College corner OU! The most attractive coffee never was anywhere else

Its too commercialized into pricey for my taste. I like to go to the hole in the wall coffee shops that Brew their own coffees and they actually make really really good coffee and it tastes better. I wont ever go to a Starbucks its just a name but a lot of people buy coffee there because they like the name I guess

Every time i go here something with my order is wrong. I think they do it on purpose because im not masked up... whether its the wrong drink or the food is frozen in the middle, they are never happy to fix it. Ive been probable 7 times in the last 2 months and at least 5 times my order was wrong.... and crazy expensive

This is probably the best Starbucks I ever been too, staff is so nice, forgot his name but the bearded guy with pink hair its fast and very friendly.

Cold Coffee(Frappuchino Alert🚨) Fav coffee place. This place is usually busy due to the location. Im that cold coffee person rather than hot and I tried almost every flavor of frappuchino both seasonal n regular ones.So the best constants: java chip Frappuchino, mocha cookie crumble Frappuchino, roasted white chocolate mocha Frappuchino.I like their current pistachio Frappuchino it was so refreshing.My constant hot coffee is white chocolate mocha without whip cream.I loooove the chocolate croissant but this store always has it out of stock but I get lucky sometimes.Avg wait time for mobile orders is 5min.

The employees were so nice, always a bit shy to order as once my drink is really basic lmao but the person who took my order was super nice and the one who made it was crazy fast :) I normally don’t go to this location since it a abut far from my house but I find this experience was really pleasant !

Always friendly, clean, and prompt. This location is the best in the city. I will drive no matter how far it is from me to go there. The customer service is simply the best.

Rude customer service…. They made our drink wrong and rolled their eyes when we asked for it to be corrected. Seems like everyone there has an attitude problem.

We have a love hate relationship. When it gets backed up it is horrible.However, they will always try to take care of the regulars.I wish the manager would put a few more staff member in the early morning because they so get busy.

We originally switched to the Starbucks for our morning coffee walk because the customer service was so superior to even the local shops found in the area. We walk every morning for coffee so it is really important to us that we start our day with great vibes in our neighborhood. Since re-opening, the customer service at this location is deplorable. They are unfriendly, and impersonal, and beyond unhelpful. This morning was particularly bad when we did not realize that they were not opening until 830, when the mobile app stated at 8 o’clock. I walk with my 2 dogs and toddler every morning, 7 days a week. It can be quite a feat to get up there for my morning cup, but the ritual is important to us. This morning the door was locked and they were bringing out mobile orders that had been filled, but told me mobile order wasn’t an option now. They told me they would be open in 25 minutes for my business. Anyone who has ever been around a crying a baby (because she didn’t understand why we weren’t going inside and it is already 80 degrees) knows 25 minutes may as well be 25 hours. They were handing out coffee to fill the mobile orders, I would have thought they could have offered me a cup. I walked home with my thirsty dogs, screaming toddler, and headed to a different coffee shop.

Hadnt been to a Starbucks in forever. Was on a weekend getaway and stopped in. Was very good. We went probably 6 times while we were in Norman. Will go back when were there again. Very nice staff. Even gave us sample frappes. Thanks guys.

It is good place to meet up with friends or just bring your laptop and get to work, sipping your coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is usually very busy during regular college hours but gets more peaceful in the evening. The service is very fast and wait time isnt that bad even during busy hours. Overall a good place.

This place is very clean and always fast! I ordered my drink and got it within 5 minutes despite there being several people in the store! My drink also came out exactly as ordered! Five stars for sure!

Employees were very rude second time being treated rudely, make sure to check your drink size when you get a trenta drink, they like to give you a venti so make sure your getting the right size will not be going to this Starbucks again

Probably my favorite Starbucks around. Friendly staff, some of whom are students at OU; as far as I can tell they make better drinks; and there is plenty of seating for a cram session! Would recommend this location over any others in Norman!

For the most part I like Starbucks. Good drinks, great rewards program, but I just have had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. Im not huge on customer service - I like to just get my stuff and get out, I dont expect the cashier to care about my personal life - but the woman working the register at this location was just so rude to me I couldnt help but feel extremely annoyed.I just came in to pick up a couple drinks and when I went to the counter to pay I attempted to pay with a $50 bill. Now, there are no obvious signs at this location that says they cant accept bills larger than 20, but apparently thats their policy. I think thats kind of a ridiculous policy for such a large chain but whatever. Thats not what bothered me. What bothered me was that the woman at the counter was very rude, just telling me that she couldnt accept a $50 and that I would have to find something smaller. When I told her I didnt have anything smaller she rolled her eyes at me and said fine very frustratedly before proceeding to open the register and hand me 8 $5 bills. Apparently they didnt have $20s in their register. She then continued to lecture me about trying to pay with a fifty and how to never do it it again because this was a one time deal... Very rude and condescending. It was just an annoying experience when all I wanted was a cup of damn coffee.Thanks to this one employee I will likely never visit this Starbucks again. First time Ive ever been more cranky after getting my morning caffeine.

Well I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while the staff stood around talking to each other with only me in the store and when I asked if they could help me the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and told her coworker that I guess our break is over! So I told her to stay on her break and let I still not be back for overpriced coffee and attitude!

Went by this evening to have an ice tea and sit outside at the tables. It is 730 pm. They close at 9. Employee said they had to put up the chairs before dark. This happend a few months ago. I called the manager and she said it wouldnt happen again. So much for that. I went to Jimmy Jones and got a good ice tea for half the price and sat on a bench.

This is a nice coffee shop with fast, friendly service. However, it would have been nice if they had called my name or in some other way let me know that my order was ready.

Who doesnt love a good coffee? Dont necessarily think that youll find it at Starbucks. It depends whether you want something thats more sweet and dairy than coffee or some actual coffee, you may be lucky and you maybe not. They frequently get my order wrong. Why do I return you ask? Because sometimes you need strong coffee and actual food before you go to a big meeting. Starbucks, if youre listening, tell your employees to not correct the customers. You made up fancy Italian sizes for your drinks. I order a medium. They know what a medium is, but theyre insistent on correcting me with the faux Italian size. Please. 17 year olds, dont correct me, cuz when you do, all that makes me want to do is pull you through the window and speak to you clearly in your face. Medium is a word you understand just give me a freaking medium.

Always a great place to go. Awesome baristas that always make excellent coffee drinks. Wonderful service and an excellent atmosphere.

Staff sucks, lines are long, not enough tables, staff is more worried with being trendy fashion coffee designers than great coffee makers. 3 good things: outside seating, patrons generally are really nice and will share a table, and leaving.

I love how this Starbucks is a cafe store and not a drive thru! The employees are very nice and accommodating. Not as much seating space, but it is the prime location for a coffee shop on campus.

Regular ol Starbucks. Pretty small lobby with limited seating but it has a cozy atmosphere. Has all the regular merchandise like cups and coffees. Very close to the OU campus.

The customer service is horrific. I work a service job myself, and for that reason I give people a lot of leeway. It takes a lot to get me to complain. But if you want employees who snap at you, and cant muster a smile or a friendly hello, this is the place for you. Did they make your drink wrong? Dont say anything, or you can expect a hateful attitude and a terse well youre just going to have to wait. (Other Starbucks usually rush to fix the problem, and may even give you a free drink coupon). My personal favorite was were running out of Trenta cups, Im not going to waste one on you. Granted, its not everyone. There are some good baristas here. So its a shame theyre dragged down by their surly, unprofessional co-workers. Ive come here for years because its conveniently located for students, but Ill never make that mistake again.

I stop here to and from work a lot, and also after my martial arts lessons at First Strike MMA on 230 Gray Street. The service is great, coffee is always good, and its a great location. Watch out for all the high school kids that inundate the place at lunch time during the week though! LOL.

Everything is so great at Starbucks campus corner location. The management and baristas so nice. They make my order just the way I like. The best barista at this Starbucks is JAVIER. I been a Starbucks constomer for years in ND CA CO NM and JAVIER is the best ever.

Oh Starbucks ... University locations are always the best if you can manage to get a seat while school is in session.

I come here a lot since its the closest Starbucks to my office, and for the most part theyre alright, but lately its been getting worse (at least with Mobile Order). About a week ago I ordered the classic oatmeal, and when I got to work I realized they put the wrong toppings in :( Im allergic to one and dont like the other, so I had it plain. Bleck. Well I contacted Starbucks and they refunded it, so on the corporate level its no problem. They were both quick to fix the problem, and nice about the whole thing (it may have helped that I wasnt crabby about it).However, today I again used the mobile order and placed my order at 8:01am. The app said it would be 3-7 minutes. I arrived at Starbucks at 8:05. No drink? No problem; it hadnt been the full time yet. But then five new customers make their way through the door, order their drinks, are served, and leave while Im still waiting for my drink I ordered at 8:01.So 8:13 comes around and Im still waiting for my drink, so I ask the barista who is by the serving counter about my mobile order (idk, maybe it fell on the floor, maybe somebody took it, but this was making me late for work). She says yeah, its coming. At 8:15, I finally have my drink in hand. Im sure the baristas dont make a whole lot, and I can understand their apathy, but even just 20% effort or caring goes a long way, and gets tips.Also, and this was weird, while I was waiting, there was a third young woman behind the counter in no sort of uniform, and for some reason making herself a drink standing directly behind the counter where customers drinks are placed when finished. Her hair wasnt back, and I can only hope she washed her hands. Really just a circus, this place. Please get a handle on it (if only before the semester starts).
