This Xfinity store is very well organized. It starts with the lady up front. If you walk in, shell let you know right away if a representative is available or she puts you on the list. The only drawback is not a lot of place to wait thats socially distanced. The representative I dealt with is very courteous and clear in explaining everything.
I needed to exchange my router for a new one. Gibson helped me out and even helped me setup my xfinity app account. I was in and out in 5 min. Great service and professional!!

I really like the location but today I went to my internet bill and I simply asked an employee to help guide me through the check machine and the guy made fun of me by saying “bro your young you should know technology” this dude shouldn’t be judging a book by its cover. When the machine was the problem. No wonder this location has bad reviews. Smh
Not an expert, not a manager not helping people while I was waiting I saw an old woman begging for help with her account issue and they just sent her home said that she should call the hotline. I thought this was just one case until I start to solve my problem. These people just spend the companys money and do not help customers I brought my paper bill and had questions about it but the manager did not even listen to me and refused to help. I understand that there is a limit and they do not have the opportunity to help everyone, but when I asked if we could solve the problem so that I do not switch to another service provider. The manager said yes you can go. That is, lets not see if we can solve something, but the answer was yes, you can change the providers service. I spent my time trying to get a bad experience. It looks like people who work there need to change jobs.

You built this beautiful xfinity store without a technician just to ask simple questions or try to figure out a reasonable response. I have xfinity stream and for some reason it want play on my laptop anymore. I know its my laptop because it plays perfectly on my phone. I stop in the xfinity store store in Norridge . Just to be stop at the front door. To tell me they cant help me. They only do sales. They could have just a look at the laptop. Maybe my settings were wrong. He could have asked someone else maybe someone else was having the same issues. Instead I get pushed out the door to call xfinity for a technician. Poor customer service.

Went in for information and got the information I needed to better understand my bill and my services.
Had questions about a bill that were answered, but wanted to inquire if there were any better packages available. After looking into that for about 20 seconds was told no, there was nothing better than what we had. Mentioned we may cancel since we already have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime and were told the day we cancel be sure to get the equipment returned or we get charged additional for that. Granted I had enquired about that, but it really felt like Xfinity just doesnt care about its customers at all anymore. Not a happy customer, looking into Dish now after being a Comcast / Xfinity customer for like 30+ years.
0 stars... went in to cancel my dads account, he had recently passed away & open a new account under me.. ez right (NO) .. THESE GUYS linked my account/transferred my dads account together & told me I have a new account..The funny thing is that when I had issues getting everything connected & running I couldnt so after heading back to Xfinity location I was told they linked/ transfer account to my name because they can get penalize for trying to give lower monthly rates to same house.. I was irate & blown away.. fyi taxes have gone up on Xfinity customers..
The people working there take their time and explain everything so you leave with a complete understanding of everything that youre purchasing. Very good rates. I felt very comfortable leaving AT&T for Xfinity.
Had an issue with my bill and instead of going through voice prompts and hold times I decided to go to the store by my house at the HIP.I was very glad I did because the service provider addressed my issue right away. It took some time but that is to be expected but he removed my billing issue and gave me his card to call if there were anymore issues. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. They work as a team to get things done.
No response to service interruption, no response to attempts at attempting to call comcast/infinity. This is not an area wide issue insofar as my neighbor has service. Lack of response to the issue is worse than inadequate.

This store is very efficient and fast. We got our questions answered. Visiting the store is a much better option if your concern is more than connection rather than virtual chats

I experienced one of the worst customer service from the girl that sold me the phone! I was very happy going to buy my new phone and they ruined my whole experience with her attitude and not providing all the info I need so I was asking questions and she was getting worst.

Ive been an Xfinity member since 2016 and I usually have always had a great experience but for the past month I was having so many problems with my grandpas internet and home cable so I decided to go into the store rather than call customer service and Im so glad I did! Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful. I thought I was going to be waiting in line forever but I was seen very quickly. I want to especially give a shout out to Abi, she helped me get everything in order for my grandpas home and cable and even helped me upgrade my current plan as well, she was so patient and answered all my questions (and trust me I had alot)!! Im so glad I came in! Thank you so much Abi and Xfinity team!

I need to recognize the efforts of Dana H at this location. I am a former Comcast customer and needed information on my old account including billing statements. Dana was very empathetic and realized the urgency of my situation. He attempted to access my old account several different ways even calling a support line for additional ideas. When he realized he would not be able to address my request immediately he commited to following up with a manager and touching base with me the next day. The solution turned out to not be so easy but Dana continued to follow up with me and made sure my case was being pushed through the internal system. Dana is truly a customer service professional.
I was greeted professionally and within seconds of walking in. Quick and efficient service. I lost my HDMI cable at this store and they replaced it with a new one. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Don’t bother transferring your cellular service to Xfinity, they go about false advertisement specially when it comes to data, you’ll end up buying up the next package which is B.S connection. Their towers can keep up with streaming demands or usage. Plus they’ll sale you a phone stating it will be unlocked once is paid- again false. The phone will be unlocked until the 1st billing cycle due date comes due. They will offer you a gift card which they don’t tell you, you must stay with their service for four months. I can’t even tolerate this first month with shenanigans service not let alone four months. Please don’t get xfinity cellular service.
I had the opportunity to visit this place this morning. I was trying to return the equipment then I was asked to return after I cancel my subscription.It was a terrible experience. I understand that everybody has difficult times and sometimes we are not in the best mood to work with clients.The manager of the store should be very carful choosing the staff that is going to interact with their clients. If I could give it a zero I would. There was a rep arguing with a customer. Very unprofessional. My husband went in there last month to cancel our account and return the equipment. The rep told him the account was closed and gave him a receipt. Went in there this month and come to find out it’s not cancelled. It’s like they are trained to lie to their customers.
I came in last Friday after getting off a very confusing and alarming phone call with AT&T. I was greeted by friendly staff and was able to get a better priced phone line and a last minute security system. Gentleman was even able to transfer all my contacts, Thank you Adam and Xfinity Norridge Staff!
I recently switched from ATT to T-mobile to Xfinity Mobile and I couldnt be happier with my decision, I walked in and immediately got greeted from a young man name Michael which knew everything about Xfinity service and answered all my questions. Michael took the time and ported my phone numbers and even got my apple watches to connect right away. Thank you michael and Xfinity staff for being awesome and very professional.

I came to this store out of desperation. My roommate was moving out and canceled his Comcast account and I was trying to set up a new account in my name. We contacted Comcast phone support a week ago and had it scheduled that my roommates account would be canceled as of today and we scheduled a technician to come out today between 10-12pm to install our new modem (Gigabit, faster than what we had before).12:30 rolls around and I havent heard a thing and our tech is MIA so I call Comcast customer service and sat on the phone for 18 minutes before the representative told me that theyre running out of man power and no one can actually come out today, and the soonest availability was Wednesday. 3 days from now. This was unacceptable since I work weird hours during the week and I cant go 3 days without an Internet connection since my husband I also do some work from home when were not at our full-time jobs. I asked if we could go get the modem and install it ourselves. The rep said a technician HAS to come out but couldnt explain why. I didnt reschedule with that rep at the time as I was going to try to figure something else out for Internet.I decided to call back again to see if I could find out why a rep HAD to come out. It didnt make sense to me since our apartment is already wired for Comcast Internet. I got another rep who was very nice but didnt really seem to be listening to me as she kept repeating that a technician HAS to come out to install the cable for the internet (but still couldnt say why), and at one point she started saying she needed my roommates permission to reactivate his account, which was not AT ALL what I was asking. Finally I asked again if I could just go to a Comcast Customer Service center and pickup the modem and try to set it up myself. She said yes and my husband and I set out for what we thought was a service center.We ended up at 4221 Normandy, which was not even close to a customer service center but instead a business by the name of WestTown or something similar. Frustrated, we googled the location of the closest Xfinity store.When we arrived we were immediately greeted and seen within 5 minutes. We explained our issue to the girl we worked and she was very patient with my rambling. Not 15 minutes later my husband and I walked out with our modem. 15 minutes after we got home we set up the router through the Xfinity app on my phone. Setup was super simple and Im currently typing this review using the Internet that apparently a tech HAD to come out and install. Sigh. Im just happy to have Internet again.Negative 5 stars for the company itself, mostly because I find it ridiculous that I made an appointment almost a week ago and I had to call to find out that the technician wouldnt be coming (after they called to confirm my appointment TWICE yesterday). I would probably still be sitting here like an Internet-less mook if I hadnt picked up the phone. Even more ridiculous that you expect me wait 3 days to reschedule an appointment for something that was your fault.BUT, 5 stars for this location. Their customer service made things easy and made a frustrating experience better.

Store visited: 4270 N Harlem AveNorridge, IL 60706I would give it 0 stars if I could. My wife and I went there to sign up for home internet. The agent (Adam) seemed nice up until he started explaining the billing information. We were informed by Adam that we either have to get our credit checked or pay a $50 security deposit in order to sign up with them. After asking him what our bill due will be ( first and onward) he said that we’ll be paying $30/month for 60 Mbps. He explained that the $50 will go towards covering the first monthly bill and a portion of the second. A day after we signed up my wife got an e-mail from xfinity saying that our first month due is $90 ( $100 one-time charge that was recorded as “other charge” in the bill without any explanation + $40 monthly charge). The reason why the monthly due is $40 is because the ecobill kicks in after 45 days or so did Adam said. So $100+$40 -$50( the security deposit) = $90 that we owe due at the end of our first month. Adam NEVER mentioned that we will be charged $100. At the signing up my wife got a text message from xfinity about the $100 to which Adam said “Just ignore it. Its nothing”. I asked him at least 5 times what our due will be each month and he kept on telling me $30. He never told us that we will be paying $90 the first month. Now we got another e-mail from xfinity explaining that we need to pay $90 the first month because we signed up in the middle of their billing cycle - another thing that Adam FORGOT to tell us. My wife and I are absolutely disgusted from the way we were tricked and lied to and we are seriously considering changing providers!!!!!

Unhelpful and Unknowledgeable staff. They had no idea that laptop computers pick up hot spot Wi-Fi and that routers arent unnecessary. I had to call Xfinity. All my problems arent solved yet. And I am also using Dunkin Donuts Wi-Fi at this moment.

Bad customer service, I changed my plan after a year being with xfinity, because they doubled mothly fee. I wanted the cheapest plan but indeed internet wasnt working at all, I went to the store 5 times and every time they did some mistakes or said its something wrong with wires not with them. This is the worst service with some of the most misinformed representatives I have ever come across in my life. I need internet because I am a game streamer and it is very important to what I am doing.I came into the store looking for internet plans since I recently moved to a new apartment. I was helped by an African American lady and I asked what the internet promotions was. She told me that their was a performance starter plan for 29.99 with download speed for 60mbps and upload speed of 5mbps. In reality that plan is much slower with download speeds of 25 mbps and 2mbps upload speed. I was a little skeptical about this because when I google searched internet plans for comcast it told me completely different results. I asked her to check 4 times to see if this was the case. Each time she told me that it was but I was persistent because it didnt sound right. She sounded annoyed that I was asking but she kept saying that it was right and she went and asked someone else working to help convince me.Her co-worker comes and we find out that that 60mbps and 5mpbs is a diffrent plan that costs 39.99 monthly. They tell me that the only way to get that internet is by getting a plan called performance plus where you have to pair it with basic tv for $54 monthly. They told me that was the cheapest option available besides the performance starter plan. I asked to make sure and they stated that it was. I got the internet plan signed for an agreement, and when I googled internet plans for comcast, I realized their is a internet only plan, the one that cost 39.99 monthly. I asked if I can change to this plan, the representative says that its not available and that I cannot change plans on the day I signed my agreement. I later realize after talking to a representative on the phone hours later that this is all not true. When I walked out of the store I did not receive a account number or the correct email associated with my account so I can login later.Long story short, the representatives here do NOT know all the offers that Xfinity provides, do not give you information you need to setup an account after you sign the agreement, pretty much states that their are not any options when their are, and is pretty much a store with sassy uninformed workers who will tell you that the options are unavailable when their are. The WORST service I have ever seen and I have been working in the service industry for my whole life.
