We had to do a last minute birthday cake this year and these turned out great! The kids devoured them in no time!😊

Waited until the very last minute to order a cake, that I KNEW I needed 364 days in advance. Great American Cookie saved the day by beautifully decorating a cake for me. Even with only two employees on duty...I was able to order, pay for, and be on my way home to show off my prize in under 30 minutes. If thats not Great Service I dont know what is. I would give more stars if available!!

They made the most Epic Pepe the Frog cake Ive ever seen. It was perfection. I got it from Sooner Mall. It was the highlight of my entire birthday. Thank you guys.

I only give this a one star because of the manager, the cookies are awesome & I will always purchase them just not from this store. I’m not sure if there’s a new manager or if the company themself made this decision but I always buy the Great American Cookie Groupon & it has always been accepted at the Norman Sooner Mall. I went in today to place my order & the manager said she doesn’t accept them because it was for the OKC location and that the OKC location gets the money (are you not one company) She said there is a Groupon for Norman location, I’ve been doing this for 3 years & I have never seen a Norman location Groupon. The manager was very rude & did not apologize for not accepting it or even try to work with me, she stood back & let the worker apologize #NEW MANAGER PLEASE

Taste is very good. No complaints about anything Ive eaten... But for the last three years they have misspelled my sons name on the birthday cookie and one year crimson and cream was brown and cream. For the last 2 years we make sure and go over spelling several times and have the staff spell it back and again this year an error.

Oh the heavenly aroma of freshly baked goods that come from this place as you walk by. Its seductively made cookies stop me in my tracks everytime. Hand crafted perfectly to fit my every sugar filled need with a glass of milk to make my shopping experience sthat much sweeter. With frosting, sprinkles, vanilla or chocolatey options their really is no resistance when i wander in here. Thank you Great American cookie for a sweet treat.

Update: today I was contacted by a lady from corporate. She offered me a full refund as well as a free cookie. I appreciate her making this right! Thank you Savannah!I bought the largest sheet sized cookie cake for my sons birthday. I spent $46. It was so thin, we couldnt even pick it up to eat it. It crumbled everytime you picked it up. I called the next day to get an explanation and was told it was the way the roller rolled the cookie. It was as if they took the amount of cookie dough for a small cookie cake and mashed it paper thin to make it bigger. I have bought smaller cookie cakes there before and they have always been at least twice as thick as this one. After calling to complain, the employee never offered to make this right. I will not be purchasing a cookie cake from this location again. I would advise anyone against purchasing from this location.

When I called to use the groupon I purchased, they said they no longer accept groupon, so they will not honor it. She went on to say that Im welcome to purchase the cookie at full price.My response to the owners comment:Thats absolutely not true. When I called to place my order, they told me too many people have gotten free cookies through groupon, so we dont accept it anymore. You need to inform them that customers get a discount through groupon, but they are not free. In fact, its been a few years, but I have used a groupon at that location before.After I called her out on it, the owner deleted her response where she stated that they have never accepted groupons.

They wouldn’t let me use a coupon I received in email the evening after I had ordered because I had prepaid. I was told to “order another cookie cake and I could use it”. Then they misspelled the name on both cookies we ordered.
