I love Donut King, they have the best donuts. I like to go late at night, whenever the craving hits, theyre so good. They have other non donut items that are delicious too, Kolaches, breakfast sandwiches and Sausage Rolls. Two thumbs up!

I took my son here one day for some quick donuts. I ordered two apple fritters, 4 chocolate long johns, two sprinkle donuts, and a chocolate milk. The donuts were so good, so fresh and tasty. The lady who helped with my order was so kind, very quick and helpful.

Started going there when I was just a little kid. The family that owns it very kind and does a great job. Donuts are super tasty!

I literally wont get donuts anywhere else. Went to highschool with one of the family members, and hed bring us free donuts some days. It was a very welcome respite from the stresses of teenage angst. Also lived walking-distance from here some time ago, and I had many an occasion coming in at 1am for a sweet treat. Try the chocolate cream-filled donuts, you wont be disappointed!

Avoid unless you want never ending diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, nausea, and a raw a$$. I came in 2 days ago and bought 2 dozen donuts. One dozen went to a friend of mine at his job, the other dozen went with me to my work. Starting last night and into this morning every single person who had a donut at both our job sites in two different cities is stuck to a toilet in severe pain all day. This is the one and only thing we all have in common. Cleanliness or ingredients must be the issue. Worst food decision Ive ever made.

New to Norman noticed a donut shop open late and wanted to try it out.Checked the reviews all seemed to say no matter what time you go the donuts are always fresh. So I got the bakers choice dozen and half dozen fancies. My total was 23 dollars and some change. Service was good so I was excited. You would think the Baker would have given me the freshest donuts available . But unfortunately it seemed like he gave me the ones that have been sitting awhile and had to get rid of. Some were very dry hard to swallow. Some were good but unfortunately I didnt get the experience in the reviews . I might try again but daylight donuts might keep my business.

I usually love this place. I stopped by this evening to run through the drive-thru, and was really disappointed. No one answered. I pulled forward and backward to ensure I had driven over the sensor, and even asked if anyone was there. Nothing. I waited a good two minutes and then left. I didnt wear shoes, so I couldnt go inside. Waste of time and gas.

If you get their donuts when they’re fresh and hot they literally melt in your mouth like cotton candy. It is to die for!

Best bavarian cream and Boston cream donuts in OK. Always fresh and yummy. Prices are a little high but worth it. Its 9.99 for 1 dozen mixed donuts. Hint-ask for the Cinnamon crunch donuts. Man are they delightful heated up in microwave for 15 seconds and a glass of milk. Makes my day!!💖 Service is outstanding!!

Donut King is a cuisine experience. The King himself serves donuts every Wednesday-Sunday and are always soft and warm. The kindness and generosity of The King are nothing short of miraculous. No donut store in the state can top this experience. My loyalty will always reside with The King.

Such a strange place! The man was unnervingly quiet... put his hand in my coffee while applying the lid. The doughnut (I got a maple long john... my favorite) was dry and a little stale. Avoid this place, wary travelers, Gourmet Donut is much better!

I would urge everyone to notice that these donuts are all open to the air and not in cases. I noticed this when, after reading the good reviews here on Google, I went in to get some donuts and realized that while paying there were flies all over the donuts. I just walked out and threw it in the garbage on the way to my car. If you know anything about flies then you know how unsanitary and disgusting this is. I am adding a star because of how nice the owner was.

Amazing one stop shop for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Their donuts are always delicious. The staff is always kind. It always a clean place. No public restrooms. They do sell some drinks as well. The price is my favourite part. The more you buy, the more you save! Who doesnt love great tasting donuts at a great price?

First and foremost, the donuts are in an open basket and lay out ALL day and are hard as rock when you finally bite into them. But thats not the only thing that stays out all day!!! When I went there the gravy was on top of the microwave and has been out for hours because he cooks it in the morning. He was not the slightest bit hesitant to serve it to me either. So if you want food poisoning be my guest.

Ive been a number of times before to pickup donuts for work or clients. They have an excellent selection and theyre always moist and tasty. I tried a sandwich off their breakfast menu this morning. They make them up fresh and to your liking. The lady who runs it is a sweet and nice as can be.

The prices are ridiculous. The donuts are very dry. Ive had several of the donuts taste like a biscuit with cake frosting on them. I do not base this on one visit but several visits. The only appeal is that they are open all night. So if its late night and youre craving a donut and 7-Eleven is all out of their reasonably priced donuts and you want to pay more money for donuts, visit the Donut King.

We went here on a recommendation, and left very disappointed. While ordering, the lady seemed to be the only one working so between call in, drive through, and walk in orders she was cursing under her breath. The breakfast burritos were also really small. The food was also falsely advertised with lower prices on the board and charged us with higher prices.

The only place with a chocolate creme donut that is just perfect in every way and better than the rest! I hope they never go out of business!!

Okay so Ive been to this place a couple times since moving to Norman everybody says they have the best donuts I strongly disagree now I will say that the staff the lady and gentleman that run the place are very friendly very upbeat and very helpful but the two times that I have been there and gotten Donuts in different times of the day they taste old dry and not really like much like a donut Im not really sure whats going on there but they do not have the best donuts or even the tenth best donuts I dont really know who does have the best donuts in Norman they do have a very friendly staff maybe thats what people keep going back I dont know Im a fat chick and I wanted to Donut so still looking for that awesome donut in

This is where you go for fresh doughnuts. Owners are very nice.They make the best cinnamon crumb donut, (no one else makes around here.) We buy a dozen for our work at least every week or so.

Its hard to be a jack of all trades. Or even just two. Donut King has been selling frozen custard for a while now and Ive gotten it a number of times. What Ive noticed, as another reviewer has noted, is that the custard is not very smooth (Ive doubted at times whether it was really custard and not mere ice cream instead). I recently ordered a scoop of vanilla custard in a dish and received about half of the custard Rustys doles out for the same price; it was somewhat pathetic.

Donut King remains the best donut shop in the city of Norman. Possibly in the entire world. I dont know what they do to the dough, but the chocolate cake doonuts covered in chocolate icing are divine. I kid you not. Crunchy outside, moist and tasty inside, a treat I cannot refuse if it is made available. Try to avoid driving by too often, I dont need to eat donuts, but these guys got it down. Go try the fancy new places, then when you realize they are a gimmick, come back to Donut King and get the real thing.

Believe I was told by the owner of Donut king, which by the way, is like the nicest lady ever, that it used to be Dunkin Donuts and they were able to keep those recipes, but make theyre own changes to them. Regardless, hands down best donuts I have ever had anywhere,in any state, in my whole life. Lifetime customer.

This is the Pinnacle of doughnut royalty. Way better than Donut Queen, Donut Jack, or God forbid Donut Joker.They do have a lot of work to do on their old fashioned. Seriously its just wrong. Go to Main Street Donuts for that.However, their filled Donuts are definitely up to speed. I visit after 9PM when theyre freshly made.Any donut shop that is open 24/7 deserves a special appreciation from the donut savouring public who does like to get up at 6:30 AM to get out daily donut supply.

Maintenance and cleaning badly needed throughout the front area. All tables needed wiping down. The blueberry glazed donut I received was stale; could have been a day or two old. The mini fritter was better. An employee came from the back to assist the other in creating a shake we ordered. She pulled a small paper sheet out of the dispenser to add a glazed donut to our bag. Then immediately shoved it back in the box to reuse for the next order. Not supposed to do that.Well not go back

I love this donut place. They are the only ones that have the donuts I like. I just wish there was one closer to me not 20 miles away.

They are undergoing renovations, so it looks like they are boarded up and closed. The plywood panels are so they can stay open while the work is going on. Dont hesitate to stop an get a delicious apple fritter!
