I have had good experiences at this store in the past. Attempted to visit the store today on two separate occasions only to be met with two different hand written signs saying that “they stepped out” and will be back later. Be sure to call before going.

Tried to stop by today, a Wednesday, at 5:30pm to trade something in and they were locked up with a note that said “out to lunch.” Hire enough people to cover your shifts and keep the store open during the listed hours. I wonder if corporate knows that they’re pulling this?

Walked in with my 10 year old son without masks. They gave us masks while we shopped. Put them right on. Not a single person in the store. The employee then asked us to pulled our masks up over our noses. Laughing we did indeed pull them up but obviously it wasn’t up to my eyeballs far enough so the self proclaiming manager continued to harass me more and told me he would call the cops. Hope you feel good about harassing a woman and ruining a small boys night! Great job Manager!!!!! Gladly took our business else where.

Final straw with gamestop today. I am done with this company. After having to get the ps5 from them in a bundle which cost about $250 more than just the console I was unable to exchange games with the store that were ps4 games that were unopened because I didnt have a receipt. I explained that the games were gifts and that is the reason for the lack of a receipt. They said my opinion was to trade in my unopened games, for less than the new price and then buy the new ps5 game. Sure, why would I do that then you get to sell the game I traded you for full value instead of exchanging it. The reason I got stuck buying the bundle with gamestop was because my girlfriend bought a $500 gift card for gamestop, also this is something that they will not exchange which cost me months of waiting for the system itself. Like I said I am done with gamestop and will celebrate when they officially go out of business.

This game stop looks like it is managing to come back after a natural disaster. Dirty, employees who dont speak to you and generally a miserable place. Not sure if this is run by the same people who run the Ralphs corner GameStop, but spend the extra time to go to the Lansdale Ralphs Corner GameStop, its way nicer.

Stock seems pretty low, but the one guy working was doing his best to find people what they wanted.

Absolutely horrible. Picked 3 used games that they had on display, for them to honor their buy 2 get one sale... they had not one game. So they allowed me to check out games for 20 min only to walk out with none. Joke

Horrible, was told they had PS5 for Black Friday at 7am, we waited 13 hours they never opened. This is a business without ethics or values. i am contacting corporate about this shameful business practice.

Always so helpful and are super nice! They know their games and whenever I have a question or return or anything they take care of you with no issue! I go in for a 10 minute thing and end up in their for 20 minutes because the staff are so personable and fun to talk to they know their stuff!

As always the staff is super helpful and very kind. Often if you regularly go here they will recognize you. My family is deaf and the staff are always so attentive and aware. You can find everything you need for a gamer, or just standard fare too. Whatever you need Im sure theyre able to help. :)

Manager is trash. The simplest way i can put it. Inconsiderate, rude,and ignorant. Stood inside the store for 20 minutes while he carried out a conversation was never greeted on my way in, just to be told i couldnt get what i needed. Never going back

Newly opened after the pandemic and there wasnt much by way of ps4 controllers (the reason why we went) but they were accommodating.

Went there Sunday. My son bought a game, a controller, and a tee shirt. Get all the way home to find no game in the case. I called and explained, drover all the way back and he may have been the manager who was very apologetic and corrected the error. I appreciated tgat after a 40 minute round trip drive. Well today, go to wear the shirt and the security clip is still on the shirt! Frustrating! Now I have to go way back up there to get this straightened out. Advice to staff is to be more observant when making transactions, but I shouldve been just as observant. Please train staff a bit better.

I have been going to this GameStop for quite some time. I really appreciate an associate there named Tim. He has always been helpful and well up to date on the games.

The employees at GameStop are extremely kind and helpful oh, theyre willing to go beyond their job description, although it is not their fault but what they give you for trade ins is not even half of what you paid

Okay place but hate being ask every time if I want to renew my membership to GameStop. I only shop there for my console buys probably be better going to Best buy.

The people there are very very helpful and friendly and i think they actually enjoy doing their jobs dealing with customers. Always very pleasant even when i was a little frustrated they handled me with care and kindness.

Although the wait can sometimes be long for help or to pay, the people there are super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

This has been my home store for quite some time now and its a lot better and continues to do so. The manager, Josh and Asst manager, Tim, are both extremely knowledgable and helpful and go the extra mile for customers.

Its gamestop, they have nothing new at a reasonable price (conveniently no third party controllers in the whole store) and nothing used worth buying at a price that reflects the used nature of the product ($5 cheaper than new for a used controller or game is a joke). Gets 3 stars anyway cause its a physical retail location and I didnt have to go into Wal-Mart or target, thats worth something

This place is horrible!!!! The people here are so rude especially the manger he is s jerk. Do not buy your games here they will treat you like crap. You rather go to s other GameStop to buy your games. I highly advise you to buy your games at a different store. Everything I come here no respect!!!!

I always have a good experience when I go to gamestop in east norriton. Their knowledgeable and I like pre ordering games there and getting that reminder call the day before. Good Stop at Gamestop

An employee named Blake treated my family like second class citizens and made my child cry. We went in with the intention of buying nearly $1000 worth of merchandise. I left empty handed and gave Amazon my business. I will never be back.

This is the dummest gamstop in this area I was told that the wii u controller can be played with or without the gamepad on any controller at the king of prussia mall gamestop. I went here and ask this dumb blond girl at the counter she told me you have to use gamepad on all games and cant play without it. I looked at here like shes stupid. And one customer said something about the game controller and she said let me take care of these customers insted. I was about to say I played games since you were in diapers. Also my father fix a lot of electronics and I learned a lot from him. Also what does she knows about games more than me she only works there. She only knows about barbie dolls and that doesnt have anything with video games. This place sucks...people dont go to this gamestop..
