Went to shop at Oncue #99 Store 8.00 pm, Friday, Sept 24. FELISHA the Attendant kept watching me All the Time. Why? As a Black Man I should not be harassed while shopping especially in a Store Ive been shopping in for 3 years or Any Store. I felt very insulted and told her how I felt. I would Like an Apology from Management as I would like to shop without being Harassed. She FELISHA went as far to tell me not to shop in the store then, if I don’t Like being watched.

Always awesome to go to an OnCue. I like this one for the retro look it has. =D

It was pretty busy but the cashier Carmen handled the long line and a technical issue like a pro. I would have already been panicing in her shoes.

By far the dirtiest most run down OnCue Ive been to. Drove out of my way to get to this because of how clean other OnCues are. Was very disappointed.

4 cashiers with open registers, no line behind me and I still had to wait and ask for help checking out. The staff talked amongst themselves instead of walking up to the register. Not friendly/helpful at all. Bought tshirts and chips and I had to ask for a bag after I was done paying. because the cashier was already stepping back to talk with the others. Not the first time dealing wiwitwiwith rude cashiers at this location 😑

We go to this store to get drinks and its always pleasant and the young lady Katie working today was absolutely no exception. She was upbeat and friendly. It made me smile inside to see this. Friendly and Professional to a T! Great store to do business and thank you. 💯😊

I would like to complain about switching management so often. It’s hard on customers having to get use to someone new. It would be nice if you keep Katie. She is such a joy to see and be around. I come here every morning just to see her smiling face. Maybe for the coffee and donuts too

Out of anywhere I’d ever thought I’d say this about, it would probably be anywhere but a gas station. But this place has some of the cleanest and nicest smelling bathrooms Ive ever been to. And some of the friendliest staff overall too. Little things like eye contact and a genuine smile can mean a lot to someone. Didn’t witness a single customer leave without either one. And it was all while still being fast paced enough to make sure we didn’t all wait in line for an hour. I’d drive out of my way the extra mile to this one

OnCue is a great place to get gas and a snack. Their large car port over the pumps is a wonderful thing in bad weather. And their snack items are great when you are on the go. With quality gas in the pumps and reasonable prices, OnCue is right on cue.

I think it’s a bit discriminating to me when I’m 25 with a valid but not American ID to not sell me beer. Just because you can’t scan my ID, because my European ID card doesn’t have a barcode for your scanner.You can definitely tell that it’s not fake by seeing it... had my European drivers license on me too. I really don’t think that was ok.

Very clean bathrooms, clean store, friendly staff and reasonably priced snacks. 100% gas at all pumps. Easy exit and entrance onto Lindsay from either direction. Worth driving further on! Yay love that the lot and store are well lit at night!

Soo glad the bathroom wall in the Girls restroom is finally fixed - no more sewage water smell and it just looks more clean!!

Were doing a painting job nearby so i went for lunch to get a fountain drink i took a sip and the lady working said she was going to charge me more for it and she just stood there the whole time watching me. The other girl wasnt friendly at all her facial expression was like if she had smelled poop or something im not going there for lunch anymore rather elsewhere.

I love on Cue they staff are helpful, stores are clean, great selection, and gas is usually cheap.

I like to go to the oncue express #99 at 750 east Lindsey street but theres an employee there named Andy hes tall and has black hair for some reason he always has a bad attitude everytime I go in there the last time I went in there I tried making small talk over the item I was about to purchase and he tried to mumble under his breath well I dont give a sh@# Im very dissapointed unhappy and to be honest a little angry considering the fact that I bust my back and go out of my way to spend my hard earned cash at this specific store and get disrespected for no good reason all because someone obviously doesnt give a sh@# with his attitude along with his language towards customers Im surprised hes still allowed to work there but apart from him everyone else there does a great job especially when it comes to customer service
