Sydnee is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store is clean and stocked. You can find almost anything for your sports fan.

Computer was mess up and I was charged twice on my credit card. I enjoyed my shopping but wasted alot of my time and had to go back to get a refund.

Its a great place to shop for anything OU! The gentleman running it today was very nice and helped me take my purchases to my car. It helped me a lot as I was having to use a cane to walk. I appreciated the help so much!

Called to check to see if an item was in store. We were told it was. Went in immediately, was told they didnt carry it. No one offered to help. No one offered to check online or anything. Super bad experience. We will not return for anything.

Bought a shirt here before the Oklahoma v Ohio State game, it was one of those stripe the stadium games and OU lost. Im not blaming it all on fan Outfitters but they played a part. Kind of like the story of ham and eggs, you know with the chicken and the pig. They were more of the chicken, they were involved but not committed.

A solid meh.I wouldnt consider this a good place if youre looking for variety. I went in looking for a sticker for my car for a rival team. They only had OU and OKC Thunder stuff which makes sense for the area, as well as a few Browns jerseys but they did not have anything else. Considering this store is located in a place where you can get any of those products anywhere, and I mean anywhere, you would think that they would have a better selection for those who root for different teams. Calling this store Fan Outfitters would only make sense if they stocked more variety.I was only in there for about two minutes and was greeted pretty quickly by someone stocking something. I asked him if they had any stuff for the team I was looking for and told me that they might have some at their Moore location. This shows me that most people who work here have a decent idea of other stores who might be able to help, which I find valuable and the only reason I am giving this store three stars.

Terrible customer service.Walked in, wasnt greeted or acknowledged. 2 employees were behind the counter helping a lady. A couple of minutes later the lady left and another employee came from the back, makes eye contact with me and says nothing!! I walked around for 10 minutes and still no greeting or offering of help. I was the only customer in there!! I put back the item I thought about purchasing and walked out.

Clerk overcharged us by $4 and wouldnt do anything to help unless we brought the merchandise back. We told her it was $22 and not the $26 she said it was. We took her word for it, but when we got home it sure enough was $22. It would have meant a trip clear across town. Told her that was the last time we would shop there! Its not that $,but is the principle of the thing.

A+Great store with a large selection of OU gear. The store also carries Oklahoma Thunder, Trae Young, Buddy Hield, Baker Mayfield (Browns), etc. gear. Cant complain about the prices since everything was buy 1 get 1 50% off when I visited. Customer service at the front desk was also super friendly.

The employees were nice, and they had a good sale.
