Made a reservation online to the Mavis 10 min away for Sunday 9am state inspection two days before and got a confirmation by email. Sunday, I drove an hour and arrived on time. Their receptionist pleasantly told me they cannot do an inspection because they ran out of stickers and suggested to reschedule. Why couldnt Mavis have called me to save me the time and frustration having to rush to find another place before friends arrived to pick me up? Luckily, this Firestone squeezed me in! The receptionist was extremely patient and friendly while I got my paperwork together. Was told I would get a phone call when the job was complete. They were able to complete my state inspection and emissions within 1.5 hours, finding no issues, with a phone call as promised. Thank you so much for booking me last minute.

I recently acquired a job in the area and needed my car serviced for an oil change. I scheduled with Firestone, picked my car up, drove home, and the next morning in my way into work my check engine light came on. I stopped in and they told me it was due to a missing filter cap. Once I explained to them that they were the last ones to work on my car, they offered to replace the filter cap however, my car has never been the same since. The customer service was good though.

Very nice place, staff extremely friendly was able to take my car in right away and get it fixed. Liked the picnic table outside added a nice touch.

My family have been long time loyal customers of Firestone but my experience with trying to get my car serviced over the past weekend has been disappointing. There are no technicians working on Sunday and when I called to schedule service during the week I was told the technicians leave at 4PM? In the past Firestone’s hours were sufficient enough for me to get basic service done without having to miss work. Hoping this is temporary.

2 stars for quick work. Ive paid for a new tire and also for a check up that they never did and also never got the receipt for this job.

Horrible customer service experience here. I travel nationwide and use Firestone for my vehicle maintenance needs. I have been to a minimum 30 separate shops around the country and this location is by far the worst. I had an appointment for and oil change and new tire purchase. The front desk attendant said that because of a fuel cell on the back of my pickup that made my truck too heavy for his lift. The same fuel cell that was present when I made the appointment, and the same fuel cell that was empty.The North Wales location took care of all my needs the very next day; no issues. Dont use this location if you value customer service, because they have not a clue of its existence.

Ive entrusted my car care to this location for about three years now. They have never disappointed me. Everyone is friendly and professional. My service has always been convenient, finished on time, and well done. Price has always been very reasonable including my last full set of tires. Ill keep coming back!

I had to stop in real fast to get my rear lights fixed on my Pontiac GTBefore I stopped there I went to two other places and they did not have the time to fix the minor problemOne of the mechanics that was working at Firestone came out right away and took a look at my problem .......Even though they were busy they took care of the rear lights right away....... I only had to wait about 15 minutes for the part to be delivered..... and for the mechanic to install the new light....I would recommend all my friends and anybody that needs mechanic work done to try out this place...... guarantee you will be satisfied..

I trust this shop. I have never been up sold and they seem honest in their assessment of your vehicles needs. Free Wi-Fi and a TV if you need to wait. Prices seem to be lower than other shops I have used. The desk staff is professional. Call rather than using website to schedule. Its much easier.

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 10 - got there at 10... didn’t leave until after 12:30.

Great place great people good place to get your car fixed and reasonable prices

I had been buying tires and having my serviced at this location for years. Ive had complaints, but nothing worth crying about. But Ive never been refused service like I had yesterday. I walked out of the office at 5pm to find that I had two flat tires, I must have picked a some nails earlier in the day. So, I used a portable compressor to fill the tires just so I can get it to the 2738 W Ridge Pike location that is about a mile from my office. Its 5pm and they close at 7pm and i was told they couldnt possibly fix the tires today. But I could take the car to the 14 w Germantown Pike location that isnt that busy. Which was an understatement because there excuse was that they were too slow and know one was working. I guess except the man I spoke to. There was one customer waiting and one car in the garage. Did he send everyone home early? So refused again and all the while Im nervous my tires were not going to hold air as I drive across town from location to location. Fortunately, there was also a Pep Boys down the street also. I went there and they were open until 9pm. I didnt explain my situation any differently than I did to either firestone location, I didnt even mention I had been there first, and they to my car. I didnt expect it to be quick, I didnt expect to be take immediately, but I did expect someone to take my car. And the cherry on top is that, Pep Boys got me on the road home and waved the charges. The only time I had ever shopped at Pep Boys was to buy a car battery that I installed myself. Needless to say, Firestone lost a long time customer and Pep boys gained one.

This Firestone has very polite and caring staff. They helped me with info to have my extended warranty get the info they needed to cover an expensive car repair

I needed an urgent repair before traveling a long-distance home with a car I had purchased. Sean went completely above and beyond in serving my needs very quickly and at a reasonable price. He sourced many uncommon parts for me from miles around. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this shop since it opened. Good prices on oil changes, tires, and batteries. They fix flats fast with no fuss. Many service shops try to sell you stuff you dont need, but not these folks.

Made an appointment. Left work early to travel to get here. Called on my way, which double confirmed my appointment. Sat in waiting room for 20 minutes. Finally, im informed that the manager sent home the only guy in the shop that knows how to do breaks. After I left and took my car somewhere else for another opinion, I was informed that nothing was even wrong with my breaks. So either Firestone realized that and made up a dumb excuse as to why no other mechanic in there could look at my car or the manager here is really that stupid. How do you send someone home early without checking the appointment book and realizing, wait youre the only one qualified to do this job and this is who is on the schedule. Customer service and organization is lacking here. I guess everything happens for a reason though, because I was about to spend unnecessary money on another made up issue that these corporate places love to con you with.

Ken and Sam were so helpful to me in a stressful situation. My car battery was failing and I didnt have anyone else to pick up my daughter from daycare. They were able to check and replace the battery quickly so that I could leave on time to pick up my little one. I appreciate their effort!

It was Sunday at 4:55 pm and my car had a bad tire and they closed at 5 pm i called and Kevin answered and he told me to come in anyway. Terrible!!!They put the wrong control arm on my vehicle. Then, aligned it. It was over 4 degrees out.They never once told me about that. Never communicated about the vehicle work. Didn’t do anything we discussed at initial check in. Never communicated issues that arose and were plain NASTY!!!My car is WORSE NOW!Thanks to Firestone’s Expert Repair Team!!!How do you put the wrong control arm on with a bad alignment that the vehicle dives to the right while making a grinding noise.The vehicle is UNSAFE TO DRIVE!!!!

There was a bit of a mix up ordering the tires I had asked for but man did they make up for it. Without any fuss or hassle they gave me the higher end model of the tires I was originally looking for while honoring the same quote and discount that I had seen online. They know how to take care of their customers. I will definitely go back to their store.

I had the bad luck of 2 flat tires in a period of 3 weeks due to debris on the road that ruined both tires. Both times they took me immediately in and installed the tires. Both times was during a weekday afternoon. My vehicle uses expensive tires and I felt as though they were reasonable with the price. Although I really didnt have a choice. I used this place simply because they were close and willing to take me immediately. I didnt have the time or patience to shop around and I dont like riding around on those stupid little spares that todays vehicles have

The service from beginning to end was absolutely phenomenal. We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the store. Despite being a busy Saturday AND having not made an appointment, we were able to get an amazing deal on tires with fast friendly service. Shawn the Store Manager reviewed each tire and alignment option in amazing detail. While the tires were being installed Sam, the Technician, came out to the seatting area to discuss the condition of our brakes. Upon inspecting the brakes free of charge, Sam informed us that we could benefit from replacement of front brake pads. He further explained that the brake pads were getting low on pad material and that replacement of the pads early would prevent a more costly repair later should the pads wear into the rotors. The staff at this location were extremely busy yet extremely efficient in the way that all cars, parts, customers and phones were taken care of seamlessly. The excellent customer service without the high pressure sales tactics or unneeded add-ons make this place standout amongst the rest. We will be making this our go to automotive repair facility going forward!

It was an awful experience. They guy at the front desk lied to my face multiple times and told me they ordered me a tire, it had to pick it up from another store, and it caused the delay with them putting on four new tires for me. After 90 mins I asked what was the delay and was told there was an issue with another car but the tire was there at Firestone. After 2 hours I left Firestone and went to Tires Plus who had my name in the system from when I was at Firestone earlier in the day. I asked were the tires ever picked up by Firestone and Tires Plus confirmed they had not been. Extremely poor customer service, I will never go back.

I have a Toyota Corolla 2009 and I normally take it to the dealership, but Firestone is my second choice. But, not theyve became a really good alternative. They are nice and they have actually located and fixed some of the noises my dealer couldnt find. If you get the Firestone cc, you get 6 months financing, which makes affordable, even when the repairs are expensive. I totally recommend this Firestone location.

A joke said they couldnt replace my brakes cause the caliber was stuck to the rotor. their services drove 10 minutes down the street got the same work done brake pads put on new rotors for 300.. Firestone try to charge me 500 for the same work.. yall keep wasting yall money with Firestone

Be careful because they will request to have work done on your car thats not necessary! Get a second opinion and shop pricing for the job before making a decision. Make sure the mechanic is ASE certified.

They do great work and are pretty quick. However the online appointment system appears to only tell them to expect a customer. Had to pull up the confirmation email on my phone to show them all the things I wanted.

I have been taking my cars to Firestone for about 15 years. Before using Firestone in East Norriton, I was not a regular customer or a fan of the major brand chain-type auto shops. I always used a private mechanic. Well, over the years, dealing with Chad, Robert, Jamie and the rest of the staff, I have been extremely pleased with the great service, the integrity, the honesty, the care of my vehicles, and the care for my well-being. My favorite thing about Firestone East Norriton is that the faces in the front of the shop and in the garage have remained the same, for the most part, with little turnover. These guys (and girls) have become my private mechanics and have my trust. We all get frustrated about things going on with our vehicles. Pretty quick turn around time with professional mechanics. Even if your car has been recently serviced elsewhere, and you go there for just an oil change, they always try to convince you to get something else done for your car.

Made we wait for 30mins before they finally asked what I need. Then eventually telling me it will took another 2.5 hours of wait to finish the oil change. Was very dissapointed.

This location was VERY helpful-- I had an issue where another location claimed to fix my tires leak and didnt. Norristown squeezed me in, REALLY fixed the problem, and were an overall great help.
