I love Bed Bath & Beyond but the one in Norman has a pretty minimal selection and is out of stock of most of the cute stuff. Youre probably better off buying online since the website has much more selection. On a positive note, the store is well kept and employees are friendly and helpful.

Like so many places they are understaffed which unfortunately means prices not marked for items & no employees available to ask. The store was clean & the 2 employees I saw were friendly.

I have bought some game stuff and needed the right size table for the right price. It folds away and works great . I was honestly sceptical about it being that price but it worked. Now on another hand I also bought a messager I didnt want because they didnt have the cheaper one and was really happy about it in the long run

I was very impressed today with the high level of customer service I got from Aubrey. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me both on the phone and in person in the store. I am not used to that kind of service from big national chains. Im so glad that this business remains on Ed Noble Drive.

I received a vacuum off my registry about 4 years ago and they said they’d replace it for life. I came in today to replace it thinking it would be a huge headache. They exchanged my old one for a new one and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Buying a $500 vacuum from here is worth every penny. Friendly, helpful staff and management. Amazing customer service experience

Pretty pricey but they do have a huge selection of name brand appliances and other miscellaneous stuff that local places do not have in stock.

Boy is this place ever a wild ride. I love coming in here and getting lots in thousands of I never knew even existed. We practically decorated my entire apartment out of this place alone. If you cant find what youre looking for, a member of the staff will help you along the way. We had someone pointing us in the right direction, and they stuck with us through our entire visit. Very nice to have people around that know what theyre doing.

This store is awesome and has a great team to help you with your shopping needs. I love that they honor their 20% off coupon and they never expire! That helps a lot in todays economy! We have also purchased a full set of Caphelon pots and pans and they allowed me to trade them in for the full value to upgrade to a new set. The manager was so easy to work with. I wish that I could remember her name. Whenever we have purchased something online and had any problems they have been there to help and honor the online prices. This store is the best to work with! Would highly recommend for the service and prices!

Years ago I remember this place smelling so bad/thick with perfume it was hard for me to breathe. This time however totally bearable. All the candles have lids on them now. I needed a travel heating blanket. She knew exactly where it was and that it was the last one they had in the store😱 I love there odds and ends they have. Truly beyond lol

This store had what I was looking for, a KitchenAid ice cream attachment. However, the service was sorely lacking on this particular visit! My husband spoke to the young man as we walked in...no response. We found what we came in for and went to the register to check out, still nothing. He did actually tell us our total and asked if we wanted a bag, we didnt need a bag since it was a bigger item. But, a receipt would have been nice, especially since we paid cash and it is for a gift!

I just shopped at this store yesterday where I purchased an awesome body pillow for my hubby! And, a zippered pillow protector.The body pillow is WAMSUTTA and is a serious body pillow; which measures 20 inches X 54 inches.After I used my 20% coupon; I paid approximately $34.00. Not bad!!!!Also, the staff are very friendly.

Some interesting things here, they have things you wont find elsewhere. I bought a device once that helps you to squat on the toilet, it was a great gag gift.

Great selection of merchandise. On my most recent visit, I saw that they have a key making machine now. It is located at the front of the store and you make your own keys.

Always leave BB&B with more than I intend, but theyve got the NEATEST gadgets and high-quality merchandise for bed and bath. And beyond. :)

Great customer service, and easy to get what you need even it its not in stock. The manager helped us order what we needed online and it was delivered fast! I would recommend this store is you need anything for your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, gameroom and they have local college gear too!

The didnt have the items listed in the ad and the store is very crowded with stuff in the aisles. Its claustrophobic and hard to maneuver a shopping cart. Not sure how they stay in business. Ill just order my items and save the hassles.

Decent staff, nice selection of items, a bit pricey, strange location (that side of norman along with the stores along ENPkwy) kind of petered out, leaving just a couple of stores in a big empty stripmall. I used to love them but now I just shop online at Amazon or the like. Can find same items for less elsewhere.
