I specifically went to this place because of the reviews. I had some questions and wanted to make sure I was going somewhere that would be helpful. I was hardly even greeted when I walked in, I felt so uncomfortable, I started asking questions and was basically told “I don’t know”, and mumbles. I have never felt so awkward in my life. I ended up being stressed and just buying something to get out of there as I was so anxious. I thankfully went to my second choice place and was actually helped and had a good experience.I don’t know if I just got unlucky and the person was having an off day or what, but I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in the service I received.I did 2 stars though because it is very beautiful inside.

The quality at Lotus Botanicals exceeds far beyond any other place Ive shopped at and, believe me, theres been many. Their pricing if unbeatable, their customer service is always on point and their product is perfect every time. Once I started going to them I havent been anywhere since. Yesterday I stopped by and bought two different kinds of Kratom from Lotus and unfortunately they both did not work. I had really high hopes because all the reviews were awesome. I gave them a try both yesterday evening and this morning and it didnt work. This was only my second time trying Kratom and the first time I bought it from another shop here in Norman and it was awesome. It kind of makes me wonder if all these reviews are not legit or maybe I just bought something that wasnt quality. I will say the staff was super nice and the shop itself is clean and impressive but what is most important here is making sure the product is 100% and I feel like that mark was missed.

Loved the place. The room projected a nice calm atmosphere and smelled great. So I was instantly put at ease as it was my 1st visit. Staff was very informative on the different strains and very friendly. Im a newbie, so I dont know much about kratom, but after discussing what I had previously tried and liked they were able to help recommend products I would probably like. They also offer really great quality products at very good prices, so I feel like Im Truly getting my moneys worth of product. Best Ive seen around Norman so far. Highly recommended!! I am an avid Kratom enthusiast and have sampled Kratom from the entire nation! This operation is clean and professional. Decided to try them while passing through after reading a blog on the Kratom Crazy website (the very BEST online Kratom supplier). These folks have tons of options that far exceed Kratom alone. Very knowledgeable staff (Met Dennis and he was a top notch kinda dude!) and quite friendly. Prices were reasonable, running about $9.00 an ounce. Unfortunately no special pricing for larger quantities however the Kratom was very fresh and potent. Keep up the good work Lotus Botanicals! Thank you for the great service and hospitality. Horrible customer service! their so called kratom is just dirt from the jungle. they could not provide any lab testing to show their products were safe(heavy metal and salmonella free) anyone with a Facebook account can get the same kratom they do, but without the upcharge. generic kratom with generic packaging tells you how much they actually care about their products and business. all they want is to make a quick buck while they can before someone with quality kratom pushes them out of the market. I travel quite a bit in the southern part of the USA and I can tell you this is the worse retail location I have visited. save your money and find a quality product elsewhere.
