Hannah was exceptional! great service and knowledgeable. They were closing in 15 minutes and Hannah was patient and kind to assure that I didn’t need to rush and stress that they would stay til my copies were sufficiently printed. The price was very affordable as well. Fantastic experience...will definitely return!!!

Around 3 weeks ago, I left a package in order to get my class reader ready. At that time, I was told that they will last few days completing it. I give them a bit more than a week. After that I called. The guy who pick the phone told me that he was going to ask his boss and call me back, he did not do that. Few days later I tried again, same result. Finally last Friday the girl who answer me called her boss and then called me back explaining that the reader was to be ready by yesterday. Yet I had to call them by the end of the working day because I did not have heard from them. Finally today I was able to pick my desk copy. Yesterday, the owner, Aisha, called me, apologize a give hundred explanation that I really appreciate. But even though I accept those apologies the way her employees treated me before, and the lateness in completing my word was really unprofessional. The work, as I checked, seems fine and I am happy with the results. But if you are, because the situation, understaffed you should tell that to your customer. Or, at least, do not tell him/her that a work is going to be done by a date if you are not sure about that. You are jeopardizing other people job.I am thankful that everything turnos out fine, but I will think twice to take my work there next time. I am sorry.

This is the place to go if you need professional quality printing. As a graphic design student, my professors are very picky on the quality of printing that I turn in for projects. I am so glad that I have finally found a place that not only produces good quality prints, but also has patient and kind employees. Aisha was extremely patient with me as she helped me format all of my files correctly. She was very understanding! I will definitely be returning for the rest of my printing needs during my time at OU.

First time coming here for prints and let me tell you.....the team was so nice and helpful. I was having a bad day because my roommate ate the last Cheeto in the bag! And to top that off I walked out the house wearing TWO DIFFERENT SHOES. But anyways chile, I walked in needing prints for a class in a hurry and they were able to get me out the door in a couple of minutes. I don’t know which employee was in control of the music but if they didn’t help so quick I woulda been break dancing on the floor!!

Was very disappointed in the quality & price of my prints. My print had air bubbles (it was mounted), the print had scan lines, & there was a large, rough white streak over one of my photos. I was also told itd be done at a certain time and to swing on by. I came 30 minutes after I was told to come, and they hadnt started. I came during my lunch break, and I wish I was given a call if it wasnt going to be ready. I went next door to Corner Copy afterwards & had a much better experience. They also knew why my prints had scan lines.

Considering the social distancing procedures, the service was amazing! I emailed my items to be printed and not even 10 minutes later my 8 years of tax papers for irs were ready! Totally surprised me! Thank you to hannah and all the other ladies who were on their game today!

I came here to print out 12 large boards for my senior capstone presentation. Aisha the owner, helped me get things properly sized and made sure all printed beautifully! She also let my mother ans I stay until nearly 1 in the morning to get things printed and went above and beyong to help us get things properly adhered. I would definitely recommend King Kopy to every single person I know! The quality of work was amazing and the service was beyond 5 star!

I have been going to this place for a while now since it is the closest option. They have a good range of services and good quality of printouts and all. However, the staff could do better. For some reason they seem to have a different attitude towards different customers. They are super nice to some but I personally did not have a great experience. It was so difficult to get their attention if I had any question.

So many better printing and copy services in town.. even within a same mile radius. The Indian lady was rude to us and gave me a hard time with my order. To make matters worse she told me I needed to move my car from their lot? Dont give them another dollar or your loyalty

Went to King Kopy to get something enlarged and laminated. The gentleman working today @ 1:30pm was very pleasant and efficient. Congratulated my son on his name change and told us to have a good day. Took us 10 mins max. They only charged $1.60. Definitely recommend 👑 Kopy and will return myself.

Worst customer service by the Lady owner ! I am a woman that owns my own business and would NEVER make a customer feel unwelcomed and ignored. This isnt the first time and I have experienced this so has my daughter and husband. Front help aka OWNER has you waiting when noone is around!!!! I had to walk out ! Corner copy is now my spot after the rudeness I got from king kopy.

Terrible experience! It took over an hour. The staff was very rude to me. I was trying to ask questions about printing in color, but the staff member barely answered my question before running off to do other tasks. It was very difficult to try to get her attention because she kept on talking to her other coworker. They greeted other customers very friendly, and they kept on ignoring me to attend to others who had walked in after me.The printing quality was decent, but I would not go again. I was very upset and the staff member rolled her eyes at me when I brought it up to her at the register.

Very good staff, very helpful.They treat students especially intl students very kindly. I have been doing scanning, printing, copying with them for the last 5 years. They are honest and very down to the earth. Im very happy and proud that they serve our university.

I have had a good experience with the quick, friendly service for a period of years. Face it, a copy is a copy, and they get you set up. No charge for computer use. I am always able to get things done on time with their help at a reasonable price, about half what Kinkos costs and significantly less than the WEPA printers at O.U. I would wager that you cant print at home for less than double what they cost, and at some time I may actually log my home printing to know for sure. I would recommend them over any local alternative, and its probably worth the drive if you live elsewhere. Call them and see if they can do better for you.

Will NOT be back. The last 2 times Ive tried to get something printed (simple cards for advertisement) Ive had to wait 1-2 hours. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing or care much about customer service.

Aisha has done many things for our orginization Citizens Police Academy Alumni of Norman including shirts that were done recently that came out spectacular. She goes above and beyond to find what you need and the best price possible.There is always a personal one on one with Aisha and you get the best experience you could possibly want. Terrible service & customer relations! I wont be back & will advise friends to go elsewhere as well. I couldnt be more disappointed.I had a meeting across town with a Lindsey St. business at 5:00 PM, but needed a couple of copies. One copy was a front & back instructional letter in color the second was a black & white graphic, so a total of 3 copied surfaces. I came into King Kopy a little after 4:30 PM thinking it should be a quick job. When I walked in I noticed the customer copy machines require you to first approach the counter before using them so I thought Id just ask staff to make the copies as there were no other customers at the counter and I expected that would be quickest.The young lady took my documents & after about 5 minutes of messing around with a computer monitor she explained King Kopy didnt have a color copier & she was scanning the front & back of the color letter to send the scanned images to a large printer in the back of the business. (BTW, I had not been asked ahead of time nor agreed to King Kopy retaining a copy of the images on the letter, which included original art for a yet to be released public event. I asked that the images be removed from the computer and was assured they would be; Im going to take them at their word.)After another 5 minutes or so, & after I had watched the staff members frustration with the printer (ASIDE: she was on her personal cell phone during a fair amount of this time too so her attention to the job was limited), she finally explained the machine was slow (which was echoed by another staff member) but it shouldnt be much longer. All told it took over 15 minutes to make 3 copies.When the staff member finished making the copies & returned my originals, which were also going to be presented at the business meeting, the scanned document was badly mangled (it appeared as though it had been damaged when placed in the scanner). When I mentioned this concern to the staff member she tried to smooth it out with her hand, nothing more. I told her it was not ideal, & she acknowledged it was not, but did not offer to correct it by making a second copy of the scanned document that was now on King Kopys computer.As I was pressed for time to get to the Lindsey business by 5:00 PM I paid for the copies & left unhappy. However, on the way across town I called King Kopy from the number on the receipt & asked to speak with the manager. I explained my frustration with the slow service & damage to the original document, to which he replied Im sorry, what do you want me to do? Really? Thats your solution, to ask the customer how to correct the situation? I told him there was nothing to be done at that point as Im not driving back across town for a refund on 3 copies, but I wanted to ensure he was aware of my unpleasant experience so it wouldnt happen for others as well. He was extremely indifferent.I wont be back, & I wouldnt suggest others go either. I know a fair amount, if not the bulk, of King Kopys business is from OU, but if theyre going to also offer walk-in service they should give it the same attention & care they would for the university.If I could give no stars I would.[UPDATE -07.16.18] On reflection I believe my initial rating of a single star should be adjusted to a neutral review of three stars, maybe even better than neutral with four stars.While my feelings about the unfortunate copying frustration of a year ago have not changed, I have been pleased with the immediate attention my concerns received from management. In addition to the above response, I also received a private message assuring me that King Kopy had addressed the concern with staff (changes in staff) & that the incident was an anomaly. Having read other reviews, & in consideration of interactions I had with this family business while in college many years ago, I can accept this was likely abnormal customer service. My initial review was written when emotions were raw; it is too harsh. I’ll use them in the future & encourage others to as well.
