 15 employees were nice and helpful.

If youre looking for fragrant filled body washes or lotions you cant go wrong with this place. They have a wide vaiety to choose from and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I went in with coupons in hand. From the greater at the front entrance to the cashier the service was superb. I was given suggestions and one on one help finding Easter gifts for a 20 year old. Fantastic.

Kinda of in a hurry this morning, got here before 12pm since I was the one in a hurry, but they still have not opened their doors while they mop around inside straightening up displays. . It’s absurd ... it’s 20 after still and they are just mopping around chit chatting and putting bathbombs on the shelf. Absurd.

The Ill take the hit on this its all on me selection of creams and lotions, shampoos and other items is extensive. A warning to the men, dont let your wives go in, because youll have to lasso them to drag them out.

I visited during the semi annual sale excited to use my coupons only to load up a basket and then be told at checkout that the store couldnt accept coupons from my phone. I know this is not true because Ive used phone coupons before on several occasions, however, with the sale there was a extremely long line, so instead of pressing the issue, I left all my items and walked away. I was very disappointed and will be calling corporate office.

They had a huge sale the day I went in and all the employees were every nice and friendly and offered to help! Honesty i love going there even if i dont buy anything!
