Fabulous store and team. The manager Julie looks exactly like you would expect an Earthbound manager to look. She looks so perfect in her outfits and always has an amazing attitude with perfect jewelry to match. Her team is awesome and even when I go in and she isn’t there it still looks and feels great. Also the clearance section at this store is almost always too easy to find something else I “need” 🤣

It has amazing stuff in here. people get a bit rowdy at times could use a bit more customer service prices are okay but some stuff Ive found cheaper else where

I just went in to browse while my kids jumped at get air, but the staff was so nice and just let me do my thing. The space they gave was much appreciated.

The customer service was very disrespect. I felt very discriminated against and felt as if the associate was enjoying her behavior towards me.

The customer service here is terrible. The employees create a toxic environment that shames young women about their bodys. A clothing store that promotes “positivity, love and light”, should be focusing on creating an inclusive, positive shopping experience, but instead they interrogated her about her size and weight. Unacceptable.

I have never been so disrespected in my life.... I went to buy a pair of jeans at the earthbound sooner mall location in Norman and the woman working the register looked at me goes “no way you fit in those”. She then proceeded to interrogate me on my size/weight... as a person who has struggled with body image in the past and have learned to love myself I in no way shape or form find this okay. When my friend, who witnessed this interaction, went back in to calmly tell them what they said was wrong and had hurt me they were just as rude to her and claimed to have done nothing wrong... they did not apologize or say they would try to be better.. but we as people need to be better.... body shaming is a real problem and the two woman working today are part of this problem.. earthbound trading co PLEASE DO BETTER.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The store is well organized, well stocked and everything is so pretty! I loved the bug and mushroom seasonal display.

I love this store. I saw it in Christmas of 2018 and I am going back 2day 2 buy my new grandson a present. Their prices on rocks are the best in town. And they have really pretty interesting gifts and trinkets. Never boring. I dont go out much but this is worth it. Oh yes the clothes are beautiful

This is my favorite store on earth! Unfortunately it is also my wifes favorite store as well. We can not go in here without spending way too much but its not because their stuff is expensive but because we want everything.

One of my very favorite stores. They are awesomely priced. Cheap but good quality things. They have vintage things, as well as trendy hipster things. They carry MULTIPLE elephant items. The have furniture, decorations, clothes, jewelry, toys, all kinds of small things you could use for gifts! Its clean and the staff is ALWAYS so nice!

I went to return/exchange an item. The Norman location wouldnt help me without a recite. Come to find out they should have treated me with more respect and offered me the store credit whatever the price of the item is now. I interrupted them chatting away the manager and teller. You lost a devoted customer and u couldnt even smile while being wrong. Horrible and incorrect info because effort is to hard is sad. I wont be back.

Always super nice and helpful when I walk in. Never feel like theyre just trying to sell me stuff and there is always a sale going on.

Its a great store but when I was there my boyfriend hugged me and one older employee told us that it was a family store and to quit in a rude manor so we put down what we were going to buy and left the store.
