Best SCAMMERS you can ever deal with no customer service skills whatsoever. My father went in to that store a month ago just to ask some questions about their phone services, after one week he receives a bill that he opened up a line and he had to pay the bill when we called customer service they stated that they will cancel the account and to disregard the bill, two days later I receive a phone call from collection agency asking for their money!!!DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING TO THAT STORE THEY WILL LITERALLY SCAM YOU AND RUIN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT HESITATION!

This place is great and nothing like the one on 626 E Golf st. In Schaumburg, IL. The service here was fast, employees are professional and knowledgeable…. And VICTORIA was the BEST, making any lengthy process a very enjoyable one while achieving the customer needed services!!

Expensive and low quality.BUY SCREEN protection on Amazon (SPIGEN)NO ONE here know how to put the screen protection.I came here from time to time to get a new phone. Few things I like about this location is the parking at front and less crowded another than this was not really good.

Be careful they told me the phone is half price if i get new line. So i got new line and i paid for half the price over $600 in cash, I ended up getting bill every month for the other half.Stop fooling people and scaming them.

Its very disappointing that t mobile would all all these complaints and do nothing about it. The weakest person is a person that has to lie to sell you product and i guess this is commen in this store from reading all the negative reviews one more to add. When you have an issue with this location call t mobile customer line and they will take care of the complaint. I gave the manager of this location the opportunity to call me back and fix the lie that I was told and he never did. So I made t mobile corporate fix it. But for any future business it will never be in this store and to anyone reading this I been with t mobile for 15 years and every location and person is different. Do not trust anything your being told trust only the action .

I was awefully disappointed with the customer service here. I felt like I was trying to please the sales representative and manager rather than the other way around. Stay away from this place if you do not want to get ripped off. There are so many T-Mobile stores with excellent customer service but unfortunately this one has been an exception.

So as you know nothing ever goes quickly in these stores as was the case today. I went in wanting to add a phone to my account and found myself stuck in a line...there were 5 staff members here, 2 of which were in training, so they were pretty much out of the equation. Luckily aleks the girl that works there fired up another computer and started multi tasking. Shes awesome. Tmobile is a great company.

Stay away. Manager and employees scam their customers. You are better off going to a different location.

Juan was the best t-mobile rep I ever had a chance to work with . He was able to fix my phone the four other stores could not do. not only did I he fix my phone he set my family up. with 7 new phones so much better than Verizon. that guy deserves to be promoted and have his own store. hes honest and knew everything he was talking about way to go t-mobile.

I spoke to the manger about an issue and he said he would call and email the corporate to resolve my issue. I never received any feedback from him and no one will pick up the phone when I call the location.

This particular T-Mobile Store is a location where I have received one of the worst Customer Services ever. My Father went to the store ahead of me and he was repeatedly told to sit and wait for his turn when there were 2 associates and 1 Customer. After about half an hour, I was able to get to the store to see what the deal was. As soon as I entered, I noticed that one of the employees by the name of Michael was treating my Father extremely poorly. He yelled at my Father to leave the store. The store manager came out of the backroom to asses the situation. Meanwhile, Michael walked away swearing at my Father in Polish. I had called him to address what he said and he completely ignored my request and entered in the backroom. We then were finally able to talk about our T-Mobile account, the reason why my father and I came in to the store for the first place. We came in to swap out a cell phone because it was under warranty and we had documented approval from another store location. The only reason we came to this store is the replacement phone was shipped here as it is the closest to our home. The first thing we are told was that the phones warranty is void and the documented approval is not honored at this location. They then went on to explain that T-Mobiles operate independently and one T-Mobile store does not have to honor its Customers request from another T-Mobile store. We left the store extremely dissatisfied, unhappy, exhausted, and upset as we had just wasted over 2 hours. Its been nearly 1 week now and I have been unable to fix our issue. My next step is to call T-Mobile corporation Customer Service and see what they can do. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store as the Customer Service and treatment is by far one of the worst we have ever faced. I always was under the impression that T-Mobile had one of the best Customer Services in the world, but this store has proved me wrong.

Employees take their time to find a solution for us as customers without a hassle. I appreciate their time and patience for giving us the customer service we need compared to other service providers.

I’m so disappointed to say the very least at the service this T-Mobile provides. I showed up to this location promptly when the doors said it would be open. The store didn’t open on time. I waited 20 minutes no one even opened the doorstop answered the phone. I left I had no more time to waste. I had an emergency with my phone ( it just stop working)Which is my business phone I missed alot of my clients phone calls. So disappointed.I will never go back to this location!!!!

Dave, a rep. Was extremely helpful in placing a new glass protector on my new phone. He did everything...removed case, cleaned screen, & installed glass protector & case. Plus Dave gave me tips on charging old battery & transfering pics. Very knowledgeable.

T-Mobile phone service credited me 250 buck to my account. Only reason in still with T-Mobile is there phone services but dont go to this store. They are horrible.

Went on location on the Corner if Cumberland and Lawrence Ave, Norridge Illinois. Juan and the other gentleman gave 0 service. And the last time I went there Juan took 4 hours to buy 3 phones. What a joke. If I knew this I would of stuck with Verizon. There people are more professional

I had a great experience there this afternoon. Despite a busy afternoon, one of the associates (Jon) took time answering all of my questions and helping me with my family plan upgrade, purchase of a phone, as well as transferring all of my data from one device to another. I never felt rushed throughout the process. Ive been a customer with T-Mobile for the past 5 years and many times my customer experience had been less than satisfactory (both in person and over the phone). NO costumer service at all! And not surprised since i found out after going in and getting a line of bull that its not an authorized T-Mobile store.All i needed done was transfer of information to a new phone. The girl plugged in a faulty charger, claimed my phone needed $60 in repairs to fix the lack of battery power, then stopped talking to me. No thank you, Im sorry thanks for visiting, nothing.Plug the phone in when i get in my car, viola! Its charging properly. Drive to a REAL T-Mobile store, where they successfully transfer data.Called this excuse-of-an-employee back to tell her the cord she used was defective; her reply, okay.Do yourself a favor, avoid the aggravation and lies for unnecessary service and go to the store on Irving Park Road instead.

Talk to Tamer!!!! He took care of my Mom, who has every question under the sun. He took his time and was very patient explaining the IPhone features! Great sales men that this location really needed! Again talk to Tamer!!!

I asked a sales woman about T-Mobile in Italy. She spun a story about paying an extra $25 dollars and my sons cell could be used as a local number in Italy. If I didn’t pay, his cell service would double in price. When I went back to the store to do this, I was told there was no such service. I was lied to. It’s a no class store.

The service here is not as great as other T-Mobile locations Ive been to. I definitely recommend going to a different location. They wouldnt help me out with my issue had to call corporate. Corporate manager finally helped me out.

Small parking lot (It is corner Lawrence Ave & Cumberland ), so is really difficult to park close to the store... Another thing, they need probably more workers, because waiting time is pretty long...

Terrible customer service, I asked if I can get 1 paper to be printed out black & white and they said they don’t do that mean while I have been customer with them for years! Shame on them.

Unfortunately the worst experience Ive ever had with T-Mobile. They ported my number over the wrong sim card twice, ported someone elses number over mine (so we were getting each others calls), couldnt setup a voicemail for 2 days, and was limited to 3G/4G network speeds instead of LTE. I was excited to rejoin T-Mobile, but after this experience... Im done.
