This is a relaxing and chill place. I tried their black tea and it was so delicious. The hookah was good too. The service is wonderful, I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy hookah and drinks. Seraya is doing great job running this place and she knows how to take care of the customers, she has exceptional service. The music is chill and not disturbingly high to bother you if you want to watch something from your laptop. About the cleaning is also great, it’s clean and smell nice. The free WiFi speed is also fast which is important.

This place is a gem! Hookah shop and hookah lounge put together.Customer service is absolutely amazing. Dom encompasses joyous vibes and can turn a persons day around. Plusssss she’s gorgeous!Would definitely reccomend coming here, hookah is always on point, and the staff is attentive- ask for the house mix ( jolly rancher)

Been coming here for almost 10 years. I have never had an issue with the service, the hookahs, anything. Always an amazing time. Havana has been recently renovated, and is under new management, and theyre amazing (the old management was still wonderful, forget what anybody says). The place looks great! The hookahs are amazing. Try a Russian hookah, cant be beat! I recommend this place to everybody and is one of my go-to spots on a regular basis. Legit here, 4 days a week, not kidding! :)

Spent 20 minutes in here to get one pack of cigars because the clerk had to continuously call her boss for prices and help.

Great atmosphere, a little dark in terms of lighting. Comfy couches. TVs available and sometimes music depending on time of day. Hookah prep is good, given extra coals, good service. Food options are available. Would recommend to a friend.

Friends flight got delayed 5 hours, so we found this was the closest hookah place near Ohare. Even tho the reviews here are really mixed, we decided to check this place out. Initially we had no expectations as we went there around 11am-12pm and there was just 1 guy in their smoke shop. But to our surprise, the hookah was exceptional, we ordered 2. One was their exotic house mixes (which was ok, not bad) the other was a regular flavor. the guy was really nice, He did take some time to make the hookas as he was running between the smoke shop and making hookah for us aswell, but it was worth the wait.. Great place, Yes at that time there was no Music, the lounge was empty too, but we really liked the place so this review gets 5stars. Maybe will check again sometime later during rush hours to see and verify other reviews :)

Ridiculously high prices, and unapologetic about it. I was looking for a new vape device. They sell the Sourin Air for $29.95. List Price is $20! Thats 50% OVER suggested retail price! I looked at the Smoktech Stick M17. He had it priced at $49.95. Suggested list is $44.95. You can get it for $20-30 online. I showed this to him, and asked if that was his best price. He said it was. I guess you wont see me again!
