I went to that gas station and First thing I asked the guy was, how does the marianos reward program work?, please let me know and with out explaining it to me he asked me to pay the amount and to insert my card. After that I didnt understand a couple things he said and then he said OMG, that people He then explained it to me with a horrible attitude saying go ahead, omg I cant believe it then after that he said in spanish I cant believe how this people dont understand and then I asked him if he spoke sapanish and told him he could not have that attitude. Im just kind of disappointed at the Way I was treated.

Drove out of my way because I had recently noticed this BP stations sign that says Cigarette Outlet / No Chicago Tax - completely false advertising! Was charged as much as I would normally be charged in Chicago (nearly $15 a pack)! I asked the agent why they had that sign out front and he said, I dont know!

Sign says no Chicago tax but a single pack of swisher was $3.19

BEWARE! I purchased $5.00 in gas and pumped 93. I did not recieve a single drop of gas into my tank. Range on the car was 6 miles before pumping and 6 miles after pumping. Driving 0.8 miles home my range reflected 5 miles. At an average mpg of 25 my gauge and range would have reflected atleast a 25 mile range increase as what I purchased was more than a gallon of gas. They essentially STOLE my money. In the the spirit of transparency, I do have a ticket opened up with customer service but will have to wait up toc5 daysntochear back from them.

If you have to stop at this BP please check your receipt, they double price their items and prices change at different times of the day, they are quietly ripping customers off.
