One time my receipt broke before I got to my truck.In all seriousness, while there has historically been plenty of items to avoid at Harbor Freight, there are also plenty of times where good enough is a perfectly acceptable option.This store has always gotten me in/out rather quickly... and is always much faster than the one on I-240.

I love coming here. This place is always stocked (when able, COVID willing) and the staff are willing to help when able. Spoke with Mr. Greg and he was able to answer every question I had and point me in the direction of related items I might not have had. Much appreciated, keep up the good work.

I love coming in here to browse. Everyone knows Harbor Freight doesnt have the highest quality stuff, but its definitely the cheapest, and for a lot of things, thats exactly what you need and want!Rule of thumb: If you need a tool, but dont know how often you will use it, buy it at Harbor Freight. If you never use it again, you havent broken the bank. If you continue to use it, you learn what to look for in a higher quality tool.

I went to get a tool I needed to finish a repair and found it with the aid of very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff at a very good price. They have a wide range of tools from cheaper lower quality brands to more expensive name brands. I recommend them for all your tool needs...

Super inexpensive but selection is hit and miss. Ive been waiting for 2.5 inch vice grips to come off the truck for 5 weeks. The price is worth it! Great store.

My husband and I needed a sturdy wheelchair ramp for him and our 2 senior dogs, and after much research, found a ramp at Harbor freight for $155, versus $500 and above at medical supply stores. Thank goodness for Harbor freight and their many wonderful items at such great prices!!!!

For someone who doesnt use tools everyday, Harbor Freight has everything I need at great prices. I recommend getting the warranty on items for hassle free returns.

Great Store! Was welcomed I believe by the store manager and cashier when walking into the store. I was there for about 1 hour on Black Friday casually looking at everything on each isle. I was approached 3 different times by at least 1 of every employee there asking if I needed any help finding anything. The place is clean and organized. I never had a problem maneuvering myself or my shopping basket anywhere in the store.

Had to go to three Harbor Freight stores before we got what we wanted. First store said Norman had it. They only had a display that they couldnt sell. They said Shawnee had one. So we called. They did and held it for us. I believe at the Shawnee store I talked to the manager. She was very nice and helpful as were the check out girl and the two guys who carried out our merchandise. Shawnee is a organized store and the employees know whats going on.

Bought a scroll saw last month.It worked fine but the table broke loose from main body.Causing the table to vibrate and affect the cut.Brought it to the store and it was warranted for 90 days, they gave me a new saw.Appreciated there service

Most tools or average to above average. Power tools are below average and customer service is good. And as far as tool boxes are concerned, for the money they are great!

Ive always been a huge fan of Harbor Freight, but last visit was a complete disappointment. The only battery powered impact drills available were ones WITHOUT a battery and a charger. There were no battery and charger included bundles - everything sold separately. For the first time in my life I had to choose Walmart over Harbor Freight when buying a tool! Walmart had an impact drill bundle (battery and charger included) with comparable specs for much cheaper than Harbor Freights everything-sold-separately sale strategy.

I went to get a heat gun for my crafts they were out of the one on sale and the employee helped me find a coupon to get it almost at the sale price so I got a better heat gun at a cheaper price so thanks alot great employees !!!

Harbor Freight is a great place to buy all sorts of tools and accessories for just about any type of task you have. Whether it be home or auto related. They have an incredible selection and the prices are discounted from what youd pay elsewhere. Think ACE Hardware but with a broader selection and cheaper.

Good prices, all of their stores are laid out in the exact same way, staff knows their business and someone can answer most every question. The employees make the store above the competition, other hardware stores have employees that dont know a hammer from a rake- these people do. I recommend it to anyone at any level. Excellent return policy

Overall pretty good. Tool quality can be hit or miss (their brand of cordless drills are more of a miss, for example). However, the prices are good, and the no hassle warranty is an extremely powerful and easy draw to purchase the in house one over the competition. Theyve always got some sale going on, seems like.

Im upset that I cant give this store negative reviews! I drove a half hour to this store specifically to buy an air compressor.They only have one in the store (the display unit) and both cashiers on duty refuse to sell it to me even after me assuring them I wasnt asking for a discount or anything like that, but that I just wanted to buy the compressor.They said it was company policy not to sell displays because then theyd have to replace it. I thought they were in the business of selling tools, then replacing them, but I suppose I was wrong.WHAT A JOKE!

The tools are from China, but over the years Ive seen a magnitude of quality improvement in most items. The fit and finish of the hand tools are as good as anyones. Power tools have really come up too. Check out their lithium powered lines.

Theres something about Harbor Freight Tools that every guy will enjoy or must enjoy or should enjoy. Even if you think the tools are Asian made cheap where else can you go to browse manly stuff you know what I mean. Even it gives you ideas on what to buy if you want to buy it from the snap on truck or craftsman. Ive had stuff break the quality is not so great but I buy the warranty service on non life time tools its inexpensive. Some of the things they have is efficient and it works and you can buy and carry it out versus having to buy it online and then if it doesnt work your scrapped. What you dont see in the store you can go to the website buy it online and ship it to store for free and pickup in store.

In and out for what I needed!

Bought my wife a shiny red metal toolbox here for her birthday. Shes a handywoman and is always fixing things but her tools were everywhere. I only wish there had been a bigger selection of toolboxes, but I guess hardware folk, being utilitarian, dont see much need having variety to showcase a toolbox as an accessory. Got her some wrenches too. Good place.
