The toner ink is a little overpriced. Selection underwhelming. Staff is great though.

Visted office depot for computer accessories and i found what i’m looking for. The staff were helpfull and friendly.

Cleveland is a very helpful and super friendly employee. She has helped me twice with a printing process. It was a simple process I should know by now but she didn’t mind at all and also helped me with the package. She is an excellent employee especially concerning Customer Service.

I went to Office Depot with a very particular office chair in mind. After talking with Miles and him showing me why the chair may not be good for my back, and maybe even bad because of the chair rating (which I did not know what a thing) we looked at other options. He took the time to show me several chairs and explain the benefits as well as what chair rating I needed and I found a chair that’s more comfortable, even without the fancy padding. Miles was amazing, he helped me load it in my very messy car. Thank you so much for your patience.

If I could give these guys a negative star I would. They charged my elderly parents 10% sales tax on a filing cabinet. I called to ask why they are overcharging on sales tax and the guy had some lame excuse that Dallas sales tax was higher and they (office depot) had purchased the cabinet in Dallas. Well my parents did not purchase the cabinet in Dallas, they purchased it in Norman, OK where the sales tax is 8.750%. Has anyone else had this happen at this location? I am reporting them for tax scam.

Purchased printing work online. The Norman Store called and stated they could not accept the print job, and that is perfectly ok and understandable. What is not is how I was charged for the work 45 minn after they canceled the order and keep saying sorry it’s up to your bank. I was then give an 800 number to call and stay on hold.Ivy the manager could care less and just wants to place blame on everyone accept her and her employee that called and canceled the order. It appears that there is some underlying thefts going on.

Upon leaving a survey about my recent experience getting copies for my daughters baby shower, I received a call from Jesse (I hope the spelling is correct) from Office Depot asking how they could accommodate a request.I have never had a company reach out in this manner and attempt to change something in their store to allow the customer a more comfortable and better experience. This is what old fashioned customer service is all about.I have been a loyal Office Depot customer since the company opened in 1986. Their service is outstanding. If you haven’t used their service or checked out their products, stop buy, especially the Norman, Oklahoma store. You will be glad you did!Thank you Jesse for reaching out!

Store is clean. Staff is helpful. Online order and pick up is fairly easy.

I stopped by this store to send off a package, the women Shellie (or Shelbie I feel so bad for forgetting), was working the copy center. She was fabulous and informative, she went above and beyond to help me! I appreciate the genuine customer service at that store.

Takes care of your needs. Self service copying is great, but know they will ding your card for $5 for a time.

Came in to look at a new tablet to use for work and had some questions. One of their associates was walking to the back of the store obviously on his lunch. He took a moment to ask if there was anything he could help me with, and took the time to answer my questions and helped me make a very informed purchase. He even made sure everything was handled correct tly at the register. I very much appreciated him taking his lunch break to help me out. Will definitely be going back.

I dont normally shop at Office Depot because its pricey, but I was able to find one of the writing tablets my first grader needed that was not at Walmart. The employees were all friendly and the store was clean. They also have decent reusable bags for $0.99.

The young man that assisted today (3/19/19) with an office chair was super nice. He even saved me an extra $14. I wish I caught his name, but thank you to him.

Great place for your office needs and special printing needs! I had to get help from the customer service desk the other day to get special size paper for an airplane checklist book. The lady was so helpful she was able to tell me which paper would work best, how to print it to prevent bleeding of the ink to the plastic covers, and custom cut my paper for $0.75! You cant beat that service. I have come there often with off the wall needs or questions and generally have gotten the help that I need. The business cards are great as well. Some of their office supplies are cheaper than a lot of other places. So give them a try!

Sometimes they have exactly what I want, and others they dont. Service is scarce, so you have to roam around looking for a sales person. Now that they own Office Max, there are no other choices in my town, so they have a monopoly on mediocrity.

Being that this is really the only office supply store in Norman you dont get an option to go anywhere else (I suppose Best Buy but they arent really office supply). This Office Depot has always been full of friendly staff and clean. It has the trademarked smell of every Office Depot ever. And unlike most office depots they have managed to find all the light switches and the store is fully illuminated. Minus one star for poor selection of laptops. Four out of five.

I went in with the exact SKU of a desk I had found on Office Depots own website. The staff pulled the wrong item and became confused when the price in the system wasnt the expected one. After waiting for a security override to reset the price, the mistake was discovered, and I had to wait again while the correct item was retrieved. The whole experience took about half an hour, which is a bit ridiculous considering that I showed the staff the item listing several times.Also, it seems that corporate is really pushing hard for employees to sell protection plans. I had to say no three times and listen to a long spiel before they would let it go. This isnt the employees fault, and it seems to be a problem at every Office Depot location.

Customer service in this store is wonderful! Rachell was very friendly and helped us out tremendously. The store is clean and organized. The workers were knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly where everything was.

People are helpful and courteous. I worked there for about a year, hoping to ggo back in the near future. Great place to work.

They have a wide selection of all kinds of office supplies. However I dont trust them to work on my computer. I called to check stock on an item and when they told me it was in stock I drove 20 miles to purchase the item and found it was not in stock.

Store clerk had great knowledge of store and personal help was very efficient

Went to grab paper and a man asked for help and was told that no one could help cuz they were all up front. That is poor customer service I have worked customer service all my life. I would have got in so much trouble for turning a customer away

Best customer service of any Office Depot in OKC area! Similar experience as another reviewer here that posted. I have been to several other Office Depots throughout the OKC area and this group will help you when needed but also let you browse the store with zero hassle. Great group of employees that very helpful

We didnt find all we wanted but staff was very helpful and nice.

Didnt have the file cabinet I was looking for so David called another store near work and I was able to get one there.

Just spent an hour in this store with four kids & four school Supply list. At 9pm I was approached by a worker telling me they were closing out their register and asking if I still wanted my items. Yes, however I still have a few things to get. He repeats they close at 9, it was 9:03. I left my cart as Im not planning to make another trip and was very put out they could not wait 10 minutes for me to grab my last few items. I went to the front....now 9:05 and was already locked in. The same associate ask, did you not find what you needed? Really??? Ill spend a little extra and continue my school supply shopping at Copelands in Norman.
