Never again will I go to Insomnia. Wanted a first week of school treat so I went by at 10:00 to get some cookies. There was a sign on the door that said online order only. Frustrating. I had a free coupon for delivery my apartment gave me, so I used it. I waited for TWO HOURS. The tracker would not work. Finally they got here, I opened them, and there’s only five cookies, not six. The box is called “super six”…how hard is this? Even if it’s a first week of school “we’re busy” situation, how do you not anticipate that as a business? Ridiculous. Now I get to enjoy my almost $4 cookies each cold.

Love the cookie all warm and delicious and dont get them very often so today decided to use the app to order and pick up. Well I tried to order the dipper pack that has buttercream frosting in a cup fitted into the box with 12 mini cookies. Was very disappointed when first the app wouldnt let me order it because it said I needed to pick 12 cookies for it but wouldnt let me click on any so I just ordered at the store and second when I got my order the frosting came in a separate cup (not like the packaging on the app or website- see pictures) and it wasnt full like the pictures either. Very disappointed especially since I ordered that specifically due to the packaging because we were eating it in the car on the go so it wouldnt make a mess and have to deal with all these different containers but instead had to deal with it making a mess in the process. But a very tasty mess indeed.

This place was really awesome. The cookies were delicious and the guy working there was really nice and helpful. The macadamia cookies are so yummy

I was excited to try the vegan cookies here. I ordered double chocolate chunk, birthday cake, and chocolate chunk. Sadly, the cookies were disappointing. When you have a cookie not only should you want to eat it, but you should be reaching for more. I didnt even want to finish one. The predominant flavor in all three cookies was just sugar. They are all overly sweet. The flavors were underwhelming. Id rather buy some oreos. Two stars for the staff being kind and the cookies werent gross. Just too sweet and I wouldnt want to order them again.

What a joke. I usually have good luck with these guys but not today. Even left a tip. Wish i could take it back after this. Granted I live 3 blocks away from their location and after waiting 45 mins and no cookies delivered to our door we called them. First after having a hard time tracking our order after giving the order number we were told that we only have one driver.Look this aint brain surgery. Bake cookies and then have them delivered. That simple. We got them delivered by the store manager herself and still got them 15 mins after our call and if you could believe it, cookies were cold and rock hard. So what a waste. No apology or any kind of makeup for this. Never using them again. And i was really looking forward to using my points but its just not worth it.

Went in and literally half of the menu was covered and marked out of stock and even stuff not we were told was not available. Left with nothing, highly disappointed.

Cookies are okay. I just buy for my taste buds those chip ohoy cookies 🍪 from the regular stores. Much cheaper than Insomnia Cookies. 6 Insomnia Cookies for $10.88. The cookies got candy in them but there high to me.

If I could give no stars I would. Called directly from the google phone button and went to a recorded line, pressed 1 to place an order. Everything went smooth and was told that it would be 30-45 minutes. An hour passes and I call the number again, press 2 to check on existing order and I am told that they can’t find my order and the manager working was the only woman there that I could have talked to and they do not take orders over the phone. I’m not sure if it’s a disconnect with their recorded line or what the issue is but this was my first time trying them and I’ll probably never want to try again. Running to the store for munchies after an hour of waiting on a non-existent order.

I ordered the Moon Cookie Cake with the bigger piece being White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and the inner piece being a Mini Double Chocolate ChunkImmediate opinions: I would order again, they had great service and good products.The order worked out perfectly. I live in south east Texas and I managed to order a cookie cake for my boyfriend for his birthday. I ordered from the Norman location and I didnt have much trouble at all. I ordered it at around 7-8pm the night before and had it delivered at 11:00 AM the next day. The order went smoothly and actually arrived about 10 minutes early. The only reason I docked a star, was that the tracking feature never worked correctly for me. It stayed at the baking stage for the entirety of the order, and the only reason I knew it reached him was his text to me. I have a picture below which should show it in the baking stage almost an hour after delivery.So despite the tracking issues, this product had good service and it was a quick and convenient option compared to me trying to make and mail him my own cookies.Notes:They delivered this even with the snow that had just come down the morning of delivery.They give you the option of a small message which is printed on the receipt. I believe the max is about 150 characters.They also give you a small area for delivery instructions which gives you about 40 characters.Their phone number does not seem to connect with the local store and will send you to a national call center.If you are having the item delivered they have a delivery charge of 1.99 which I believe is more then reasonable and they also have you include the tip in the order.They give you the option to change the tip amount if you would like although I did not.Overall this is a great product, and I would easily order again :D

Scammed me! Put my account in the negative and refuses to fix their problem! I would not ever recomend going to this place. Gave me some B.S. story about credit card machines. Not my problem. You need to eat that. You cant charge customers several months later with no notice. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Updated post to say we ordered our cookies for delivery at 10pm and they ended up being delivered at 11AM THE NEXT DAYOur cookies never made it. And the order we made a couple months ago, our cookies and brownies came smashed in a box and cup. Always a problem

Excellent cookies and service! Its wonderful that they have a gluten-free option, that actually tastes good! lol. The staff is great about making sure the gluten-free stuff is handled properly too. Its our go-to place when we get a sweet tooth.

Ok so I came into the Norman location this evening and placed a order to go. The staff were super nice but they did however forget one pint of ice cream but all it took was one phone call and they had another one on its way (I’m also out of their delivery range) with a full reimbursement; and all this was offered I never had to ask. We’re missing customer service like this these days. I will happily be giving them my money for as long as they are in business 🙏💯

About 2 years ago this place was INCREDIBLE. It’s slowly gone downhill though. The cookies are almost always stale, crunchy and old tasting. Tonight, unfortunately, was the last straw for me. My experience is with delivery only

Manager called the cops because I didn’t have a mask on after the states mandate pas passed! What county do we live in? The manager stated it was the company policy. Then an employee walked in without a mask!!

Delicious cookies and ice cream. Staff are so welcoming and nice and they enjoy their job. I had cash only and they dont take cash so the employee used his card and pay for my cookies and ice cream cream. He did not have to do that, that was so kind. And so appreciate it cuz I really really want my cookies and ice cream and I got them.

The guy serving was super rude and sarcastic. Walked in with my friends and he was rude to us about how there could only be three people in the lobby. There was no sign so we didnt know there was a limit, he didnt need to be rude about it. Continued to be rude and sarcastic every time we asked a question. Also, got home and some of the cookies were hard as a rock.

I was craving something sweet but had nothing in the pantry to satisfy the cravings. Then I remembered I saw this in town and got excited. I couldn’t leave the house due to my 2under 2 being asleep so I ordered online. Not even 10 minutes from the time I placed my order the cookies and ice cream made it to my door.The cookies were warm and gooey and so freaking good. The ice cream was soft, but not melted, and not overbearingly sweet. I’m so glad we have a great little company so close.

When getting a delivery they are hardly ever hot fresh cooked and half the time not even fully cooked. I dont recommend them after having the same issue over and over with this location. Poor service from them as well delivery drivers dont follow delivery instructions and can be rude.Also gave me food poisoning because of the undercooked cookies

This place is mediocre. The cookies are nothing extraordinary for me to go out of my way to get some. They have a good selection of cookies and even sell ice cream cookie sandwiches. This place is open till 4am, hence the name, insomnia cookies. I like that I can swing by and grab one on the go if I have late night craving. I dont think the cookies have any preservatives in them. In less than 24 hrs, they get stale/hard so buy accordingly. Birthday cake is my go to. Its basically a sugar cookie with white chocolate chips and sprinkles.

Amazing. I love everything there. The menu is a bit inconsistent I think, but there are so many cookie options. I wont die for lacking an enormous salted caramel cookie occasionally... well. I might.

She mentioned they only have one driver tonight, which is understandable. But I live like 5 minutes away from the store so it shouldnt take 2 hours to get here. This is my first time trying insomnia cookies, and so far Im not very impressed.

I hate to do this, I really do. We have ordered from Insomnia Cookies basically religiously since we discovered them. The quality of their cookies is high, and boy do we like our cookies. Tonight; we attempted to place an order which “failed to go through” but of course the money left my bank account. We attempted to call customer service and they said they would process a refund if we emailed a screenshot of the charge, so we did that. We also requested they just give us the cookies we ordered instead of making us wait 48 hrs to be credited with the money they debited out of my account. They refused, and suggested we place another order and pay for it. That was the only way to get cookies tonight, pay again while waiting for the other charge to fall off of my account. The store easily could’ve just given us cookies at the value we paid and fixed this entire situation, but they made it as complicated as they possibly could.Customer service wasn’t great to deal with either, by a long shot. Finally I reached a supervisor who was apologetic and stated the store should have done more to make it right and thanked us for our 21 orders since October, and offered to send us coupons, but the coupons require purchase in order to be worth anything.Long story short, still don’t have the cookies, the charge is still on my bank account and won’t fall off for days, and customer service and the store itself made everything way more complicated than it had to be and refused to make what was obviously a screw up on their end right.I hate to say it because they have some fantastic cookies, but my business will be going elsewhere.

I have difficulty with masks due to a health condition. I absolutely cannot wear them in the heat. It’s currently 93 degrees out. I was just refused service due to no mask. This is against the ADA.

The website to order is nonfunctional and when you call you have to speak to someone at a national call center. They give zero confidence in their ability to take an order, their phone etiquette is horrible, and they make no apologies about the website not working properly. The cookies are good but not worth the hassle.

If its during normal hours... Go somewhere else. The cookies werw meh and waaay overpriced. Stick with other places for cookies. I get it... They might taste great at 2 am and thats draw....

Tried to stop in and order 12 small cookies. I didnt go in I had a mask on. The 2 guys their rudely said no and said call the number to order. Well I tried twice in the parking lot .was on hold twice for at least 15 min each just trying to get me a location even though I was their.... Now i understand covid I work at vans but never would I be that rude to anyone...... Or at least please tell people to answer the phone... Thank you

First of all the cookies tasted amazing and were still warm when delivered, so I give them 5 stars.The guy who delivered also was very friendly.I give 4 stars overall only because I requested the delivery for 6:00 PM and it was nearly 6:20 PM before delivery arrived.

Parking was tough due to location. Small selection of ie cream (I understand they are a cookie store), which didnt appear to be homemade. Fair selection of cookies. The standards of flavors for both. Overall, I wasnt disappointed but not wowed either.

Cookies were just okay. But their customer service sucks. I ordered a box for 18 and added one more. They forgot the extra order. I called them 4 times, but no one answered it. I had to be there to tell them you missed one. No apologies and just dumped me what they forgot. What a rude employee she was. Won’t sped any single penny anymore.
