I am a contractor that spends thousands each month. I will never use Home Depot again. Every time I buy bulk items I ask for help with a fork lift or even just a person to help load. I never receive any help of any kind. Lowe’s, McCoy’s, mill creek, builders first source, Forrest…. Etc all help load. Home Depot doesn’t
Smaller than our home town home depot, super busy, friendly helpful staff.
Very negative. Have been trying to resolve problem of a door exchange for months. Even with 3 trips to the store and several phone calls, Home Depot has totally lost a customer. Ive had several experiences with poor customer service. But this was the last straw.
I use this store more for convenience since it’s close to my home. I’m usually able to find my way around but on this visit I actually needed assistance but no one could be found…I wondered around for 20 minutes. I finally went to customer service to have them locate the item I needed. I went to the area that was supposed to have my item, none were to be found (employees either). Needless to say I left and went to Lowe’s where I found my item easily. Side note though… I was not aware until later that their app actually has the isles and bay where items can be found. Next time I’ll try the app and not my patience.
Always friendly staff and the store is always clean.

Its a very good overall home improvement store. Their product selection seems to be more aligned with items that a professional builder or repairman would require....just my opinion though.
Quicker to go to the Moore home depot, they constantly have all the carts used up for their own stuff for whatever reason. I walked the whole store looking for a cart to carry sheetrock out and they all had doors or bundled up lumber, whatever random stuff piled high stacked and no one near by like they just didnt want to stock it. Its always like that even before covid.
Cancel cultural, millennial capital of the world. The Midwest City store manager has big giant earrings in her earlobes short hair thats colored pink and blue and a tattoo that says Butch on it.
Ordered items online,was contacted telling me my items were ready for pickup. Drove 30 minutes to the store, to pick up items in curbside pickup. They told me I have to come in store. I told them I wanted curbside, they told me they will cancel my order if I didnt come in store. So now I have a attitude, so I go in store to get items, to find out the items were still on the shelf, this store has the laziest people I have ever met. I waited for 25 more minutes to get my items, only to get the wrong items. HD you need to drug test this store employees, I have never seen more incompetent employees. Lowes here I come

They didnt seem to have enough help to handle all the people. I finally just left. Didnt get my discount and they lost out on a nice purchase to finish the job we started. Guess Ill have to buy supplies from some other company.
Its a home depot. This location has the worst entrances. You always feel like your walking into someones check out. Or have to dodge the people exiting.
I love this place! They always have exactly what I am looking for, and everything is organized, categorized, and tidy, which makes everything easy to find.
This is really a great place to get all your home improvement items...from lumber to paint, tools to do all the diy projects. I like stopping in to grab things for my flower beds and garden. I also like their bird tems...whether it be bird seed, bird houses and feeders. They also sell plenty of hummingbird feeders which is wonderful...however, they do not have the necessary ant moats that you absolutely must have when hanging a hummingbird feeder. If you love your hummingbirds, keep their feeders ant, earwig, and spider free by hanging an ant moat just above your feeder. This deters the insects and keeps the feeders clear of those intruders!
Though they didnt have the plants I was looking for I left with a beautiful healthy rose bush that brought several compliments on my way to car from other shoppers! Cashier was nice. A good experience.

Home depot is ok and they have a fair selection of home improvement needs. It used to be my favorite until the competition moved in. Dont get me wrong, home depot is adequate. It will do given more other choice. So whats my beef? The could use some home improvement there. The Norman store is cluttered and needs to clean up their act and organized their inventory better. Although physically smaller than the competition, the clutter makes it seem smaller and hard to move freely. They should show that they care about the place. A little store improvement is in order (so to speak). But no one beats them when it comes to Halloween as they truly are THE place when it come to decorations for the home. Truly number one for that season.

Bought a dryer at home depot and we told the young girl several times we needed a dryer cord as well......she was too busy with other petty gossip with other employees to listen........so we had to buy one on our own.....terrible
Went to Home Depot for some lag screws and twine. My cashier Teresa was a joy. Nice, normal visit.Despite the posting outaide for masks being required, most customers seemed to disregard it. It would be nice if the mask policy was enforced.
Went in a few days ago for a propane exchange. Turns out the new tank was under pressurized and my turkey fryer would not even light up. Went in again for a refund but, the manager insisted & gave me a new tank that was full. I tested it out soon after and nothing. My dad then hooked up the tank to some gas pumping device only to confirm that the propane tank is filled with water and not propane! Like seriously!? Stay away from this place regarding propane exchanges. It will save you time and a headache.
Went here to pick up a ship-to-store order. In and out with the goods in under five minutes. Easy peasy!
What is there to say... its Home Depot...materials, tools, and a very helpful Crew if you need them...I just go and walk around looking at my next tool or two I need to add to my arsenal...
Trying to get help is becoming harder and harder. However store does have better quality lumber than local stores for the money

Well, its kind of hard to give any place five stars right now with the covid situation, but Home Depot is still a fairly pleasant shopping experience if for another reason than they just seem to have different stuff than Lowes or other hardware stores. So I usually find what I need there, and the people are generally fairly helpful. Good store!

Normally I hate employees bothering me and asking if I need something but in a place like this sometimes I need them to. The past two times I have been here they did ask and I didnt have to go through the whole store looking for help.

The Home Depot is an absolute fantastic place for homeowners, DIYers as well as contractors. Now, the Norman Oklahoma location is a small store compared to most Home Depot stores. But overall, the customer service is top notch, Tool selection and quality brands are definitely present. I strongly recommend!

The associates in the paint department were very unfriendly on Sunday the 22nd of Aug about 1:00pm. They all 3 acted like it was to much trouble to help us and there were no other customers there. We wont be going back, well take our business else where.
Would not price match what I found on line even though I showed them on the Home Depot website where it said they would. She even got a little mean about it. It was the same part number and everything. Because of things like this and the fact I had to go hunt someone down to get help. I find myself shopping here less and less..

I ordered my washer and dryer the 27th of August and someone called me to tell me they were on their way but turns out they weren’t. Didn’t bother to call or email about my delivery. Super unprofessional and won’t be using Home Depot again.
We’ve bought a brand new washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge all from Lowe’s in Owasso. We never had a single issue with Lowe’s during any of those purchases. We had a great experience every time. We just relocated to Norman & purchased a brand new washer & dryer from the Norman Home Depot. The only reason we purchased from them was because they had the soonest promised delivery time over other vendors. The installation crew told me upon installation that the brand new dryer they delivered didn’t work & that I needed to get someone out within 48 hours to look at my electrical, otherwise I would be stuck with it. I had someone out in less than 24 hours to look at the electrical, which was fine, & I contacted Home Depot in that 24 hours. They told me this was a warranty issue that I needed to handle. We told the manager that they needed to pickup their machines, we were returning them. We spent several days on the phone with the manager dealing with this situation. We had to schedule & wait for another installation crew to pick up the machines to return them. The scheduled day, the installation crew asked us what they were scheduled to do because they had no idea. We were told as soon as the machines were scanned in, we would receive our refund. We received confirmation that they were scanned in, but after several days our refund was never issued. We spent several more days on the phone with the manager again dealing with this issue. He kept informing us that their machines were acting up & we would be receiving it. After finally receiving half of our refund, we were informed by the manager that the other half would be coming. He said the machines were acting up. After the other half of our refund never came, he then told us that it was a restock fee. They were charging us $700 for us buying a brand new dryer from them, them delivering a “brand new” dryer to us that didn’t work, & us returning it. The manager finally told my husband that he had to come down to the store to swipe his credit card to receive our refund. I spoke to Home Depot corporate, & they told me that the reason the other refund hadn’t come was because two different companies were issuing them because the machines had been picked up separately by different companies as the computer stated. All false. We ordered both machines online from Home Depot, both were picked up on the same day by the same crew. Corporate told me that they couldn’t reach in to the cash register to give me a refund. That was their customer service. Home Depot, the Norman location, & the Norman manager weren’t concerned whatsoever with their customer service towards us. This entire situation lasted a month. We will continue to take our business to Lowe’s where we feel our business is valued.

$5000 order that was made and the weather complicated it but when delivery was reset, the order was brought out and the largest part of the order was not delivered. Now it is Wednesday and I did not get a call for the part of the order that was suppose to be delivered first thing this morning, even tho the notes on the order say Call Prior. Totally unprofessional customer service and I expect more from a store the size of HOME DEPOT.
My last purchase with Home Depot was entirely contact free. I placed my order online and arranged for curbside pickup. My order was filled quickly and they delived it to my car after checking in via my phone in the parking lot. You can receive email or text updates and can check-in both ways as well. They have specially marked parking spots that are numbered and have check-in instructions that are easy to follow.
This place is great they always have a great selection of supplies and Milwaukee tools.
Terrible... TERRIBLE experience with their delivery system. Long story short... bought a fridge on the pre-black friday sale. Was going to be delivered withing 2 weeks. Delivery service refunded the fridge and returned it to manufacturer. No one gave them permission to do so. Had to repurchase fridge... sold out. Had to wait to be back in stock. Purchased again... waited nearly 3 months for it to be delivered. Store is good, 3rd party delivery service is trash.
I would give them a zero if I could. The lady at the service desk was sweet and nice but the rest of the associates were very rude and hateful. I will shop elsewhere for the stuff I need.

I went to purchase some lumber for a project I was preparing to complete. Im definitely a beginner and I felt like there wasnt any sort of organization. The aisles were a mess with stuff laying in the walkway, couple that with them trying to move product with a forklift and being to busy to answer questions I opted to go to Lowes
Always love going to Home Depot. From flowers, home appliances, Seasonal decorations, a bright red fridge, even supplies for contractors. The staff has always been kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Parking is free and plenty of it. Easy in and out on an interstate access road. To the smallest screw, lightbulb, kitchen appliances, spackle to repair a hole in a wall, paint, plumbing...well it is a Home Improvement store.

Ordered appliances. Got an install date of 18 days later. On delivery date i log in to track and delivery date has been changed to another 17 days later. . Terrible customer service when called to address. More terrible customer service when I tried to cancel the order. Use lowes, or anywhere else.
I always enjoy a trip to the home improvement store, sometimes just to wander around. This trip was good as usual, and they had what I was looking for. I like their social distancing and Covid-19 shopping policy.

My kids call the two DIY retailers orange and blue stores and definitely prefer the orange store. Why? First the staff is always courteous and helpful. Second, they still have the race car shopping carts. Lastly, theres an older associate in lumber that always makes sure my oldest daughter takes home some scrap wood to practice on. As an adult, there arent many differences between the two, but quality customer service is there tipping point for me. The only knock is a less-than reliable app, but Im not going to hold my local store accountable for that.

My boyfriend asked for help twice in getting some lumber down from a high shelf. Twice he was told we would get some help. After over 20 minutes of waiting I decided to ask for a supervisor. I waited for her to come up to customer service but she never came. This is at 5:15 pm on a Sunday and nobody cares about the customer today 10/25/2020 we went to Lowes instead. They actually helped us!
