Had a great experience here getting my COVID vaccine. Caleb was very nice and helpful. Would definitely return!
The store itself is fine and all, but... do people actually even work here? Multiple trips to this store make me feel like they all hide in the back anytime someone walks in to make a purchase. What an odd place to work if you have such high social anxiety.+1 star for the store having what Im looking for.-3 stars for the Hide&Seek games when I just need to get in and out, quickly.
It’s a shame that this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area because I have never come to this pharmacy and not had to wait 30+ minutes to get my medicine. Today, I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes (my prescription had been sent over about 40 minutes prior) and then got to the window to be told “we just got the prescription, it’ll be 20 minutes.” I understand that they’re busy and all but I’ve come at 11:30pm when no one is in the drive through or the store and it’s still a 20 minute wait because they “just got it”. They also don’t really seem to care when people are in pain or sick.
Called to see what COVID requirements were and was advised that I didnt need an appointment and could walk in.I walked in, less than 45 min later and was advised I needed an appointment foe the 1st test. Discouraging to get the test. May I add that there wasnt a line.
Where exactly are the employees? Came in and waited for almost 10 minutes before an employee came out of the back, went behind photo and sat down. I had to then walk to photo, only to be told they have to ring me up in the front. Ridiculous.
The pharmacy is slow and inefficient.
Pharmacy staff is very rude, unhelpful and judgemental. I am deaf in one ear and almost in another and none was willing to put on a shield so I could try to read lips and none was willing to help me. I had to call the manager who then attempted to help and had a non pharmacy staff member assist me
Nice and clean Walgreens, plenty of staff and very helpful. Came in for a flu shot and found five more things that I needed. Thanks Walgreens.
A quick trip to pick up a prescription on a Monday night turned into almost an hour of waiting while a line grew in front of me and the three people working in back didnt acknowledge anyone. Also, the store floor is filthy-- good Lord! Dirt, dust balls, paper waste, etc.Gave it an extra star because they DO have a safe medication disposal box.
Big center here at Walmart youll find what youre looking for or ask a staff member
This is where I buy my monster commdoms for my magnumm ding
Worst Walgreens ever! The $26.99 walking cane I bought rang up $29.99. The manager refused to do anything, & was rude. He said things get moved by customers. I explained Wal Marts canes like it were $15.68, which I bought one the day before, for a crippled homeless man, but it was stolen as he slept. Since Wal Mart was closed I was forced to shop here to replace the stolen cane. I will never shop there again, & encourage you not to.
Why is Walgreens closed on flood and main
NOT ENOUGH Ls IN YOUR STORE NAME:Walgreens really inconvenienced me today. They have lost my business after tomorrow. Last month I had my pain medication filled on the 15th. The state of Oklahoma says I should be able to pick them up today. Since it is Walgreens Policy to go 28 days from the time the prescription is PICKED UP I had to postpone a business trip to Dallas because I would be out of my medication for 18 hours before the earliest I could return. I dont like being dependant on this medication, but it allows me the ability to work, work out and have a fruitful life. This, in spite of my physical affliction.I was going to let it go & will pay the higher price this one time but, their price on a prescription that insurance would not co-pay is $389.99 while another independent pharmacy just up the street, is $270 for the same non-generic prescription.Dont get me wrong. There are some very friendly and professional people here. And this is my only bad experience with them. I just cant afford to do business with a company that adds to already stringent state laws (all of which I completely agree with, I would like to add).
Sometimes they have exactly what I need, but not consistently so. The pharmacy is a nightmare. Good luck to ya if you have to have your scripts filled through them.
Ultra convenient 24/7 access to pick up medications or whatever you need.
Several times I have tried to pick up prescriptions to be told that my card won’t scan (when it does everywhere else) and that I have to come inside. By that point I’m in another half hour line inside. Thanks for being consistent in your waisting of my time and your lazy policies.
Terrible customer service. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me in the photo section, I was told that theyre were going to charge me $15 for something that normally cost $1 or less. Every other Walgreens has never tried to charge me this much. Ive been getting this done for almost 4 years and Ive had the worst experiences at this walgreens everytime. I will no longer be coming here for anything.
Ive been sick for almost a week and finally decided I needed some pharmaceutical assistance. I called ahead to make sure they had a good assortment of Kleenex and the lady on the phone assured me they did. So I got my 13 month old out of the car and we went in for Kleenex and something to help with whatever Ive got. Chris in the pharmacy helped me look over my list of approved medications since Im breastfeeding and steered me toward a combination that would help my symptoms. He was patient and kind and insisted on checking out the rest of my basket full of Kleenex so I didnt have to wait through another line with a toddler. I appreciated his assistance in getting me through the store quickly and with the correct drugs. Its only been a few hours and I already feel better for the first time in a week.
I have been using this pharmacy for quite a while now, and never had an issue. Today i needed to switch out a medication for my 2 year old. They gave me a tablet form of the medication (what two year old is going to take a tablet) so i called the ER to have them switch it to a liquid. The ER said to have the pharmacist call them and they will have it switched. When i called the pharmacist she was RUDE! She said she normally doesn’t call the dr the dr normally calls her! Also that she wasn’t going to be able to get it done for a while! This is a medication for a allergic reaction on a two year old!! THIS IS YOUR JOB! Find a new one if you don’t like it!
This is definitely my favorite Walgreens. I use the pharmacy a lot and they are almost always very helpful! Ive been coming here for about 8 years.
This pharmacy gave my 9 year old someone elses medicine had to return it. I told the lady and she said sorry I said sorry isnt enough anyone that has kids would take that seriously thats not a mistake that shouldnt never happen . For the future they need to check who medications they are giving to people and the people need to double check their name on there prescription. Thats why I gave 1 star.
They always provide fast, friendly services. We refill prescriptions quite often and they are always on top of it. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Long lines for the pharmacy, long lines for checking out, and constantly wreaks of body odor. Stay away
I frequently come to this Walgreens and have been for over a year and I just wanted to say that the cashier named Darwin is excellent at his job and is extremely friendly. Someone deserves a raise because he does a really great job!
This pharmacy is the worst. From the set up of the pharmacy to the staff. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out they hadnt filed my insurance. They asked me to have a seat while they took care of it, which only took about 5 minutes. They call me back up then tell me I have to go to the end of the line and wait nearly another 30 minutes. They need separate drop off and pick up lines. I will never use Walgreens pharmacy again and wouldnt recommend anyone else using them either!
Poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Ive been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue. Tonight I was yelled at by two techs. I asked to speak with the pharmacist and she was really passive aggressive and unhelpful. Its really disappointing to have such a negative experience with a business that you have great history with; However the staff working tonight 2/3/19 are unacceptable and I will not return.
The Main Street location is a dirty store for a pharmacy! The General Manager should bump it up and find a professional cleaning crew. Location is close for me otherwise I would go somewhere else.
In agreement with other reviews, I too have had dealings with a very impatient and heartless pharmacist. It was like I was bothering her asking for my meds. Havent seen her I a while though and service has improved marginally.
Great experience. Extremely fast. excellent service
No discounts for veterans and so expensive only bye antibiotics and cant afford rest of meds. Cheaper to drive 50 miles to VIA and wait a half a day to get filled.
The store in general is a typical Walgreens friendly helpful people for the most part. The pharmacy on the other hand has a pharmacist named Becky who is as rude and hateful as they come. She should not be allowed to deal with customers she has been rude to me on different occasions rude to my wife and mother in law. Before you can even get the question out of your mouth shes cutting you off. I spoke with a pharmacist in Edmond that was extremely helpful went to speak with the pharmacy in Norman Becky was extremely rude did not care to hear the problem I was having. I will be calling Walgreens to try to speak with a manager to address the attitude of Becky. In hopes they can do something to handle the way she treats people. As long as Becky is at this store I will be driving across Norman to a different store.
Staffing was cut last year. There are now extremely long wait times (45 mins evening) because the staff and pharmacists are overwhelmed by order volume. All of the Walgreens cut staff. Theyre inviting disaster.
Have been on hold for 25 minutes. I just want to know if they have a medication in stock....
I have used a lot of the pharmacys in Norman. This one seems to be the best in quality and service. I have had a few issues but thats just how pharmacys are.
I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist Rebecca and I see there are other complaints too on here. I came in from a pain management appointment to fill my meds. The tech took my information and it was not related properly to the pharmacist. I told her I needed it filled I was in pain. I am a runner and in 2014 had four knee surgeries to reconstruct my knee. I had to relay the information again to her regarding refilling my meds with good rx. The tech tried to explain that to her. I told her I was very sick and I could hardly stand and my doctor had prescribed me new medication. Do not go to this pharmacy! She told me I was unfit to fill my prescription and I had complained of the service and relayed that to her. I really think it came down to racism as I am an educated Mexican American. The pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star. Rebecca or Becky is an ignorant, rude and incompetent pharmacist. I have a call into management. I am a working professional with a degree in microbiology and worked as a med tech so I know what good patient or client care is. Rebecca does not care and was just plain hateful. I went to Kens Walgreens in Norman and had excellent service.
Not very friendly and dont bother calling to check on your medication unless you have all day to wait on hold
Convenient shopping and prescription 24-7
Walgreens sends you a text message when your meds are ready to pick up. Problem is, theyre not always ready and Ive made unnecessary trips when I could have solved a question or a problem over the phone. Not much fun when you suffer from chronic back pain! Theres been other issues Ive had with Walgreens. This used to be a favorite store.
This pharmacy takes FOREVER. Im a very patient person but I dread going to pick up medicine here because Im in line for half an hour to 45 minutes every time.
Some of the pharmacy staff is amazing, while some of the pharmacy staff is rude as hell. No telling which one you’re going to get.
Nothing. Western Union only allows $300 dollar transfers.....
They treat pain patients like drug addicts other then that warning everything else is in order.
Staff is awful and useless.
Pretty good
Its okay
