Poor quality and poor customer service. I received couple boxes of hoodies that cost me $36 a piece. After the second washing, and I use mild detergent, the logo is already speckled. When I contacted them about it I got an auto email saying “thanks for your feedback and We’d love your review on Google.”Where here it is. Don’t use this company. It plays out like a bad internet scam. TWO WASHES and the logo is already speckled.

I had family shirts made by Underground for our week-long trip to a cabin for Christmas. I took our own rough design on paper and Barrett did an excellent job of getting it camera-ready and allowing us to ask for a couple of revisions until everyone was happy. We ordered 15 shirts in 3 different colors and in sizes adult XXL down to 2 Toddler. Barrett was so patient while I FaceTimed with my 2 daughters in different states, showing them the different possibilities for shirt styles and color possibilities for various sizes. We gave plenty of time, but delivery was very prompt. Can’t wait to get a picture of everybody together. I definitely recommend Underground Printing!

The guys at Underground are amazing! We used them as a student organization at the University of Oklahoma. They are very helpful with artwork help (and dont charge for it). They have a sample of every item they print on in the store so you can see the exact quality of the item before you purchase it. We have used them for both embroidery and screen printing. They both turned out amazing! They are very good with getting your item to you on time (and offer rush for an extra fee). They are one of the cheapest places in Norman, and offer many different ways to pay for your items. Barrett and the rest of the staff is always willing to work with you on anything that you could possibly need.

Underground Printing is an amazing company to work with! Derek is EXTREMELY helpful and guides you through the whole process. The shirts arrived on time and look great! I was worried that they would be out of budget for our gym, but they do run promotions frequently which allows us to come back and use them again! We were blown away with the quality of the shirts and tanks we received and Derek even threw in a couple of hoodies for us for free which our members are naturally asking us for!
