One of the better managed units of this chain Ive seen, and it is a kids paradise. The staff here, though, leaves something to be desired. Ive given them several chances and its the same lackluster, annoyed treatment every time. Still, you cant beat toys r us for an amazing selection.

Thanks for the help...Visited this store from another city! Our local ToysRUs was out of a backpack that was on special. We called this store and they said the item was in stock and going fast. When we arrived to our dismay the item had sold out. However, the cashier *sorry in all the chaos I did not get your name* young lady with long reddish blonde hair, even come over to help us look. Alas, no secret life of pets young girls poodle backpack was just not there. The young lady did point out another young girls backpack that also included a food-drink box set (normally $15) for free with the purchase of that backpack. So no we didnt get the one we wanted but we did get something better. A bigger bag that looked to be a better quality material and a free lunch set. Bigger better deal..you bet! Thanks ToyRUs next time we need something from your store, we wont mind making that drive down I-35 to Norman, Oklahoma to come see you guys. Thanks again.

I ordered a 4 in 1 crib and a dresser for my soon to be daughters nursery and had it delivered to the Norman store for free pickup! When I went to order the conversion kit for it, it had been discontinued so I wanted to order different crib so I could get the kit. It was already delivered to the store and I called and talked to Angie! She was so helpful and patient with me. She made returning and ordering a new crib and dresser easy and since I live an hour and a half away I didnt want make to many trips so she made sure everything came in before I made the trip and even helped entertain my son while it was being loaded. All the associates I encountered today were super friendly and helpful I highly recommend! Thank yall and especially thank you Angie!

Amber was super helpful! She went above and beyond to help a uncle find just the needed Pokemon gifts. She showed me all 3 areas and explained to an old guy what they all meant and what I needed to make him happy! Way to go Toys R US! And Amber!

The young man helped my daughter and I pick out a few video games for her Nintendo 2DS and didnt pressure us into getting every item or the most expensiveHe got to my daughters eye level, asked her for her opinion and my own as well.He said we could come back and exchange her game if she fully doesnt understand it (seeing as shes only 5) weve gone in to bug him 3 times? Definitely the place to go for the toys you cant find at other stores. So sad they are closing. If I had one in my town I would always shop there for my grandchildren!

I understand it is crazy busy. I came in to pickup my online order. I admit I did not check in the kiosk for pickup. Completely missed. The lady who helped me was extremely rude about telling me to check in the kiosk. I walk over to check in kiosk. When I get back over to online pickup there is no one there. I stand there for about 10 minutes waiting. She knew I was going to kiosk to check in. She never came back. I saw an employee ask if anyone would be working at online pickup. He ask what I order I said thedarth Vader sitting right there. He handed it to me and aplogized. I was also purchasing something. So I stood in line and realized the employee just handed me the Darth Vader without even checking my ID or anything. I was more upset about how the associate treated me then having to wait in line to pay for my other items.

Went in there today to buy Christmas presents and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me locate a gift no longer sold in stores AND they even ordered it in store and had it shipped to my home!!!!!!Exceptional

They wouldnt let me ride the rip stick in the whole store. They wanted me to stay in the back corner of the store while I shredded on the gnarly rip stick braugh. I totally wiped out going for a carve / powerslide.

They have a large selection of over-priced toys. This us great when going to a Minecraft birthday party and you dont know anything about Minecraft, but the prices are ridiculously high for a stuffed animal.

Advertising say big sales but I founded just a few things whit 30%

My friend and I were ripsticking in the store and we were about to run into eachother so I dodged at the last second straight into the shelf. Watch out for those corners

Great place to knock out your Christmas shopping in one place, at least for the kiddos. The ToysRUs card you get has saved me probably over $100 this year so far too.

They are so high. Know why they are going out of business. Didnt have what we were looking for in stock.
